| 3 | Traditional Chinese Medicine for Bladder Cancer:a Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis显示文摘Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of bladder cancer.Methods:The databases of CNKI(1989-2018.10),Wan fang Data(1989-2018.10),VIP(1989-2018.10),PubMed(1966-2018.10),EMbase(1986-2018.10)and Cochrane Library(3rd issue,2018)were searched..Evidence quality and rating recommendations were scored using the GRADE system.Results:Thirty-six eligible studies were included with 3,109 patients.The meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate OR combination=2.85[OR=2.85,95%CI(1.98,4.09),P<0.00001].Recurrence OR merge=0.33[OR=0.33,95%CI(0.26,0.42),P<0.00001];Adverse reaction rate OR combination=0.37[OR=0.37,95%CI(0.32,0.43),P<0.00001];Incidence of adverse reactions OR combination=0.41[OR=0.41,95%CI(0.30,0.55),P<0.00001];Survival rate OR combination=1.78[OR=1.78,95%CI(0.55,5.77),P=0.34];Quality of life improvement rate OR consolidation=12.42[OR=12.42 95%CI(3.21,48.11),P=0.0003].The GRADE system evaluation results show that the evidence level is B and the recommendation level is weak.The traditional Chinese medicine group was superior to the control group in the efficiency rate,postoperative recurrence rate,incidence rate of adverse reactions,survival rate,quality of life improvement rate and incidence rate of toxic and side effects in the treatment of bladder cancer.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese Medicine has a good effect on treating bladder cancer and controlling recurrence of bladder cancer.Due to the impact of the original study on the results of meta-analysis,larger sample and high-quality clinical trials are still needed to verify. | Li-Hui Zhang Yao Yang Ying Chen Guo-Wei Zhang | 2018 | Medical Data Mining2018,1,2: | 2 |
| 4 | Heating infusion for gastrointestinal complications in patients with enteral nutrition: A meta-analysis显示文摘Objective: To systematically evaluate the effects of heating infusion on gastrointestinal complications of patients with enteral nutrition. Methods: The domestic and foreign databases including Cochrane Library, PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science, Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM), Wan Fang database (Wan Fang), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and VIP Database for Chinese Technical Periodicals(VIP) were retrieved. The retrieval contents were randomized controlled trials on improving gastrointestinal complications of patients with enteral nutrition by heating infusion of nutrient solution. Data were collected by two reviewers according to the data extraction tables. Results: A total of 17 randomized controlled trials with 1683 subjects were chosen. The results of meta analysis showed that the rate of abdominal pain, abdominal distension and nausea in patients with enteral nutrition could be reduced by warm infusion of nutrient solution, but the effect of the infusion on vomiting, constipation, stomach retention and diarrhea was not superior. | 5 | Efficacy of high-flow nasal cannula on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: A meta-analysis显示文摘Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of high-flow nasal cannula(HFNC)on patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods:Systematic searches on PubMed,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,Embase,CBM(Chinese Biomedicine Database),CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure),Wanfang Database and VIP were performed for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)which explored the effects of HFNC on patients with AECOPD.The retrieval time was from the establishment of each database to July 2019.RevMan5.3 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:A total of 12 articles were included,involving 812 patients.The results showed that:(1)Compared with conventional oxygen therapy,HFNC could improve patients'arterial partial oxygen pressure(PaO2)(MD=12.70,95%CI(7.00,18.40),Z=4.37,P<0.0001),reduce partial arterial blood carbon dioxide(PaCO2)(MD=-10.99,95%CI(-14.42,-7.55),Z=6.26,P<0.00001)and reduce endotracheal intubation rate(OR=0.19,95%CI(0.04,0.93),Z=2.05,P=0.04),shorten the hospitalization time(SMD=-0.74,95%CI(-1.11,-0.37),Z=3.95,P<0.0001).(2)Compared with non-invasive positive pressure ventilation,it has fewer adverse reactions(OR=0.18,95%CI(0.09,0.35),Z=5.08,P<0.00001)and shorter hospital stay(SMD=-0.57,95%CI(-0.90,-0.23),Z=3.33,P=0.0009).Conclusion:HFNC can improve the patients’hypoxia symptoms and CO2 retention,reduce the rate of tracheal intubation,and alleviate adverse reactions.However,Limited by the quality and region of the included studies,more high-quality are needed to test it. | Ying-Ming Sun Min Zhang Na Sun Zhi Guan Ying Wang | 2019 | Medical Data Mining2019,2,4: | 1 |
| 6 | Regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for Henoch-Schonlein purpura based on data mining techniques显示文摘Objective:This study aims to explore the regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for allergic purpura.Methods:CNKI,Weipu Chinese science and technology database,wanfang medical network database,and Chinese biomedical literature database were searched for eligible studies.Medical records including complete patient personal information,patient symptoms,TCM syndromes,treatment,and medication were included.The data was analyzed using the Chinese medicine heritage support platform provided by the Chinese Academy of Chinese medicine(V2.5).Results:Differentiation of health gas camp blood was the most commonly used method of differentiation of symptoms and signs in famous veteran TCM.The treatment included cooling blood,activating blood circulation,clearing heat and detoxifying toxins,removing blood stasis and stopping bleeding.Honeysuckle,Forsythia suspensa,cicada slough and other drugs were interrelated.Potential drug pair combinations and drug networks showed the basic drug composition of Qingying Decoction.According to the entropy cluster analysis,28 core drug combination and 12 new formulations were obtained.Conclusion:The regularity of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for Henoch-Schonlein purpura based on the famous and old TCM doctors was complex.Further researches are still needed. | Shuai Zhang Yinglin Qin Jiaqi Yang Jie Guo Xueshuai Dai Xiaoming Jin | 2019 | Medical Data Mining2019,2,4: | 1 |
| 7 | A study on the rule of Chinese medicine use against influenza virus based on data mining显示文摘Background:To summarize the rules of the use of traditional Chinese medicine against influenza virus in the high-quality literatures of core journals,and to provide guidance for the prevention and treatment of influenza.Methods:Excel 2010 and ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(2.5V)were used to summarize the categories,nature,flavour and channel tropism of drugs.The cluster analysis of high-frequency drugs was carried out by SPSS 22.0,and the association rules of high-frequency drugs were analyzed by Apriori algorithm provided by SPSS modeler 18.0.Results:One thousand one hundred and thirty-one articles from core journals were retrieved and 135 articles were screened out,including 109 prescriptions and 170 drugs,with a total frequency of 1,655 times.The 3 most frequently appeared herbs were Gancao(Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma),Jinyinhua(Lonicerae japonicae flos)and Lianqiao(Forsythiae fructus).The top 3 efficacy were“Heat-Clearing(remove heat from the body surface and inside)”drugs,drugs for“Relieving Exterior Disorder(treat fever,chills and headaches caused by pathogenic substances in the air)”,and“Phlegm Relieving Cough Antiasthmatic Medicine(relieves respiratory cough and sputum symptoms)”drugs.The top 3 nature of drugs were cold,warm and flat.The top 3 flavour of drugs were bitter,spicy and sweet.The top 5 channel tropism of drugs were“Lung”,“Stomach”,“Heart”,“Spleen”,“Liver”.Association rule yields 20 drug pairs,Jingjie(Schizonepetae herba),Forsythiae fructus,Lonicerae japonicae flos,Niubangzi(Arctii fructus),Mahuang(Ephedrae herba)and Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma were commonly used concerted application;four new methods were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine against influenza virus has a certain regularity,which provides an important reference value for the prevention and treatment of influenza. | Yu-Qiang Lu Lin FU Yu-Qi Hao Hui Ding Zhao-Lin Shi Ru-Ying Li Guo-Cheng Zhang | 2021 | Medical Data Mining2021,4,1: | 1 |
| 8 | Identification of WWTR1 as an immune infiltration-correlated prognostic biomarker in colon cancer显示文摘WWTR1,a gene related to the TGF-βsignaling pathway,has been elucidated to be involved in oncogenesis in multiple studies.There is,however,no research on its link to immune infiltration in colon cancer.The TCGA database has identified WWTR1,a gene related to the TGF-βsignaling pathway,which is lowly expressed in colon cancer patients compared to normal subjects.Meanwhile,we produced the Kapan-Meier curve with GEO and the TCGA database,which revealed that colon cancer patients with high WWTR1 expression had a poor prognosis.We discovered that high expression of WWTR1 in colon cancer was associated with clinical stage,pathological T-stage,and lymphatic metastasis after examining the clinical characteristics of colon cancer patients.WWTR1 was found to be an independent predictive factor for colon cancer in a multivariate Cox regression study.Infiltration of immunological cells(B cells,CD8^(+)T cells,CD4^(+)T cells,Macrophage,Neutrophil,Dendritic cells)was linked to WWTR1 expression.In colon cancer,WWTR1 expression was also found to be favorably linked with major immune cell markers.According to an analysis of WWTR1 DCGs,GO,and KEGG enrichment analysis,WWTR1 expression levels were associated with ameboidal-type cell migration,focal adhesion,actin binding,Chemical carcinogenesis-reactive oxygen species,Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,and Alzheimer disease.These findings imply that WWTR1 is a prognostically valuable and important biomarker for colon cancer,and imply that its expression is strongly linked to colon cancer immune infiltration,making it a potential new target for colon cancer biotherapy. | Jian-Shun Ge Jie Zhang Rui Wang Hai-Ning Li Xin-Nong Liu Xu-Dong Yin Yan-Bing Ding Guo-Tao Lu Lin-Lin Tian | 2022 | Medical Data Mining2022,5,2: | 1 |

| 12 | NiuHuangJiangYa capsule for hypertension:a Bayesian dose-response analysis of multiple N-of-1 trials显示文摘Background:There is the limited evidence available from randomized controlled trials on the dose-response relationship of NiuHuangJiangYa capsule for hypertension.The objective of this study is to investigate the dose-response relationship of NiuHuangJiangYa capsule for hypertension based on multiple N-of-1 trials.Methods:This study was a secondary analysis of the data from a series of N-of-1 trials examining the efficacy of high-dose versus low-dose NiuHuangJiangYa capsule for hypertension.Hierarchical Bayesian models were used to aggregate these N-of-1 trials for estimating the population and individual treatment effects synchronously.Results:It showed that overall population estimates of the posterior mean difference in Systolic Blood Pressure reduction,Diastolic Blood Pressure reduction,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score reduction were 3.18 mmHg(95%CIs:-4.69 to 9.04,posterior probability(>0):83.33%),0.8636 mmHg(95%CIs:-5.19 to 6.79,posterior probability(>0):63.38%),and 0.8384(95%CIs:-2.21 to 3.84,posterior probability(>0):77.05%)respectively.Individual posterior mean difference ranged from 1.237 to 5.628 with posterior probability(>0)ranging from 63.63%to 92.95%in Systolic Blood Pressure reduction,-0.714 to 3.423 with posterior probability(>0)ranging from 43.03%to 84.04%in Diastolic Blood Pressure reduction,and-0.5179 to 2.733 with posterior probability(>0)ranging from 27.02%to 97.73%in traditional Chinese medicine symptom score reduction.Conclusion:The efficacy of high-dose versus low-dose NiuHuangJiangYa capsule for hypertension may be various across patients.Further studies are warranted to investigate these findings.Moreover,Bayesian N-of-1 trial may be helpful to explore the optimal and personalized dosage of anti-hypertensive drugs. | Jing-Bo Zhai | 2021 | Medical Data Mining2021,4,4: | 0 |

| 15 | Construction of miRNA-mRNA regulatory network and drug prediction for ulcerative colitis associated colorectal cancer显示文摘Objective:To construct the miRNA-mRNA regulatory network,andidentify more reliable therapeutic targets and potential drugs in ulcerative colitis associated colorectal cancer.Methods:Two datasets were downloaded from the GEO,and the differently expressed analysis were conducted by R software limma package.Functional enrichment analysis was performed using R software.The targets of differently expressed miRNAs were predicted by FunRich software,and the miRNA-mRNA regulatory network was constructed by Cytoscape software.The cMAP and TCMSP databases were used to predict small molecule drugs and traditional Chinese medicine respectively.Results:A total of 79 differently expressed miRNAs and 8865 differently expressed mRNAs were identified.Then the miRNA-mRNA regulatory network was constructed.Among DE miRNAs in the network,hsa-miR-520e,hsa-miR-199b-5p,hsa-miR-140-5p may be the most significant due to their large number of connecting nodes in ulcerative colitis associated colorectal cancer.The integrated differently genes were mainly concentrated in protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum,ferroptosis and other signalingpathways.In addition,10 kinds of small molecule drugs and 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were screened as therapeutic agents for ulcerative colitis associated colorectal cancer.Conclusion:hsa-miR-520e,hsa-miR-199b-5p,hsa-miR-140-5p can be used as therapeutic targets forulcerative colitis associated colorectal cancer.The pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis associated colorectal cancer may be related to the protein processing in endoplasmic reticulum/ferroptosis signaling pathway,and it is predicted that 10 kinds of small molecule drugs,such asIsoflupredone,and 4 traditional Chinese medicines,such as Baiqucai(Celandine),Guanhuangbai(Cortex phellodendri amurensis),Huangbai(Phellodendron amurense)and Bajiaolian(Dysosma Versipellis),can be used as therapeutic drugs forulcerative colitis associated colorectal cancer. | Qing-Song Liu Shuang-Lan Chen Yi Zhang Bin Li Zi-Yan Xie Shuai Xiong | 2021 | Medical Data Mining2021,4,4: | 0 |

| 17 | Based on Network Pharmacology to Explore the Action Mechanism of Caulis Sinomenii-Caulis Piperis Kadsurae Herb Pair in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis显示文摘Objective:By using the method of network pharmacology to explore the mechanism of action of Caulis Sinomenii-Caulis Piperis Kadsurae herb pair in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:Search and screen the active ingredients and targets of Qingfengteng(Caulis Sinomenii)and Haifengteng(Caulis Piperis Kadsurae)through the TCMSP database,and predict and supplement the target points of the active ingredients through the Swiss Target Prediction platform;collect rheumatoid arthritis disease targets through GeneCards,OMIM database,and DRUGBANK database,construct a Venn diagram,and obtain the key target of Caulis Sinomenii-Caulis Piperis Kadsurae herb pairs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis;use Cytoscape 3.7.1 to establish the effect of Caysaceae sylvestris and Rhizoma sibirica in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis'Drug-active ingredient-target'network diagram,submit key targets to STRING11.0 database to construct a protein interaction network model to obtain core targets;perform the GO and KEGG enrichment analysis of key targets on the Metascape platform,and draw the network diagram of'active pharmaceutical ingredients-targets-pathways'.Results:After screening,discover a total of 27 active ingredients of Caulis Sinomenii-Caulis Piperis Kadsurae herb pairs,which can act on 229 targets,1269 related targets for rheumatoid arthritis diseases.And obtain a total of 95 common targets for drug active ingredients and diseases,including PTGS2,EGFR,MMP9,CASP3,JUN,etc.The common targets are mainly enriched in signaling pathways such as Pathways in cancer,Th17 cell differentiation and Endocrine resistance etc.Conclusion:This study preliminarily explored the potential mechanism of Caulis Sinomenii-Caulis Piperis Kadsurae herb pairs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.The Caulis Sinomenii-Caulis Piperis Kadsurae herb pair may regulate cancer-related pathways,Th17 cell differentiation,endocrine resistance and other pathways to treat rheumatoid arthritis by regulating targets such as PTGS2,EGFR,and MMP9,providing clues and ideas for follow-up experimental research. | Yuan Li Xiu-Juan Hou Hai-Yu Wang | 2021 | Medical Data Mining2021,4,4: | 0 |
| 18 | The development of Electronic Health Literacy worldwide: a bibliometric analysis显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to review researches on electronic health literacy,provided some suggestions and identified directions for further research.Methods:The literatures were collected by searching the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and the core collection database of Web of Science from inception to November 17,2019.SPSS software was used for regression analysis,and citespace 5.5.R2 was used for visual analysis.Results:A total of 249 valid documents were retrieved,of which 205 were in English and 44 were in Chinese.Among them,USA had the largest number of publications,followed by Australia,Germany,Netherlands,and China.In China,Beijing has the most published literatures,followed by Anhui,Shanghai,Guangdong,and Shandong.The English-language journal with the most publications was journal of Medical Internet Research,and Chinese-language journal was Chinese health education.However,the Chinese and English core journals were relatively scattered,and no core journal group had yet formed.There were 111 funding institutions in both Chinese and English literature.Research content mainly included current situation investigation,influencing factors,clinical practice interventions,scale preparation and translation,qualitative interviews,etc.Conclusion:At present,there are many researches in the field of e-health literacy worldwide.However,the quality and depth of research still need to be further improved.The field of research also needs to be further expanded to meet the opportunities and challenges that the Internet brings to the medical industry. | Qi Wu Zhi-Jian Liu Ling Cheng Hui-Li Sun Guang-Hong Han Xiao-Li Pang | 2020 | Medical Data Mining2020,3,1: | 0 |
| 19 | Branched-chain/aromatic amino acids as integrated biomarker of type 2 diabetes mellitus: a systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Background:As type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)biomarkers,branched-chain amino acids(BCAAs:valine,leucine and isoleucine)and aromatic amino acids(AAAs:phenylalanine,tryptophan and tyrosine)may be correlated with the occurrence and development of T2DM.However,there is still no consensus on the disperse and isolated biomarkers of T2DM.Purpose:To explore the correlation between amino acids and T2DM based on integrated biomarker approach revealed.Methods:PubMed,Web of Science and CNKI were selected to search the literature published until August 31,2019.The included studies described the association between BCAAs,AAAs and T2DM.Random effect model and fixed effect model were adopted in pooled analysis to determine mean difference and 95 percent confidence interval of metabolites.Integrated biomarker was constructed in form of concentration change ratios or risk ratio(RR),relative risk(HR)and odds ratio(OR)of BCAAs and AAAs to reflect the integrated change information of amino acids.Results:The selected 20 studies contained 14942 healthy individuals and 3615 T2DM patients.The levels of BCAAs,phenylalanine and tyrosine both in plasma and serum samples were increased among all T2DM patients compared with those of the healthy control subjects(P<0.00001).However,the mean difference of tryptophan concentration was not statistically significant(P=0.60).The concentration change ratios or HR/RR/OR of BCAAs and AAAs were connected to form integrated biomarker.Conclusion:The integrated biomarker including BCAAs and AAAs could reflect the basic characteristics of T2DM,which has the potential clinical value on comprehensive diagnosis of T2DM. | Jiang-Lan Long Zhi-Rui Yang Long Wang Yu-Mei Han Can Yan Dan Yan | 2020 | Medical Data Mining2020,3,1: | 0 |
| 20 | The relationship between circulating tumor DNA and epithelial ovarian cancer: a cross-sectional study显示文摘Objective:This study aimed to investigate the relationship between circulating tumor DNA and epithelial ovarian cancer.Methods:Twenty-seven cases with epithelial ovarian cancer in changle people's hospital in shandong province were collected.Blood samples before operation were collected to detect circulating tumor DNA.Results:There are 22 ctDNA positive cases,with a proportion of 81.5%(22/27).Proportion of ctDNA positive patients before operation in the early and advanced stage was 60%and 94.1%respectively,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The difference of proportion of ctDNA positive patients before operation in the subgroup analysis based on clinical stage,histological grading,pathological types,and tumor size was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CtDNA is a promising tumor marker associated with epithelial ovarian cancer. | Wen-Ming Cao Xu Wei | 2020 | Medical Data Mining2020,3,1: | 0 |
