| 1 | A critical survey of technologies of large offshore wind farm integration: summary, advances, and perspectives显示文摘Offshore wind farms(OWFs)have received widespread attention for their abundant unexploited wind energy poten-tial and convenient locations conditions.They are rapidly developing towards having large capacity and being located further away from shore.It is thus necessary to explore effective power transmission technologies to connect large OWFs to onshore grids.At present,three types of power transmission technologies have been proposed for large OWF integration.They are:high voltage alternating current(HVAC)transmission,high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission,and low-frequency alternating current(LFAC)or fractional frequency alternating current transmission.This work undertakes a comprehensive review of grid connection technologies for large OWF integration.Compared with previous reviews,a more exhaustive summary is provided to elaborate HVAC,LFAC,and five HVDC topologies,consisting of line-commutated converter HVDC,voltage source converter HVDC,hybrid-HVDC,diode rectifier-based HVDC,and all DC transmission systems.The fault ride-through technologies of the grid connection schemes are also presented in detail to provide research references and guidelines for researchers.In addition,a comprehensive evalu-ation of the seven grid connection technologies for large OWFs is proposed based on eight specific indicators.Finally,eight conclusions and six perspectives are outlined for future research in integrating large OWFs. | Bo Yang Bingqiang Liu Hongyu Zhou Jingbo Wang Wei Yao Shaocong Wu Hongchun Shu Yaxing Ren | 2022 | Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems2022,7,1: | 4 |
| 2 | A predicted NEDD8 conjugating enzyme gene identified as a Capsicum candidate Rf gene using bulk segregant RNA sequencing显示文摘Cytoplasmic male sterility(CMS)is an important tool for producing F1 hybrids,which can exhibit heterosis.The companion system,restorer-of-fertility(Rf),is poorly understood at the molecular level and would be valuable in producing restorer lines for hybrid seed production.The identity of the Rf gene in Capsicum(pepper)is currently unclear.In this study,using bulked segregant RNA sequencing(BSR-seq),a strong candidate Rf gene,Capana06g002866,which is annotated as a NEDD8 conjugating enzyme E2,was identified.Capana06g002866 has an ORF of 555 bp in length encoding 184 amino acids;it can be cloned from F1 plants from the hybridization of the CMS line 8A and restorer line R1 but is not found in CMS line 8A.With qRT-PCR validation,Capana06g002866 was found to be upregulated in restorer accessions compared to sterile accessions.The relative expression in flower buds increased with the developmental stage in F1 plants,while the expression was very low in all flower bud stages of the CMS lines.These results provide new insights into the Rf gene in pepper and will be useful for other crops utilizing the CMS system. | Bingqiang Wei Paul W.Bosland Zhenghai Zhang Yongfu Wang Gaoyuan Zhang Lanlan Wang Jihua Yu | 2020 | Horticulture Research2020,7,1: | 3 |

| 4 | Phase transformation and structural evolution in a Ti-5at.%Al alloy induced by cold-rolling显示文摘The phase transformation,deformation mechanism and their correlation in a cold-rolled Ti-5 at.%Al alloy were investigated.Two types of phase transformations from a hexagonal close-packed(HCP)structure to a face-centered cubic(FCC)structure were observed:the basal-type(B-type)with an orientation relation-ship of<1210HCP//<110FCC and{0001}HCP//{111}FCC,and the prismatic-type(P-type)with an orientation-relationship of<1210HCP//<110FCC and 1010HCP//110FCC.The two types of transformations both accommodate the strain along theaxis of the HCP matrix.With the proceeding of deformation,different deformation mechanisms were activated in the FCC and the HCP structures,respectively,which led to a faster grain refinement rate in the FCC structure than in the HCP matrix.Deformation twins with zero macroscopic strain were prevalent in the FCC domains produced by the B-type transformation,while deformation twins with macroscopic strain were normally observed in the FCC domains produced by the P-type transformation.This is in accordance with the lattice mismatches produced during phase transformation.The easy occurrence of deformation twinning in the FCC structure contributed significantly to the grain refinement process.In addition,the interaction between neighboring FCC domains produced by the two types of phase transformations also accelerated the grain refinement process. | Bingqiang Wei Song Ni Yong Liu Xiaozhou Liao Min Song | 2020 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2020,47,14: | 1 |
| 5 | Simple and rapid conversion of silicon carbide to nanodiamonds at ambient pressure显示文摘Nanodiamonds(NDs)were prepared under ambient pressure by sublimation decomposition of silicon carbide in an intermediate frequency furnace for only 8 min.The synthesis proceeded in the temperature range of 2600-2800℃ without any catalyst or highly active gas components(such as H2,alkane,and halogen).The conversion began at 2600℃ and produced NDs with particle sizes in the range of 1-5 nm with a uniform particle shape and excellent dispersion.The linear reaction kinetics allowed for rapid transformation to any depth with reasonable control of the temperature.The linear rate constant(K_(l))for the reaction at 2800℃ was 37.5 mm/h,which is 31.2 times that of the reaction at 2600℃.The Si C sublimation decomposition produced carbon atoms that filled the Si C lattice vacancies or were combined with the suspended carbon chain bonds to form sp3 carbon,while the diffusion of amorphous carbon atoms promoted nucleation and growth of diamond.High-resolution transmission electron microscopy analysis indicated that the NDs were separated from the Si C matrix by break-off due to propagation of the reaction front.This Si C sublimation decomposition method is considered simple,fast,environmentally friendly and promising for industrial-scale production. | Cheng Yang Bingqiang Wei Kejian He Ping Xu Xiangmin Xie Kai Tong Chen Zeng Yafeng Wang Xiaodong Wang Jinping Liu Mingyu Zhang Zhe'an Su Qizhong Huang | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,35: | 0 |

| 8 | Effect of La_2O_3 Addition on Hydration Properties of CaO Clinker显示文摘To obtain CaO clinker with high density,low porosity,and good hydration resistance,the effect of the La_-2O_3 content on physical properties,such as sintering property and hydration resistance of CaO clinker was researched in this paper. Apparent porosity and bulk density were measured by Archimedes principle with kerosene as the medium. Two methods were used to test hydration resistance of CaO clinker. One was carried out in a humidity cabinet at 20 ℃ with 90% of relative humidity.Another was the boiling method. SEM and EDS characterization analyses of CaO clinker were performed to observe the microstructural information and the hydration mechanism was put forward. The results show that:(1)the specimen with 0. 79 mass% of La_2O_3 addition has lower apparent porosity,and higher bulk density;(2)the hydration mass gain of CaO clinker with 0.79 mass% La_2O_3 addition is lower,which is less than 1% after 20 days;(3) La_2O_3 mainly distributes in the grain boundary,and a small amount of La_2O_3 dissolves in grains. | 10 | Effect of CeO2 and Calcination Temperature on Hydration Resistance of CaO Aggregates显示文摘Active lime was used to produce Ca(OH)_2fine powder.And then Ca(OH)_2fine powder with analytically pure CeO_2fine powder(0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%and1.0%by mass,respectively)were mixed via wet mixing.After drying and ball milling,the specimens were pressed and fired at 1 450℃,1 500℃,1 550℃,1 600℃and1 650℃,respectively.The hydration resistance of the specimens was evaluated by measuring the mass gain after soaking the specimens in a chamber kept at 20℃and90%relative humidity.The influences of CeO_2and calcination temperature on the hydration resistance of CaO aggregates were investigated by determination of bulk density,apparent porosity,and XRD,SEM and EDS analysis.The results show that:(1)the sintering of CaO aggregates is promoted by CeO_2addition and the hydration resistance of CaO aggregates is improved;(2)CeO_2mainly locates in CaO grain boundary,some CeO_2is solved in the CaO grains which improves CaO sintering;(3)the appropriate calcination temperature is 1 550℃.When the calcination temperature is below 1 550℃,the specimens are sintered inadequately.The density and hydration resistance of CaO aggregates are nearly stable when the calcination temperature is above 1 550℃. | ZHANG Tao WEI Yaowu YU Hui HAN Bingqiang LI Nan | 2017 | China's Refractories2017,26,1: | 0 |

| 12 | Structural characterization of the{1122}twin boundary and the corresponding stress accommodation mechanisms in pure titanium显示文摘{11-22}compression twin plays an important role in accommodating deformation along the c axis of HCP metals.However,the studies on the interface structure of{11-22}twin boundary(TB),especially the twin tip,and the corresponding local stress release mechanism are still limited.This work studied the interface characters of{11-22}TB of a deformed pure titanium by transmission electron microscope.The{11-22}TB presented serrated character,consisting of coherent twin boundary(CTB)and(0002)_(T)//(11-2-2)_(M) or(11-2-2)_(T)//(0002)_(M) steps,and the twin tip was fully composed of the basal-pyramidal(BPy)and pyramidal-basal(PyB)steps.The twin tip presents asymmetric morphology and the step height at the twin tip is much larger than that away from the twin tip.Two types of local stress accommodation mechanisms were observed:zonal dislocation emission and hexagonal close packed structure to facecentered cubic structure transformation.The zonal dislocation was produced by the dissociation of the1/3<11-2-3>dislocation that was nucleated at the twin tip and the phase transformation was introduced by emission of Shockley partial dislocations from the{11-22}twin boundary. | Bingqiang Wei Song Ni Yong Liu Min Song | 2021 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,13: | 0 |
