1A complete sequence and comparative analysis of a SARS-associated virus(Isolate BJ01)显示文摘The genome sequence of the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS)-associated virus provides essential information for the identification of pathogen(s), exploration of etiology and evolution, interpretation of transmission and pathogenesis, development of diagnostics, prevention by future vaccination, and treatment by developing new drugs. We report the complete genome sequence and comparative analysis of an isolate (BJ01) of the coronavirus that has been recognized as a pathogen for SARS. The genome is 29725 nt in size and has 11 ORFs (Open Reading Frames). It is composed of a stable region encoding an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (composed of 2 ORFs) and a variable region representing 4 CDSs (coding sequences) for viral structural genes (the S, E, M, N proteins) and 5 PUPs (putative uncharacterized proteins). Its gene order is identical to that of other known coronaviruses. The sequence alignment with all known RNA viruses places this virus as a member in the family of Coronaviridae. Thirty putative substitutions have been identified by comparative analysis of the 5 SARS- associated virus genome sequences in GenBank. Fifteen of them lead to possible amino acid changes (non-synonymous mutations) in the proteins. Three amino acid changes, with predicted alteration of physical and chemical features, have been detected in the S protein that is postulated to beinvolved in the immunoreactions between the virus and its host. Two amino acid changes have been detected in the Mprotein, which could be related to viral envelope formation. Phylogenetic analysis suggests the possibility of non-human origin of the SARS-associated viruses but provides noevidence that they are man-made. 2Transient Fault Locating Method Based on Line Voltage and Zero-mode Current in Non-solidly Earthed Network显示文摘为解决配电网小电流接地故障时故障点定位困难的问题,提出一种基于线电压和零模电流暂态分量的故障定位新方法。该方法借助馈线自动化(feeder automation,FA)系统实现,不需要额外增加设备。馈线终端检测线电压和零模电流信号,利用暂态线电压的希尔伯特变换与暂态零模电流的乘积计算故障方向参数,FA主站根据故障点前后方向参数极性相反的特征确定故障点所在的线路区段。介绍基于线电压的小电流接地故障检测和接地故障相确定的算法。数字仿真与试验结果表明该方法是正确可行的。ZHANG Linli XU Bingyin XUE Yongduan GAO Houlei 2012中国电机工程学报2012,32,13:48
3Review of ice-pavement adhesion study and development of hydrophobic surface in pavement deicing显示文摘Ice adhesion to materials is a significant concern in many fields. Hydrophobic surface has been used for anti-icing in fields of aircraft or transmission line, which prove to be efficacious and economical. However, such technique is seldom employed for road deicing,because of the texture and service environment of pavement. Instead, deicers such as rock salt are frequently used, which leads to serious corrosion problem of roads and bridges. In this paper, a number of studies that characterize mechanism of ice adhesion to common substrates, specifically to pavement, are reviewed. The most important researches undertaken on ice adhesion strength affecting factors are presented. An overview of studies carried out to find hydrophobic surface for asphalt and cement concrete pavement antiicing are presented. It was verified that the hydrophobicity had high correlation with icephobicity, and nano-engineered asphalt and cement concrete pavement surface exhibited favorable hydrophobicity, and also had good performance on weakening pavement-ice bonding. However, most ice-repelling pavements obtain hydrophobic surface via low surface energy coating, which could not exist on pavement for a long time under wheel abrasion. And the nano/micro structures on hydrophobic surfaces are also vulnerable and consumable. 4Chemo-damage modeling and cracking analysis of AAR-affected concrete dams显示文摘A chemo-damage model for cracking analysis of concrete dams affected by alkali-aggregate reaction (AAR) is proposed, which combines the plastic-damage model for concrete with the AAR kinetics law. The chemo-damage model is first verified by a stress-free AAR expansion test. The expansion deformation obtained from the simulation is in good agreement with the measurement, demonstrating that the proposed model has a sufficient accuracy to predict the expansion of AAR-affected concrete. Subsequently, the expansion deformation and cracking process of the AAR-affected Fontana gravity dam is analyzed. It shows that permanent displacements in the upstream direction and the vertical direction are gradually increased during the long-term operation period, and that their maximal values reach 1.6 and 3.6 cm, respectively. A crack is observed on the wall in the foundation drainage gallery, and extends towards the downstream face of the dam. With the further development of AAR, another crack forms on the downstream face, and then intersects with the gallery crack to penetrate the downstream side profile of the dam. The third crack occurs in the upstream side wall of the gallery and propagates a short distance towards the upstream face of the dam. 6A novel CD4+CTL subtype characterized by chemotaxis and inflammation is involved in the pathogenesis of Graves’orbitopathy显示文摘Graves*orbitopathy(GO),the most severe manifestation of Graves'hyperthyroidism(GH),is an autoimmune-mediated inflammatory disorder,and treatments often exhibit a low efficacy.CD4+T cells have been reported to play vital roles in GO progression.To explore the pathogenic CD4-f T cell types that drive GO progression,we applied single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-Seq),T cell receptor sequencing(TCR-Seq),flow cytometry,immunofluorescence and mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR)assays to evaluate CD4+T cells from GO and GH patients.scRNA-Seq revealed the novel GO-spedfic cell type CD4+cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTLs),which are characterized by chemotactic and inflammatory features.The clonal expansion of this CD4+CTL population,as demonstrated by TCR-Seq,along with their strong cytotoxic response to autoantigens,localization in orbital sites,and potential relationship with disease relapse provide strong evidence for the pathogenic roles of GZMB and IFN-y-secreting CD4+CTLs in GO.Therefore,cytotoxic pathways may become potential therapeutic targets for GO.Yue Wang Ziyi Chen Tingjie Wang Hui Guo Yufeng Liu Ningxin Dang Shiqian Hu Liping Wu Chengsheng Zhang Kai Ye Bingyin Shi 2021Cellular & Molecular Immunology2021,18,3:2
7Silicon-phthalocyanine bonding with SiO_2 matrix and its strong optical limiting effects显示文摘Silicon-phthalocyanine (SiPc) is chemically bonded to 3-aminopropltriethoxysilane (NH2(CH2)3Si(OC2H5)3, KH550) by the nucleophilic substituted reaction between the active chlorine of silicon dichlorine phthalocyanine (SiPcCI2) and amino-group of KH550. The reacted product is hybridized with 3-glycidoxypropltrimethoxysilane (CH2OCHCH2O(CH2)3Si(OCH3)3, KH560) with sol-gel processing to form sol-gel inorganic material with good physical-chemical and optical properties. Due to tethering SiPc to the network, the aggregation of SiPc is effectively prevented in sol-gel derived matrix, and the doping concentration of SiPc in the form of monomer in the matrix is greatly enhanced. The cross-linkage of SiPcCI2 and KH550 is estimated and confirmed with FT-IR spectra. 11Dynamic background modeling using tensor representation and ant colony optimization显示文摘Background modeling and subtraction is a fundamental problem in video analysis. Many algorithms have been developed to date, but there are still some challenges in complex environments, especially dynamic scenes in which backgrounds are themselves moving, such as rippling water and swaying trees. In this paper, a novel background modeling method is proposed for dynamic scenes by combining both tensor representation and swarm intelligence. We maintain several video patches, which are naturally represented as higher order tensors,to represent the patterns of background, and utilize tensor low-rank approximation to capture the dynamic nature. Furthermore, we introduce an ant colony algorithm to improve the performance.
