| 1 | 原发性免疫缺陷病易发生自身免疫病和炎症表现显示文摘研究背景原发性免疫缺陷病(PIDDs)是一种显著增加感染易感性的遗传性疾病。PIDDs可以导致肿瘤、免疫性疾病,包括过敏、自身免疫、炎症。目的研究PIDDs患者自身免疫病和炎症表现的发生率。方法回顾性筛查了2183例在CEREDIH (法国国家PID注册研究)注册登记的PIDDs患者自身免疫性疾病和炎症的表现。结果 26. 2%的患者并发了一种或多种自身免疫和炎症性表现,整个生存期均有发病的风险,其中免疫相关血细胞减少症的风险比一般人群高120倍以上,儿童炎症性肠病的风险高80倍以上,其他自身免疫表现的风险增高约10倍。值得注意的是,所有类型的PIDDs均与并发自身免疫病和炎症相关,其中T细胞相关PIDDs和普通变异型免疫缺陷病的风险最高。并发自身免疫性疾病是预后不良因素。结论我们的结果为前瞻性评估PIDDs并发自身免疫病和炎症表现奠定了基础,以期准确地评估这些风险和描述医疗干预可能的疗效。 | Alain Fischer Johan Provot Jean-Philippe Jais Alexandre Alcais Nizar Mahlaoui 彭琳一(翻译) 张奉春(审校) | 2018 | 中华临床免疫和变态反应杂志2018，12，2： | 5 |
