1Wave propagation of laminated composite plates via GPU-based wavelet finite element method显示文摘This paper presents a novel parallel implementation technology for wave-based structural health monitoring (SHM) in laminated composite plates. The wavelet-based B-spline wavelet on he interval (BSWI) element is constructed according to Hamilton’s principle, and the element by element algorithm is parallelly executed on graphics processing unit (GPU) using compute unified device architecture (CUDA) to get the responses in full wave field accurately. By means of the Fourier spectral analysis method,the Mindlin plate theory is selected for wave modeling of laminated composite plates while the Kirchhoff plate theory predicts unreasonably phase and group velocities. Numerical examples involving wave propagation in laminated composite plates without and with crack are performed and discussed in detail. The parallel implementation on GPU is accelerated 146 times comparing with the same wave motion problem executed on central processing unit (CPU). The validity and accuracy of the proposed parallel implementation are also demonstrated by comparing with conventional finite element method (FEM) and the computation time has been reduced from hours to minutes. The damage size and location have been successfully determined according to wave propagation results based on delay-and-sum (DAS). 7Current Situations and Development Strategies for Integration of Peanut Agronomy and Agricultural Machinery in China显示文摘The mechanization level of peanut production is the bottleneck restricting the development of peanut production in China,while integration of agronomy and agricultural machinery is an essential approach for improving mechanization level of peanut production. This paper elaborated requirements of peanut agronomy for agricultural machinery from peanut planting modes,land cultivation,sowing,harvesting,picking,and shelling,etc. Besides,it discussed requirements of agricultural machinery for agronomy from peanut seed quality,variety characteristics,planting modes,and soil condition. In addition,it analyzed existing problems and restricting factors of integration of peanut agronomy and agricultural machinery. 15Effect and safety of anaprazole in the treatment of duodenal ulcers:a randomized,rabeprazole-controlled,phase Ⅲ non-inferiority study显示文摘Background:The pharmacokinetic and clinical behaviors of many proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)in peptic ulcer treatment are altered by CYP2C19 genetic polymorphisms.This non-inferiority study evaluated the efficacy and safety of the novel PPI anaprazole compared with rabeprazole.We also explored the influence of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)infection status and CYP2C19 polymorphism on anaprazole.Methods:In this multicenter,randomized,double-blind,double-dummy,positive-drug parallel-controlled,phase Ⅲ study,Chinese patients with duodenal ulcers were randomized 1:1 to receive rabeprazole 10 mg+anaprazole placebo or rabeprazole placebo+anaprazole 20 mg once daily for 4 weeks.The primary efficacy endpoint was the 4-week ulcer healing rate assessed by blinded independent review.Secondary endpoints were the proportion of patients with improved overall and individual duodenal ulcer symptoms at 4 weeks.Furthermore,exploratory subgroup analysis of the primary endpoint by H.pylori status and CYP2C19 polymorphism was conducted.Adverse events were monitored for safety.Non-inferiority analysis was conducted for the primary endpoint.Results:The study enrolled 448 patients(anaprazole,n=225;rabeprazole,n=223).The 4-week healing rates were 90.9%and 93.7%for anaprazole and rabeprazole,respectively(difference,-2.8%[95%confidence interval,-7.7%,2.2%]),demonstrating non-inferiority of anaprazole to rabeprazole.Overall duodenal ulcer symptoms improved in 90.9%and 92.5%of patients,respectively.Improvement rates of individual symptoms were similar between the groups.Healing rates did not significantly differ by H.pylori status or CYP2C19 genotype for either treatment group.The incidence of treatment-emergent adverse events was similar for anaprazole(72/220,32.7%)and rabeprazole(84/219,38.4%).Conclusions:The efficacy of anaprazole is non-inferior to that of rabeprazole in Chinese patients with duodenal ulcers.Registration:ClinicalTrials.gov,NCT04215653.Huiyun Zhu Xue Pan Li Zhang Hongxin Sun Huizhen Fan Zhongwei Pan Caibin Huang Zhenwang Shi Jin Ding Qi Wang Yiqi Du Nonghua Lyu Zhaoshen Li 2022Chinese Medical Journal2022,135,24:1

17Supporting Techniques for High Yield and High Quality Huayu 22 Peanut显示文摘This paper mainly studied the effects of different sowing dates and densities on the main agronomic traits and yield of Huayu 22 peanut under field conditions. The sowing date experiment obtained following results.( i) From April 25 to May 25,with the delay of the sowing date,the main stem height,the number of branches per plant,the number of pods per plant,full-seed pod rate and the yield decreased in Dongming test site,while the sowing date had little effect on the double-seed pod rate,and the best sowing date was April 25;in Wendeng test site,with the delay of the sowing date,the main agronomic traits and yield were firstly increased and then decreased,the yield was highest on May 10,followed by May 5 and April 30,the difference between the three treatments was not significant,and the appropriate sowing date was from April 30 to May 10,and the best sowing data was May 5.( ii) In the range of 90 000-210 000 holes/ha,with the increase of the density,the main stem height,lateral branch length and the number of pods per plant showed a decline trend,the density had little effect on the number of branches per plant,and the double-seed pod rate was the highest at 120 000 holes/ha,the yield and full-seed pod rate were the highest at 150 000 holes/ha,so the optimum density was 150 000 holes/ha.Chunxiao WANG Zulin ZHENG Peng WANG Yanlin JIAO Hao FENG Xuewu SUN Yongmei ZHENG Caibin WANG 2019Asian Agricultural Research2019,11,6:0

19The Comprehensive Utilization and Purified Research on Kaolin Ores in Huichang显示文摘Kaolin ores in Huichang contains these minerals of quartz sand, kaolin, mica and feldspars. In order to recover these valuable resources, some experiments of screening, classification, magnetic separation, grinding and flotation are carried out on the basis of the kaolin ore properties. The test results indicate that quartz sand concentrate can be directly obtained when vibrating screen size used is 10 meshes. Materials that are smaller than the screen hole are injected to hydraulic cyclones which controlling classification size is 325 meshes; kaolin concentrate containing above 33.70% Al2O3 and 0.37% Fe2O3 can be well beneficiated from the overflow through magnetic separation with one stage rougher and cleaner to remove iron. On the other hand, the hydrocyclone spigot flow to grinding and flotation with one stage rougher and two scavengers, mica and feldspars concentrate can be beneficiated in sequence. 20Facile and Controlled Synthesis of Silica Sol Nanospheres Through a Modifi ed Sol-Gel Process显示文摘An effective and reproducible preparation of silica sol nanospheres via a modified sol-gel process has been described. Monodisperse and stable silica sol nanospheres with uniformsize were successfully obtained through the optimized synthesis in which the mixture of tetraethyl orthosilicate(TEOS) and ethanol was followed by the addition of water and ammonium hydroxide(NH 3) separately, and the size of silica sol spheres was strictly controlled in the range of 25-119 nm with a narrow size distribution by fi ne adjustment of several reaction parameters. Results showed that in the presence of low concentration of TEOS, spheres size rose fi rst and reached maximum when H 2 O concentration was up to 66 g/L. However, the diameter of silica sol spheres decreased above 66 g/L of H 2 O concentration. Furthermore, it was also found that the size and size distribution of silica sol nanospheres were affected by NH 3 concentration. As NH 3 concentration increased from 15 to 35 g/L, the diameter declined from 83 to 64 nm. Nevertheless, higher NH 3 concentration would result in relatively broad size distribution, and gelation occurred when NH 3 concentration reached 44 g/L.
