1沙棘果油及沙棘籽油对大鼠放射性皮肤损伤的影响显示文摘目的观察沙棘果油及沙棘籽油对大鼠放射性皮肤损伤的影响。方法实验用深部X线治疗机,每次以3000 cGy的剂量,照射两次,造成大白鼠臀部放射性皮肤损伤。待动物症状明显后,将Ⅱ度皮肤损伤的动物随机分为6组,即阴性对照组、沙棘果油高剂量组、沙棘果油低剂量组、沙棘籽油高剂量组、沙棘籽油低剂量组以及阳性对照组。沙棘果油及籽油高剂量组,每天在损伤部位涂药两次,而其低剂量组每天涂药一次,阴性对照组每天涂灭菌的注射用水一次,阳性对照组每天涂Solcoseryl-Jelly软膏一次。结果肉眼观察结果显示,连续用药10d后,沙棘果油、籽油及Sol-coseryl-Jelly组动物的局部红斑、水肿明显减轻,创面分泌物明显减少,用药2周后,上述症状明显消退,与阴性对照组比较,明显好转;另外,沙棘果油、籽油及Solcoseryl-Jelly组的创面愈合时间明显缩短。光学显微镜观察结果显示,沙棘果油、籽油及Solcoseryl-Jelly组的皮肤损伤明显减轻,炎症反应亦明显减轻,创面修复明显。电子显微镜观察结果显示,阴性对照组的超微结构明显受损,而沙棘果油、籽油及Solcoseryl-Jelly组的损伤明显减轻。结论沙棘果油及沙棘籽油对大鼠放射性皮肤损伤有明显的治疗作用。王养正 吴英 Heikki Kallio Yang Baoru 王军宪 王秉文 崔刚 2008西安交通大学学报(医学版)2008,29,6:8
2不同产地沙棘果的成分分析显示文摘通过沙棘甘油三酯和甘油磷脂中的糖、果酸(气相色谱-质谱法,TMS衍生物)、矿物质(FAAS,ETAAS)、挥发性物质(顶部空间气相色谱-质谱法)、Vc(高压液相色谱)和脂肪酸(气相色谱-质谱法,甲基酯)的分析方法,优化不同产地的沙棘果。对1997年10-11月采集的中国沙棘果(CH)和8月底采集的芬兰沙棘果(FI)和俄罗斯沙棘果(RU)的成分进行比较,得到了为今后开展更广泛的沙棘项目所需要的足够的资料。中国沙棘果汁中的Vc含量极高,平均8g/l(4.2-13.2g/l),是芬兰沙棘果汁中含量的5倍。主要矿物元素的含量比其它可食用的浆果中丰富得多,钾是沙棘果(6-14g/kg,干重)和沙棘籽(5-9g/kg,干重)中的主要矿物质之一,在一些样品中铅和镉含量的增加表明存在轻微的污染。压榨的沙棘果汁中糖的含量从1-20g/100ml有很大的变化,含量最高的是晚秋收获的中国沙棘果,最低的是8月收获的芬兰沙棘果。糖主要是葡萄糖(占总糖分的50%以上)、果糖及葡萄糖衍生物。苹果酸和奎宁酸是主要的果酸(77%-97%),含量为每100ml果汁中4.2-9.1g。果汁上部油脂的特点是形成了C2-C5n-、iso-、和ante-iso乙醇,C4-C5n-,iso,及ante-ISO酸,也呈现出挥发性油脂的籽油乙醇前体。不同的产地和采收时间对挥发物有着明显的影响,整个果中的含油量为2%-11%(鲜重)。Heikki Kallio Yang Baoru Raija Tahvonen Mari Hakala 许涛 卢顺光 2003国际沙棘研究与开发2003,,1:7
3沙棘果油和籽油抗炎作用的实验研究显示文摘为了解研究沙棘果油及沙棘籽油的抗炎作用。用小白鼠耳二甲苯致炎法进行实验,结果表明,与阴性对照组比较,沙棘果油及沙棘籽油高、低剂量组小白鼠耳廓肿胀度明显的减小(P<0.01或P<0.05);沙棘果油及沙棘籽油高、低剂量组间比较,其耳廓肿胀度无明显差异(P>0.05)。结果提示,沙棘果油及沙棘籽油有明显的抗炎作用,并且沙棘果油及沙棘籽油的抗炎作用没有明显差异。用大鼠足跖蛋清致肿法进行实验,结果表明:与阴性对照组比较,沙棘果油及沙棘籽油高、低剂量组大鼠致炎后右后足跖肿胀率无明显变化(均为P>0.05)。鸡蛋清所致大鼠足跖水肿主要以组织胺,5-HT为介质,可能沙棘果油及沙棘籽油对这种炎症模型无明显影响。王秉文 林晓茵 王红英 宋杰 王放 王军宪 Heikki kallio Yang Baoru 2007沙棘2007,,3:4
4Exchange-coupled nanocomposites with novel microstructure and enhanced remanence by a new approach显示文摘Exchange-coupled nanocomposites with hard/soft magnetic phases are promising for the next generation of permanent magnets.Chemical methods have an advantage in controlling the nanoscale size of both phases.The nanocomposites obtained by the chemical method generally consist of a hard phase core and a soft phase shell.However,the soft-phase shell is easily oxidized leading to small enhancement of remanence.Here,a novel microstructure of Fe@FePt nanocomposites with Fe soft phase core and FePt hard phase shell has been synthesized by replacement reaction,in which the size of core and shell can be controlled below 10 nm by adjusting the ratio of Fe nanoparticles to PtCl 4.Excellent exchange-coupling(single-phase-like demagnetization curves)between soft-hard phases was observed due to the precise size control of both phases,and substantial enhancements both in remanence(32%)and saturation magnetization(81%)were obtained in optimal nanocompistes.This work provides an alternative routine to prepare heterostructure materials with various applications.Baoru Bian Li Jin Qiang Zheng Fang Wang Xiaohong Xu Juan Du 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,20:1

8High energy product of isotropic bulk Sm-Co/α-Fe(Co)nanocomposite magnet with multiple hard phases and nanoscale grains显示文摘Nanocomposite magnets consisting of hard and soft magnetic phases have potential applications to be the next generation of permanent magnets with very high energy product and less expensive rare-earth elements.But it is still a big challenge to obtain bulk magnets with ideal microstructure and high performance.In this work,two-step warm processing at relative low temperatures had been adopted to obtain nearly theoretical density bulk nanocomposite magnets from amorphous/nanocrystalline powder precursors.Novel nanostructures consisting of multiple Sm-Co hard phases(SmCo_(5)as main phase,SmCO_(3),SmCo_(7),Sm_(2)Co_(17)as minor phases)and 25 wt%α-Fe(Co)soft phase,nanoscale grain size below 20 nm for both the hard phase and soft phase,and the diffusion of Fe and Co compositions had been obtained in bulk isotropic magnets.Besides the ideal nanostructures,a high coercivity of 5.9 kOe,M_(r)/M_(s)value of 0.78 and a high square degree of demagnetization curve S=0.47 were obtained.All of these factors together brought a new record-high energy product(BH)_(max)of 23.6 MGOe.These results make an important step toward fabricating novel nanostructure with high performance.Shuo Li Longfei Ma Jinkui Fan Jianping Yang Qiang Zheng Baoru Bian Jian Zhang Juan Du 2021Journal of Materials Science & Technology2021,,29:1

15A Novel Robust Watermarking Algorithm for Encrypted Medical Image Based on DTCWT-DCT and Chaotic Map显示文摘In order to solve the problem of patient information security protection in medical images,whilst also taking into consideration the unchangeable particularity of medical images to the lesion area and the need for medical images themselves to be protected,a novel robust watermarking algorithm for encrypted medical images based on dual-tree complex wavelet transform and discrete cosine transform(DTCWT-DCT)and chaotic map is proposed in this paper.First,DTCWT-DCT transformation was performed on medical images,and dot product was per-formed in relation to the transformation matrix and logistic map.Inverse transformation was undertaken to obtain encrypted medical images.Then,in the low-frequency part of the DTCWT-DCT transformation coefficient of the encrypted medical image,a set of 32 bits visual feature vectors that can effectively resist geometric attacks are found to be the feature vector of the encrypted medical image by using perceptual hashing.After that,different logistic initial values and growth parameters were set to encrypt the watermark,and zero-watermark technology was used to embed and extract the encrypted medical images by combining cryptography and third-party concepts.The proposed watermarking algorithm does not change the region of interest of medical images thus it does not affect the judgment of doctors.Additionally,the security of the algorithm is enhanced by using chaotic mapping,which is sensitive to the initial value in order to encrypt the medical image and the watermark.The simulation results show that the pro-posed algorithm has good homomorphism,which can not only protect the original medical image and the watermark information,but can also embed and extract the watermark directly in the encrypted image,eliminating the potential risk of decrypting the embedded watermark and extracting watermark.Compared with the recent related research,the proposed algorithm solves the contradiction between robustness and invisibility of the watermarking algorithm for encrypted medical images,and it has good results against both conventional attacks and geometric attacks.Under geometric attacks in particular,the proposed algorithm performs much better than existing algorithms.Jing Liu Jingbing Li Jieren Cheng Jixin Ma Naveed Sadiq Baoru Han Qiang Geng Yang Ai 2019Computers, Materials & Continua2019,,8:1

20High magnetic energy product in isotropic nanocomposite powders with high percent of soft phase towards ultrastrong magnets显示文摘Nanostructure of magnetically hard and soft materials is fascinating for exploring next-generation ul-trastrong permanent magnets with less expensive rare-earth elements.However,the resulting hard/soft nanocomposites often exhibit a low remanence/energy product due to the challenge in obtaining ideal phase components and appropriate soft phase fraction.In this work,a novel microstructure of multiple phases consisting of 1:5 phase and 1:3 phase as main hard phase,and a high ratio of Fe(Co)(27 wt.%-48 wt.%)as soft phase was obtained in Sm-Co(Fe)/Fe nanocomposite magnet.The grain size of both hard and soft phases below 15 nm was observed.The optimal energy product for Sm-Co(Fe)/Fe(Co)nanocom-posite is 2.1 times(an increment of 107%)of the corresponding single-hard-phase powders without soft phase.It reports that the isotropic nanocomposite powders exhibit a record of magnetic energy product larger than 25 MGOe(the highest value is 28.6 MGOe).The high performance and the microstructure achieved in this work for the isotropic powders will shed light on and provide a good premise for syn-thesizing high performance anisotropic bulk nanocomposite magnets.Longfei Ma Wei Quan Jinkui Fan Yanbai Chen Qiang Zheng Baoru Bian Jian Zhang Juan Du 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,13:0
