| 1 | 不同氮素水平下气象因子对两种水稻热值影响的分析显示文摘对两种水稻类型在不同氮素水平下植株的热值变化与气象因子关系进行了分析。结果表明 ,水稻热值随着生长发育的进程存在着动态变化。两种水稻的热值最低值出现在幼穗分化期 ,最大值出现在分蘖期或开花灌浆期。随着施氮水平的增高 ,水稻的热值也增加 ,表明水稻的热值是一个与水稻生长发育及外界环境因子密切相关的动态变化指标。无论氮素水平的高低 ,光照因子 (总日照时数、平均日照时间 )对两种水稻有负影响效应。温度日较差对热值有正影响效应 ,且具有较低的变异系数 ,雨量与雨日的正效应起修饰作用。最低温度对热值具负影响作用 ,表现出大的变异系数。实际测定早稻的平均热值为 170 5 8J/ g,晚稻为 16 978J/ g,说明早稻的热值要高于晚稻。气象因素分析表明对于早稻感温型品种来讲 ,温度效应对热值的影响可能要大于日照对于热值的影响效应 ,而温度和日照对晚稻的热值影响效应要大于降雨量的效应。 | 杨京平 Wekesa BONIFACe 姜宁 陈杰 | 2001 | 中国水稻科学2001,15,3: | 8 |
| 2 | Studies on a low Reynolds number airfoil for small wind turbine applications显示文摘In contrast to large horizontal axis wind turbines (HAWTs) that are located in areas dictated by optimum wind conditions, small wind turbines are required for producing power without necessarily the best wind conditions. A low Reynolds number airfoil was designed after testing a number of low Reynolds number airfoils and then making one of our own; it was tested for use in small HAWTs. Studies using XFOIL and wind tunnel experiments were performed on the new airfoil at various Reynolds numbers. The pressure distribution, C p , the lift and drag coefficients, C L and C D , were studied for varying angles of attack, α. | 3 | 箭筈豌豆品种间遗传差异的SSR分析及指纹图谱构建显示文摘转录因子(transcription factors,TFs)可以通过调控基因表达来调节多种生物学过程;目前随着基因组学大数据的不断开发,使得大量TFs基因家族得以鉴定,为TF-SSR标记的开发利用提供了宝贵资源。本研究基于已有的转录组数据,鉴定出箭筈豌豆转录因子282个;并从中设计了208对SSR引物,筛选出35对多态性高、稳定性好和谱带清晰的引物,进一步在30个箭筈豌豆品种中共扩增到288个等位基因;平均每个标记可产生8.23个等位基因,多态性比率(PPB)均为100%,多态信息含量(PIC)范围为0.42~1.00,平均值为0.80。另外,从35对引物中筛选出具备多个品种特征谱带的核心引物6对,可将供试的30个箭筈豌豆品种完全分开。同时,基于6对核心引物构建了箭筈豌豆品种测试的指纹图谱,可为箭筈豌豆DUS(特异性、一致性、稳定性)测试、新品种保护,以及遗传背景分析提供技术依据。 | 闵学阳 韦兴燚 刘文献 张正社 金小煜 NDAYAMBAZA Boniface 吴洪林 李昱 王彦荣 | 2019 | 草业学报2019,28,4: | 6 |
| 4 | Role of Th17 cells in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis显示文摘Since early description of CD4/CD8 T cell duality, continuous discovery of functional T lymphocyte subsets and their related cytokines constitutes major progress in our understanding of the immune response. T-lymphocyte derived lymphokines and environmental cytokines are essential for both innate and antigen-specific immune responses to a wide variety of agents. Following immune battle and aggression overcome, cytokines may return against neighbored cells/organs, causing pathogenic hypersensitivity reactions, including autoimmune diseases. Due to their cytokine production, CD4+ T helper lymphocyte subsets may be considered as one the major players of the immune response. Among CD4+ T cell subsets, the identification of interleukin-17-producing cells(Th17) led to better understanding of coordinated cytokine involvement during inflammatory reactions together with the subsequent clarification of complex interactions between these mediators. | 6 | Mapping the habitat suitability of Ottelia species in Africa显示文摘Understanding the influence of environmental covariates on plant distribution is critical,especially for aquatic plant species.Climate change is likely to alter the distribution of aquatic species.However,knowledge of this change on the burden of aquatic macroorganisms is often fraught with difficulty.Ottelia,a model genus for studying the evolution of the aquatic family Hydrocharitaceae,is mainly distributed in slow-flowing creeks,rivers,or lakes throughout pantropical regions in the world.Due to recent rapid climate changes,natural Ottelia populations have declined significantly.By modeling the effects of climate change on the distribution of Ottelia species and assessing the degree of niche similarity,we sought to identify high suitability regions and help formulate conservation strategies.The models use known background points to determine how environmental covariates vary spatially and produce continental maps of the distribution of the Ottelia species in Africa.Additionally,we estimated the possible influences of the optimistic and extreme pessimistic representative concentration pathways scenarios RCP 4.5 and RCP 8.5 for the 2050s.Our results show that the distinct distribution patterns of studied Ottelia species were influenced by topography(elevation)and climate(e.g.,mean temperature of driest quarter,annual precipitation,and precipitation of the driest month).While there is a lack of accord in defining the limiting factors for the distribution of Ottelia species,it is clear that water-temperature conditions have promising effects when kept within optimal ranges.We also note that climate change will impact Ottelia by accelerating fragmentation and habitat loss.The assessment of niche overlap revealed that Ottelia cylindrica and O.verdickii had slightly more similar niches than the other Ottelia species.The present findings identify the need to enhance conservation efforts to safeguard natural Ottelia populations and provide a theoretical basis for the distribution of various Ottelia species in Africa. | Boniface K.Ngarega John M.Nzei Josphat K.Saina Marwa Waseem A.Halmy Jin-Ming Chen Zhi-Zhong Li | 2022 | Plant Diversity2022,44,5: | 2 |
| 7 | 用Sauvegrain法测定青春期骨龄准确性的研究显示文摘背景:Sauvegrain方法是通过分析肘部X线片来评估骨龄,常用于青春期生长发育最为迅速的两年间的骨龄测定。本文旨在研究该方法的准确性以及在小儿骨科中的应用价值。
方法:Sauvegrmn法主要评估肘部的4个解剖标志点:外髁、肱骨滑车、尺骨鹰嘴突以及桡骨近端骨骺。它是一个27分制的评分系统。对上述结构所得的评分进行合计而得出一个总分,然后使用标准图表确定骨龄。让三位观察者分别利用该方法进行骨龄评估。三位观察者通过分析60个男孩和60个女孩样本左肘部的前后位和侧位X线片来测定骨龄,并将该结果与通过分析左手和腕部后前位X线片的Greulich和Pyle图谱而得出的骨龄结果进行比较。间隔4周后每个观察者再测定骨龄一次。
结果:通过分析肘部X线片的方法测定骨龄更为精确,因为采用该方法测定骨龄可以精确到半岁。根据观察者的评定,Sauvegrain法显示出很好的观察者之间的相关性(r=0.93)和可重复性(r=0.96)。Sauvegrain法与Greulich和Pyle图谱之间有很好的相关性(r=0.85)。然而,一些肘部生长中心显示出一种中间的发育形态,这种形态学不适合Sauvegrain法的评分。这就导致了数据分析时出现误差。我们建议对于这些样本设定中间评分,并且通过修改原始图表而使评分更为精确。
结论:改良的Sauvegrain法简单、可靠而且可重复性高,它补充了Greulich和Pyle图谱的不足。在临床实践中,骨骼成熟度可以通过骨龄、年生长率以及第二性征而得以很准确的评估。因此,当青春期需要进行骨骺或脊柱关节融合术时,这种方法对于确定手术时间具有重要意义。
