| 1 | Overexpression of annexin 1 in pancreatic cancer and its clinical significance显示文摘AIM: To investigate the expression of annexin I in pancreatic cancer and its relationship with the clinicopathologic factors,and to evaluate its potential clinical significance.METHODS: Annexin I expression was analyzed by Western blot and immunohistochemical staining in pancreatic adenocarcinoma and multi-tissue microarrays (MTAs).RESULTS: Western blot analysis showed that annexin I was overexpressed in 84.6% (11/13) pancreatic ductal adenocarcinomas. Immunohistochemistry analysis of pancreatic cancer in MTAs showed that annexin I protein was 71.4%(30/42) positive which was markedly increased compared with that in the tumor matched normal pancreas tissues 18.4%(7/38) (P<0.01). | 2 | Numerical study on convective heat transfer of supercritical CO_(2) in vertically upward and downward tubes显示文摘The experimental measurement of supercritical pressure carbon dioxide(sCO_(2))heat transfer in vertical downward flow was performed in a circular tube with inner diameter of 10 mm.Then,a three-dimensional numerical investigation of sCO_(2)heat transfer in upward and downward flows was performed in a vertical heated circular tube.The influence of heat flux,mass flux,and operating pressure on heat transfer under different flow directions were discussed.According to the'pseudo-phase transition'viewpoint to supercritical fluids,the analogy to the subcritical inverted-annular film boiling model,the physical model to sCO_(2)heat transfer was established,where fluid region at the cross-section of circular tube was divided into gas-like region covering heated wall and core liquid-like phase region.Then,the thermal resistance mechanism which comprehensively reflected the effect of multiple factors including the thickness of the gas-like film or liquid-like region,fluid properties and turbulence on heat diffusion was proposed.Surprisingly,thermal resistance variation in upward flow is well identical with that of wall temperature and heat transfer deterioration is predicted successfully.In addition,compared with thermal resistance in the core liquid-like region,gas-like film formation is determined to be the primary factor affecting heat transfer behavior.Results also show that total thermal resistance in upward flow is always larger than that in downward flow.The investigation can provide valuable guide to design and optimize sCO_(2)heaters. | YAN ChenShuai XU JinLiang ZHU BingGuo HE XiaoTian LIU GuangLin | 2021 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2021,64,5: | 6 |
| 3 | Heat Transfer Prediction of Supercritical Carbon Dioxide in Vertical Tube Based on Artificial Neural Networks显示文摘Accurate prediction of supercritical CO_(2)(scCO_(2))heat transfer is important for heat exchanger design and safe operation of scCO_(2)power cycles.The main prediction method is empirical correlation.This paper demonstrates an alternative way by artificial neural networks(ANN)model with two hidden layers.To assess widely cited correlations and newly developed ANN model,scCO_(2)heat transfer experiment in vertical tube with pressure up to 20.8 MPa was performed to extend experiment database,which includes 2674 runs.Compared with empirical correlations,the ANN model is promising for following advantages:(1)ANN model has much better prediction accuracy.The mean relative error,mean absolute relative error and the root-mean-square relative error between predicted and measured wall temperatures are eA=0.38%,eR=4.88%and eS=7.29%,respectively.(2)ANN model performs faster computation speed.(3)ANN model can accurately and speedily predict scCO_(2)heat transfer performance for both normal heat transfer and heat transfer deterioration modes.The trained ANN program is provided with this paper,which is a useful tool and can be directly applied in engineering of scCO_(2)heat transfer. | ZHU Bingguo ZHU Xinjie XIE Jian XU Jinliang LIU Huan | 2021 | Journal of Thermal Science2021,30,5: | 2 |
| 4 | Using EARTH Model to Estimate Groundwater Recharge at Five Representative Zones in the Hebei Plain, China显示文摘Accurate estimation of groundwater recharge is essential for efficient and sustainable groundwater management in many semi-arid regions. In this paper, a lumped parameter model(EARTH) was established to simulate the recharge rate and recharge process in typical areas by the observation datum of weather, soil water and groundwater synthetically, and the spatial and temporal variation law of groundwater recharge in the Hebei Plain was revealed. The mean annual recharge rates at LQ, LC, HS, DZ and CZ representative zones are 220.1, 196.7, 34.1, 141.0 and 188.0 mm/a and the recharge coefficients are 26.5%, 22.3%, 7.2%, 20.4%, and 22.0%, respectively. Recharge rate and recharge coefficient are gradually reduced from piedmont plain to coastal plain. Groundwater recharge appears as only yearly waves, with higher frequency components of the input series filtered by the deep complicated unsaturated zone(such as LC). | 5 | Dielectric Characterization and Microwave Roasting of Molybdenite Concentrates at 915 MHz Frequency显示文摘The magnetic hysteresis loop was measured to know the magnetic property of molybdenite concentrate.In order to evaluate its microwave absorption capacity, the dielectric properties of molybdenite concentrate was investigated using cavity perturbation method at 915 MHz dependent on densities and temperatures.The parameter data were fitted using regression fit and a model related to the same density and temperature ranges was developed.A nonlinear surface fitting was used to present visually the effect of dielectric parameters on the microwave penetrate depth of molybdnite concentrate.The crystal products of MoO 3 obtained from microwave roasting at different temperatures were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD).The results show both the dielectric constants and loss factors increase in the increase of apparent densities and temperatures with different growth rates in the experimental range.Due to the distinguished trend of dielectric performance dependent on temperatures, two parts in the heating scenario for the molybdenite concentrate samples were divided.The microwave penetration depth is inversely proportional to both apparent densities and temperatures.The nonlinear fitting surfaces indicate the increase of dielectric loss provides an enough decrease in microwave penetration depth.In contrast, the dielectric constant has a positive effect for it.Pure MoO 3 was produced at 800 ℃ by using microwave energy.This work can be helpful to design and simulate microwave system for efficient beneficiation of molybdenite concentrate and to prepare molybdenum products from this concentrate. | Yonglin Jiang Bingguo Liu Peng Liu Jinhui Peng Libo Zhang | 2019 | Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2019,26,3: | 2 |

The temperature rising behaviors of molybdenite concentrate were investigated in the field of microwave. This process was conducted to show the microwave absorption properties of molybdenite concentrate and the feasibility of microwave roasting molybdenite concentrate to prepare high purity M_OO_3. The dielectric constant,dielectric loss,and loss tangent increase from 3. 51 to 5. 04,0. 22 to 0. 51 and 0. 065 to 0. 102 respectively. They are proportional to the apparent density of molybdenite concentrate in the range of 0. 9-1. 4 g/cm3. The results show that the molybdenite concentrate has good microwave absorption capacity in the conventional density range. The temperature rising curves show that the apparent heating rate of the molybdenite concentrate increases with the increase in microwave power and decreases with the increase in the sample mass and thickness. The temperature of concentrate sample of 100 g reaches approximately 800 ℃ after 5 min of microwave treatment at 0. 5 kW of power.
