13纤维分解酶对低精料和高精料日粮泌乳奶牛生产性能的影响显示文摘试验旨在确定纤维分解酶对高精料(48%日粮干物质)或低精料(33%日粮干物质)日粮泌乳奶牛生产性能的影响。第1个试验,将体重为589±20kg的泌乳22±3d荷斯坦奶牛60头采用2×2因子试验,随机分为低精料日粮(LC组)、加酶低精料日粮(LCE组)、高精料日粮(HC组)和加酶高精料日粮(HCE组)。添加酶3.4mg·kg-1干物质,每天把酶喷到全混合日粮上,试验期63d。第2个试验,在4个18d时期,采用4×4拉丁方设计,选择装有瘤胃套管的奶牛4头,测定对瘤胃发酵和原位瘤胃干物质降解的影响。试验结果表明,酶不会影响奶牛干物质采食量(23.9、22.3kg·d-1)或产奶量(32.8、34.2kg·d-1),但是降低估计甲烷产量,提高挥发性脂肪酸总浓度(114.5、125.7mM)、干物质表观总消化道消化率(69.8%、72.6%)、粗蛋白(69.2%、73.3%)、酸性洗涤纤维(50.4%、54.8%)、中性洗涤纤维(53.7%、55.4%)和产奶效率(1.44、1.60㎏牛奶·kg-1干物质)。饲喂较多的精料,提高奶牛干物质采食量(21.5、24.8kg·d-1)、产奶量(32.2、34.7kg·d-1)、乳蛋白产量(0.89、0.99kg·d-1)和干物质(69.9%、72.6%),但是降低瘤胃pH(6.31、6.06)。与饲喂HC奶牛比较,饲喂LCE的奶牛有较低的干物质采食量(20.8、25.7kg·d-1)和粗蛋白采食量(3.9、4.8kg·d-1),较高的瘤胃pH(6.36、6.10),相似的产奶量(33.2±1.1kg·d-1)。因此,饲喂LCE奶牛的产奶效率比饲喂HC奶牛高(1.69、1.42kg牛奶·kg-1干物质)。这种纤维分解酶提高了干物质、粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维的消化率,提高奶牛的产奶效率。给低精料日粮应用酶可获得与饲喂未添加酶的高精料日粮奶牛一样多的产奶量。Arriola K G Kim S C Staples C R Adesogan A T 张树金 2011饲料博览2011,,7:0
