| 1 | 老年男性勃起功能及迟发性性腺功能减退症状与下尿路症状严重性的关系显示文摘本文旨在研究土耳其爱琴海地区的老年男性下尿路症状(LUTSs)、勃起功能障碍(ED)和有症状的迟发性性腺功能减退症(SLOH)三者间的关系。符合以下标准的500名男性患者被纳入该研究:40周岁以上;过去6个月内有稳定的性关系;在六个泌尿外科诊所之一进行过就诊登记。每位患者均行血清PSA、睾酮水平及尿流率的检测,并填写国际前列腺症状评分和生活质量评分(IPSS-QoL)量表、国际勃起功能指数(IIEF)问卷和老年男性症状(AMS)量表。在所有的研究对象中,23.9%的患者有轻度LUTSs,53.3%有中度LUTSS,22.8%有重度LUTSS。每组间总睾酮水平无明显差异。除此之外,69.6%的病人患有ED,且ED的发生率与LUTS严重性呈正相关。71.2%的患者出现SLOH(AMS〉27),且IPSS评分越高,严重的性腺功能减退症状的发生率也越高。相关性分析显示以上三种问卷分数之间有显著关联。总之,LUTS严重性是ED和SLOH的非年龄依赖性危险因素,LUTS严重性和SLOH症状之间似乎有显著的相关性,但还需要从病因学和生物学角度进行深入阐明。 | Ozan Bozkurt Deniz Bolat Omer Demir Oktay Ucer Ali Sahin Burak Ozcift Abdulkadir Pekta Tahir Turan Bilal H Gümü Ertan Cans Ahmet Bolukbasi Haluk Erol Adil Esenx | 2013 | Asian Journal of Andrology2013，15，6： | 4 |
| 2 | Extract of Yokukansan improves anxiety-like behavior and increases serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor in rats with cerebral ischemia combined with amyloid-β42 peptide显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To examine the effects of Yokukansan(YKS) extract on two endogenous modulators of anxiety, brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and serotonin (5-HT)_(2A) receptors pharmacologically, in the ischemic rat model of dementia.METHODS: The cerebral ischemia(CI) was induced by bilateral occlusion of the vertebral and common carotid arteries(4-vessel occlusion ischemia). The CI was combined with the amyloid-β42 peptide(A42) injected intracerebroventricularly, and referreβdto as CI+Aβ. Anxiety-like behaviors were assessed by elevated plus maze(enclosed arm), light/dark transition test(dark chamber), and open-field test.Wet-dog shakes were induced by the 5-HT_(2A) receptor agonist 2, 5-dimethoxy-4-iodoamphetamine(DOI). The concentration of BDNF in serum was determined by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay.RESULTS: CI + Aβ increased anxiety, as demonstrated by the increase of time spent in the enclosed arms and dark chambers, and locomotion in the outer zone of the open field(thigmotaxis). CI + Adecreased the serum concentration of BDNF. | 3 | 比较雷珠单抗和贝伐珠单抗对新生血管AMD的疗效(英文)显示文摘目的:比较玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗与贝伐珠单抗对年龄相关性黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD)的疗效,治疗方案必要时采用。方法:回顾性分析63例63眼(雷珠单抗治疗组35眼,贝伐珠单抗治疗组28眼)新确诊新生血管年龄相关性黄斑变性患者的资料。治疗12mo后随访,分析比较两组患者的最佳矫正视力(BCVA)和黄斑中心凹厚度(CFT)。采用双尾t检验和单因素方差分析比较两组最佳矫正视力和黄斑中心凹厚度的变化。结果:雷珠单抗治疗组35眼和贝伐珠单抗治疗组28眼均完成12mo随访,并记录数据。雷珠单抗治疗组最佳矫正视力均值增加0.1logMAR;相反,贝伐珠单抗治疗组最佳矫正视力均值下降0.06logMAR(P=0.01)。雷珠单抗治疗组13眼(37%)和贝伐珠单抗治疗组4眼(14%)最佳矫正视力至少增加0.3logMAR。雷珠单抗治疗组平均黄斑中心凹厚度减少41.6μm,贝伐珠单抗治疗组减少8.1μm(P=0.003)。两组平均注射次数是4.46次和4.11次(P>0.05)。结论:玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗组在视力和消水肿方面疗效优于贝伐珠单抗组。但是,两种药的疗效和安全性还需要随机的长期临床试验来验证。 | Huseyin Serdarogullari Muzaffer Ozturk Umur Kayhan Selim Bolukbasi Burak Erden Mustafa Elcioglu | 2014 | 国际眼科杂志2014，14，5： | 2 |
