| 1 | A DC Current Flow Controller for Meshed Modular Multilevel Converter Multiterminal HVDC Grids显示文摘This paper proposes the design of a novel DC current flow controller(CFC)and evaluates the control performance of balancing and regulating the DC branch currents using the DC CFC in a meshed multi-terminal HVDC(MTDC)grid.The DC CFC consists of two identical full bridge DC-DC converters with the capacitors of the two converters being connected in parallel.The scalability of the DC CFC is easily achievable due to the identical bridge converter topology;the cost of this DC CFC is also relatively low due to its simple physical structure and low voltage ratings.The control performance of the DC CFC is tested on a meshed 3-terminal(3-T)HVDC grid,which is based on modular multilevel converters(MMC).The DC branch current control in the meshed MTDC grid is achieved using the proposed control strategy of the DC CFC,and is verified through case studies on the real-time digital simulator(RTDS). | Na Deng Puyu Wang Xiao-Ping Zhang Guangfu Tang Junzheng Cao | 2015 | CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2015，1，1： | 41 |

| 6 | Mesozoic–Cenozoic Volcanic Cycle and Volcanic Reservoirs in East China显示文摘There are widespread Mesozoic–Cenozoic terrestrial volcanic activities in East China,and they produced favorable geologic factors for the volcanic reservoirs.To reveal the spatio-temporal evolution of regional volcanisms and their tectonic setting,we subdivide Mesozoic–Cenozoic volcanic activities into 6 volcanic cycles(Ⅰ–Ⅵ),and summarize the temporal-spatial distribution,rock association and tectonic setting of each cycle.The Cycle I forms a post-orogenic intraplate bimodal volcanic association.The cyclesⅡandⅢinclude arc volcanic associations formed in compressional and extensional subduction environments,respectively.The CycleⅣcontains a post-orogenic arc bimodal association.The CycleⅤis a basaltic association of tholeiite series under initial rift setting,and the CycleⅥis basaltic association of alkaline series under typical rift setting.The volcanic strata between each cycle are bounded by regional unconformity.The above 6 volcanic cycles correspond to 6 sequential stages of tectonic evolutions from the Early Jurassic post-orogeny,the Mid-Jurassic–Cretaceous subduction of the paleo-Pacific Plate to the Cenozoic marginal rifting.According to the geological characteristics of volcanic reservoirs in different volcanic cycles,it is put forward that the CycleⅤis the major formation period of volcanic reservoirs in East China and should be the focus of exploration,and that the volcanic reservoirs of the CycleⅣare also worthy of attention. | Guangfu Xing Jianqing Li Zheng Duan Mingxuan Cao Minggang Yu Pingli Chu Rong Chen | 2021 | Journal of Earth Science2021，32，4： | 7 |
| 7 | Prognostic assessment of apoptotic gene polymorphisms in non-small cell lung cancer in Chinese显示文摘Apoptosis plays a key role in inhibiting tumor growth, progression and resistance to anti-tumor therapy. We hypothesized that genetic variants in apoptotic genes may affect the prognosis of lung cancer. To test this hypothesis, we selected 38 potentially functional single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) from 12 genes (BAX, BCL2, BID, CASP3, CASP6, CASP7, CASP8, CASP9, CASP10, FAS, FASLG and MCL1) involved in apoptosis to assess their prognostic significance in lung cancer in a Chinese case cohort with 568 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients. Thirty-five SNPs passing quality control underwent association analyses, 11 of which were shown to be significantly associated with NSCLC survival (P<0.05). After Cox stepwise regression analyses, 3 SNPs were independently associated with the outcome of NSCLC (BID rs8190315: P=0.003; CASP9 rs4645981: P=0.007 and FAS rs1800682: P=0.016). A favorable survival of NSCLC was significantly associated with the genotypes of BID rs8190315 AG/GG (adjusted HR=0.65, 95% CI: 0.49-0.88), CASP9 rs4645981 AA (HR=0.22, 95% CI: 0.07-0.69) and FAS rs1800682 GG (adjusted HR=0.67, 95% CI: 0.46-0.97). Time-dependent receptor operation curve (ROC) analysis revealed that the area under curve (AUC) at year 5 was significantly increased from 0.762 to 0.819 after adding the risk score of these 3 SNPs to the clinical risk score. The remaining 32 SNPs were not significantly associated with NSCLC prognosis after adjustment for these 3 SNPs. | 11 | Investigation on Infection of PCV2 in Taizhou Areas of Jiangsu Province显示文摘In order to investigate infection and harm extent of swine porcine circovirus 2( PCV2) in pigs in Taizhou of Jiangsu,and to control the prevalence of PCV2 in Taizhou areas. A total of 116 PCV2 clinical samples came from six different cities( districts) from 2011 to 2012 were tested in etiologic by the method of PCR. The test results showed that the total positive rate of PCV2 clinical samples was 53. 45%,and PCV2 existed in all the six places. The positive rate of the scale pig farms was 48. 33%,the positive rate of free-range farmers was 58. 93%. | 14 | Isolation and Identification of a Porcine Pseudorabies Virus Strain in Taizhou City显示文摘In this study,the liver,kidney and spleen tissues were collected from pigs with suspected PR in a pig farm in Jiangyan District,Taizhou City for virus isolation and identification. The isolated virus was inoculated onto PK15 monolayer cells. The virus culture was collected to extract genomic DNA for PCR assay and indirect immunoinfluscent assay. The results showed that the isolated virus was porcine pseudorabies virus,which was named TAIZ130417. The growth titer of the isolated virus reached 108. 12 TCID50/ml on PK15 cells. Rabbits inoculated with the isolated virus soon exhibited pseudorabies symptoms such as itching and eventually died. | 17 | Genome-wide analysis of runs of homozygosity identifies new susceptibility regions of lung cancer in Han Chinese显示文摘Runs of homozygosity (ROHs) are a class of important but poorly studied genomic variations and may be involved in individual susceptibility to diseases. To better understand ROH and its relationship with lung cancer, we performed a genome-wide ROH analysis of a subset of a previous genome-wide case-control study (1,473 cases and 1,962 controls) in a Han Chinese population. ROHs were classified into two classes, based on lengths, intermediate and long ROHs, to evaluate their association with lung cancer risk using existing genome-wide single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) data. We found that the overall level of intermediate ROHs was significantly associated with a decreased risk of lung cancer (odds ratio=0.63; 95% confidence interval: 0.51-0.77; P=4.78×10-6 ), while the long ROHs seemed to be a risk factor of lung cancer. We also identified one ROH region at 14q23.1 that was consistently associated with lung cancer risk in the study. The suspension was subjected to PCR detection,and the positive product was sequenced. The suspension of positive samples was filtered with 0. 22 μm filter membrane,and the filtrate was inoculated onto PK15 cells. After five generations of blind passages,the cell viral liquid was collected and extracted for DNA,which was subjected to PCR detection and indirect immunofluorescence.The results showed that the isolate was porcine circovirus type 2( PCV2) and designated as TAIZ110926.
