| 1 | 颅内压和脑灌注压监护中两种监测方法有效性和客观性研究显示文摘目的在颅内压和脑灌注压监护时,对2种不同的监测方法进行统计学一致性研究,确定颅内压和脑灌注压监护时不同监测方法的有效性和客观性。方法 50位成年外伤性脑损伤患者入选本研究,进行颅内压和脑灌注压监护。检验确定2种方法是否存在统计学一致性。然后,通过颅内压增高率和脑灌注降低率来量化分析脑血流动力学变化。结果本研究证实了2种数据记录方法存在统计学一致性:颅内压为r^2=0.79,P<0.0001,脑灌注压为r^2=0.97,P<0.001。2种数据记录方法的脑血流动力学研究显示:颅内高压率分别为14.8%和15.6%,脑低灌注率分别为6.01%和6.05%。结论颅内压和脑灌注压监护时各种监测方法均是客观和有效的。参数颅内高压率和脑低灌注率在量化分析脑血流动力学变化方面是非常有价值的,能进一步了解成年脑外伤患者颅内压和脑灌注压的详细变化。 | 欧阳火牛 Ayush Bajracharya 陈若平 刘剑钢 方立浩 | 2010 | 中国医刊2010,45,11: | 5 |

| 3 | Giant exophytic renal angiomyolipoma masquerading as a retroperitoneal liposarcoma: A case report and review of literature显示文摘A 42-years-old lady, presented with a large retroperitoneal mass which was preoperatively diagnosed as a retroperitoneal liposarcoma following an image guided core biopsy. She underwent a margin-negative resection of the retroperitoneal mass(multi visceral resection-enbloc excision of the retroperitoneal mass with a left nephrectomy and a segmental descending colectomy). The final histopathological examination of the resected specimen confirmed an exophytic renal angiomyolipoma(AML) which was extending into the retroperitoneum. AML is a rare benign tumor arising most commonly from the kidney. It can sometimes present as a diagnostic challenge as it mimics a retroperitoneal liposarcoma or a fat-containing renal cell carcinomas closely. | 6 | N-polar InGaN nanowires: breaking the efficiency bottleneck of nano and micro LEDs显示文摘The efficiency of conventional quantum well light-emitting diodes(LEDs) decreases drastically with reducing areal size. Here we show that such a critical size scaling issue of LEDs can be addressed by utilizing N-polar In Ga N nanowires. We studied the epitaxy and performance characteristics of N-polar In Ga N nanowire LEDs grown on sapphire substrate by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy. A maximum external quantum efficiency-11% was measured for LEDs with lateral dimensions as small as 750 nm directly on wafer without any packaging. The effect of electron overflow and Auger recombination on the device performance is also studied. | 9 | Feasibility and efficacy of delayed pharmacoinvasive therapy for STelevation myocardial infarction显示文摘BACKGROUND ST-elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)refers to a clinical syndrome that features symptoms of myocardial ischemia with consequent ST-elevation on electrocardiography and an associated rise in cardiac biomarkers.Rapid restoration of brisk flow in the coronary vasculature is critical in reducing mortality and morbidity.In patients with STEMI who could not receive primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)on time,pharmacoinvasive strategy(thrombolysis followed by timely PCI within 3-24 h of its initiation)is an effective option.AIM To analyze the role of delayed pharmacoinvasive strategy in the window period of 24-72 h after thrombolysis.METHODS This was a physician-initiated,single-center prospective registry between January 2017 and July 2017 which enrolled 337 acute STEMI patients with partially occluded coronary arteries.Patients received routine pharmacoinvasive therapy(PCI within 3-24 h of thrombolysis)in one group and delayed pharmacoinvasive therapy(PCI within 24-72 h of thrombolysis)in another group.The primary endpoint was major adverse cardiac and cerebrovascular events(MACCE)within 30 d of the procedure.The secondary endpoints included major bleeding as defined by Bleeding Academic Research Consortium classification,angina,and dyspnea within 30 d.RESULTS The mean age in the two groups was comparable(55.1±10.1 years vs 54.2±10.5 years,P=0.426).Diabetes was present among 20.2%and 22.1%of patients in the routine and delayed groups,respectively.Smoking rate was 54.6%and 55.8%in the routine and delayed groups,respectively.Thrombolysis was initiated within 6 h of onset of symptoms in both groups(P=0.125).The mean time from thrombolysis to PCI in the routine and delayed groups was 16.9±5.3 h and 44.1±14.7 h,respectively.No significant difference was found for the occurrence of measured clinical outcomes in the two groups within 30 d(8.7%vs 12.9%,P=0.152).Univariate analysis of demographic characteristics and risk factors for patients who reported MACCE in the two groups did not demonstrate any significant correlation.Secondary endpoints such as angina,dyspnea,and major bleeding were non-significantly different between the two groups.CONCLUSION Delayed PCI pharmacoinvasive strategy in a critical diseased but not completely occluded artery beyond 24 h in patients who have been timely thrombolyzed seems a reasonable strategy. | Rishi Sethi Lalit Mohan Pravesh Vishwakarma Abhishek Singh Swati Sharma Monika Bhandari Ayush Shukla Akhil Sharma Gaurav Chaudhary Akshyaya Pradhan Sharad Chandra Varun Shankar Narain Sudhanshu Kumar Dwivedi | 2023 | World Journal of Cardiology2023,15,1: | 1 |

| 20 | Trace fossil evidences of an Early Miocene paleoseismic event and depositional regime change from the Kutch(Kachchh) Basin显示文摘Unconsolidated siliciclastic sediments can undergo post-burial deformation, which leads to the formation of distinctive sedimentary structures, known as soft-sediment deformation structures(SSDS). The presence of a series of sand volcanoes confined to a particular lithostratigraphic horizon can represent a paleoseismic activity and, thereby, exemplifies the concept of “seismite”. The Kutch Basin has been a tectonically active region since the initiation of eastern Gondwana rifting followed by a tectonic inversion during the Cenozoic due to the collision of the Indian and Eurasian plates. A stratum-bound series of sand volcanoes belonging to the Khari Nadi Formation(KNF) is exposed along the banks of Khari River. They separate the shallow marine deposits below and non-marine deposits above with their characteristic marine and paleosol trace fossil suites, respectively. Although a seismogenic origin has been much debated for the SSDS,the ichnofabric analysis of the sand-volcano-bearing stratum unequivocally points toward such an origin under a shallow seafloor condition. In addition to the sedimentary regime change from an open shallow-marine setting to a continental depositional environment concomitant with basinal uplift, the behavior of the burrowing crustaceans testifies to a syn-depositional development of a fault network associated with the fluidization, sand volcanism, and the resilience of the trace-producers in surviving those processes until the sedimentary regime change in the overlying strata.
