| 1 | Semaphorin 3A在局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织中的表达特征及通络救脑注射液的保护作用显示文摘目的:观察局灶性脑缺血损伤后大鼠脑组织中Semaphorin 3A(Sema3A)蛋白表达水平,以及通络救脑注射液对该因子表达的影响。方法:以线拴法制作大鼠大脑中动脉缺血模型(MCAO),设正常组、模型组及通络救脑注射液组,分别在造模后12h、24h、3d、7d,共4个时间点采取动物脑组织,测定脑梗死体积及脑组织中GAP43的表达水平,及Sema 3A的表达部位和蛋白表达水平。结果:通络救脑注射液能够减少脑缺血动物脑梗死体积,与模型组相比均有显著差异。结论:大鼠脑缺血损伤后Sema3A表达增加与神经元的坏死有相关性,通络救脑注射液能够降低其表达水平,对缺血损伤的脑组织发挥保护作用。 | 唐卉凌 李澎涛 张玮 潘彦舒 Alesheikh Peiman 狄波 周莉 李忻 杨鑫 | 2010 | 世界科学技术-中医药现代化2010,12,3: | 2 |

| 3 | A GIS-based time-dependent seismic source modeling of Northern Iran显示文摘The first step in any seismic hazard study is the definition of seismogenic sources and the estimation of magnitude-frequency relationships for each source.There is as yet no standard methodology for source modeling and many researchers have worked on this topic.This study is an effort to define linear and area seismic sources for Northern Iran.The linear or fault sources are developed based on tectonic features and characteristic earthquakes while the area sources are developed based on spatial distribution of small to moderate earthquakes.Time-dependent recurrence relationships are developed for fault sources using renewal approach while time-independent frequency-magnitude relationships are proposed for area sources based on Poisson process.GIS functionalities are used in this study to introduce and incorporate spatialtemporal and geostatistical indices in delineating area seismic sources.The proposed methodology is used to model seismic sources for an area of about 500 by 400 square kilometers around Tehran.Previous researches and reports are studied to compile an earthquake/fault catalog that is as complete as possible.All events are transformed to uniform magnitude scale; duplicate events and dependent shocks are removed.Completeness and time distribution of the compiled catalog is taken into account.The proposed area and linear seismic sources in conjunction with defined recurrence relationships can be used to develop time-dependent probabilistic seismic hazard analysis of Northern Iran. | Mahdi Hashemi Ali Asghar Alesheikh Mohammad Reza Zolfaghari | 2017 | Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Vibration2017,16,1: | 1 |

| 8 | The Chinese herbal formula Tongluo Jiunao promotes expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor/tropomyosin-related kinase B pathways in a rat model of ischemic brain injury显示文摘The neurotrophin-Trk receptor pathway is an intrinsic pathway to relieve damage to the central nervous system. The present study observed the effects of Tongluo Jiunao (TLJN), which comprises Panax Notoginseng and Gardenia Jasminoides, on expression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and tropomyosin-related kinase B (TrkB) in a rat model of focal cerebral ischemic injury. Xue Sai Tong (XST), comprising Panax Notoginseng, served as the positive control. Mechanisms of neuroprotection were analyzed following TLJN injection. Following establishment of the middle cerebral artery occlusion models, TLJN and XST were intraperitoneally injected, and 2, 3, 5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride staining results revealed that TLJN injection reduced infarct volume, suggesting that TLJN exerted a neuroprotective effect. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay results showed that TLJN elevated BDNF and growth associated protein-43 expression in ischemic brain tissues, as well as serum BDNF levels. Reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction and western blot results showed that TLJN injection did not affect TrkB expression in the ischemic brain tissues of rats. These results suggested that TLJN injection reduced damage to ischemic brain tissues and increased BDNF expression.
