1Ground moving target detection and location based on SAR images for distributed spaceborne SAR显示文摘This paper investigates data processing approaches to detect and locate ground moving targets using distributed spaceborne SAR systems with long cross-track baselines. In particular, it investigates the performance of ground moving target detection for two typical satellite formations: Cartwheel and Pendulum. An approach based on SAR images and a space-time adaptive processing (STAP) algorithm is proposed in order to overcome the effects of the ground terrain on the clutter suppression. The key idea of the approach is firstly to reduce the clutter degrees of freedom greatly by using conventional SAR imaging processing. Then the ground terrain clutter within each SAR pixel can be effectively cancelled by using the very limited spatial degrees of freedom. Finally, constant-false-alarm-rate (CFAR) techniques can be used to detect the remaining target SAR pixels after clutter cancellation. An approach to relocate the detected targets is also proposed, which is based on the estimation of the Doppler spectrum shifts of ground moving targets relative to the clutter Doppler spectrum. 2An estimation method for InSAR interferometric phase combined with image auto-coregistration显示文摘In this paper we propose a method to estimate the InSAR interferometric phase of the steep terrain based on the terrain model of local plane by using the joint subspace projection technique proposed in our previous paper. The method takes ad- vantage of the coherence information of neighboring pixel pairs to auto-coregister the SAR images and employs the projection of the joint signal subspace onto the corresponding joint noise subspace to estimate the terrain interferometric phase. The method can auto-coregister the SAR images and reduce the interferometric phase noise simultane- ously. Theoretical analysis and computer simulation results show that the method can provide accurate estimate of the interferometric phase (interferogram) of very steep terrain even if the coregistration error reaches one pixel. 3Fuzhengpaidu granule regulates immune activation molecules CD38 and human leukocyte antigen-D related on CD4+ and CD8+ T cells in patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome/human immunodeficiency virus显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect of Fuzhengpaidu granule (FZPDG) on immune activation molecules CD38 and human leukocyte antigen-D related (HLA-DR) on CD4+ and CD8+ cells in HIV/AIDS patients, and to explore the underlying mechanism of this therapy. METHODS: Plasma changes in CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD3+CD4+CD38+, CD3+CD4+HLA-DR+, CD3+ CD8+CD38+, and CD3+CD8+HLA-DR+levels in HIV/ AIDS patients treated with FZPDG for six months were examined by flow cytometry and compared with levels in healthy controls. RESULTS: The clinical trial included 34 outpatients with HIV/AIDS. Before treatment, plasma levels of CD38+ and HLA-DR+ on CD4/CD8 cells were higherthan those in 28 health controls (P<0.05). There were no significant changes in serum levels of CD3+, CD4+, and CD8+ T cells between pretreatment baseline versus after treatment, which were 82.85% ± 5.41% , 14.57% ± 10.31% and 54.55% ± 11.43% before treatment and 79.15% ± 8.21% , 19.96% ± 9.58% and 56.36% ± 11.67% after treatment, respectively (P>0.05). Plasma levels of CD3+ CD4+CD38+and CD3+CD4+HLA-DR+were 2.3%± 2.2% and 7.8%±5.5% before treatment and 1.2%± 0.8% and 2.6%±1.0% after treatment, respectively. Plasma levels of CD3+CD8+CD38+ and CD3+CD8+ HLA-DR+ were 41.4%±13.4% and 17.8%±11.3% beforetreatment,whichchangedto27.1%±10.2%and 3.8%±2.4%aftertreatment,respectively(P<0.05). CONCLUSION: HIV/AIDS patients exhibited an immune activation profile following FZPDG treatment. 5Chromopeptide A, a highly cytotoxic depsipeptide from the marine sediment-derived bacterium Chromobacterium sp. HS-13-94显示文摘A bicyclic depsipeptide, chromopeptide A(1), was isolated from a deep-sea-derived bacterium Chromobacterium sp. HS-13-94. Its structure was determined by extensive spectroscopic analysis and by comparison with a related known compound. The absolute configuration of chromopeptide A was established by X-ray diffraction analysis employing graphite monochromated Mo K_α radiation(λ ? 0.71073 ?) with small Flack parameter 0.03. 6SAR-GMTI investigation in hybrid along-and cross-track baseline InSAR显示文摘A joint-pixel clutter suppression method based on slope compensation is proposed in this paper. In order to eliminate the effect of the terrain interferometric phase caused by the cross-track baseline in hybrid baseline InSAR, the local independent identical distribution of the clutter is satisfied by using the slope compensation technique, and thus the clutter can be suppressed successfully by using the orthogonality of the clutter subspace and the noise subspace. This approach utilizes the information contained in the current pixel as well as in its neighbors, showing robustness to the image coregistration errors. 7Submerged culture of Magnetospirillum gryphiswaldense under N_2-fixing condition and regulation of activity of nitrogen fixation显示文摘A submerged culture technique for Magneto-spirillum gryphiswaldense under the nitrogen-fixing condition (microaerobic and N-limited) was set up. In N-limited medium with Na-lactate as a sole carbon source, the optical density (A600 nm) and activity of nitrogen fixation of cells were 1.3 and 217 nmol of ethylene produced per hour per A600nm respectively within 21 h by three times of feeds. The pH and temperature were controlled at 7.2 and 30℃ respectively, and the oxygen concentration was controlled by sparging with N2 containing 0.4%-0.8% of O2. The activity of nitrogen fixation of cells was obviously inhibited by oxygen and ammonium. 10Aminopeptidase N Knockout Pigs Are Not Resistant to Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus Infection显示文摘Dear Editor,Porcine epidemic diarrhea virus(PEDV)is the etiologic agent of porcine epidemic diarrhea(PED),which is an acute,highly contagious,and devastating enteric viral disease in pigs(Lee 2015).PEDV is a coronavirus that mainly infects and replicates in villous enterocytes of the small intestine in pigs(Li et al.2016).PEDV can infect pigs in all age groups,with symptoms of varying degrees,such as watery diarrhea,dehydration,vomiting,and growth retardation.Particularly,PEDV is most detrimental to neonatal pigs,and the mortality rates can reach 100%(Stevenson et al.2013;Lee 2015).PEDV can persist in pigs after infection and become endemic in the farm.PED outbreaks occur periodically in many countries and have resulted in great economic losses to the pig industry worldwide.Effective infection prevention and control of PEDV can only be achieved through the use of vaccines.Jian Zhang Zhenfang W u Huaqiang Yang 2019Virologica Sinica2019,34,5:3
11Terminal sulfur atoms formation via defect engineering strategy to promote the conversion of lithium polysulfides显示文摘The defect engineering shows great potential in boosting the conversion of lithium polysulfides intermediates for high energy density lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs),yet the catalytic mechanisms remain unclear.Herein,the oxygen-defective Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)-xhollow microspheres uniformly encapsulated by N-doped carbon layer(OD-LTO@NC)is delicately designed as an intrinsically polar inorganic sulfur host for the research on the catalytic mechanism.Theoretical simulations have demonstrated that the existence of oxygen deficiencies enhances the adsorption capability of spinel Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)towards soluble lithium polysulfides.Some-S-S-bonds of the Li2S6on the defective Li_(4)Ti_(5)O_(12)surface are fractured by the strong adsorption force,which allows the inert bridging sulfur atoms to be converted into the susceptible terminal sulfur atoms,and reduces the activation energy of the polysulfide conversion in some degree.In addition,with the N-doped carbon layer,secondary hollow microspheres architecture built with primary ultrathin nanosheets provide a large amount of void space and active sites for sulfur storage,adsorption and conversion.The as-designed sulfur host exhibits a remarkable rate capability of 547 m Ah g^(-1)at 4C(1 C=1675 m A g^(-1))and an outstanding long-term cyclability(519 m Ah g^(-1)after 1000 cycles at 3 C).Besides,a high specific capacity of 832 m Ah g^(-1)is delivered even after 100 cycles under a high sulfur mass loading of 3.2 mg cm^(-2),indicating its superior electrochemical performances.This work not only provides a strong proof for the application of oxygen defect in the adsorption and catalytic conversion of lithium polysulfides,but offers a promising avenue to achieve high performance LSBs with the material design concept of incorporating oxygen-deficient spinel structure with hierarchical hollow frameworks.Yuanchang Li Wenda Li Xiujuan Yan Zhenfang Zhou Xiaosong Guo Jing Liu Changming Mao Zhonghua Zhang Guicun Li 2022Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,8:2
12Efficient In SAR phase noise reduction via total variation regularization显示文摘We consider the phase noise filtering problem for Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar(In SAR)using a total variation regularized complex linear least squares formulation. Although the original formulation is convex, solving it directly with the standard CVX package is time consuming due to the large problem size. In this paper, we introduce the effective and efficient alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM) to solve the equivalent well-defined complex formulation for the real and imaginary parts of the optimization variables.Both the iteration complexity and the computational complexity of the ADMM are established in the forms of theorems for our In SAR phase noise problem. 13Non-viral gene carrier mediated short hairpin RNA interference for inhibition of tumor cells growth显示文摘A tumor-targeting gene vector G250mAb-PEI-PEG has been prepared by modification of polyethylenimine (PEI) with polyethyleneglycol (PEG) and G250, a monoclonal antibody against the G250 antigen on tumor cell surface. The transfection efficiency was as high as 70% in G250 positive HeLa cells, whereas the transfection efficiency was relatively low (30%) in normal NIH3T3 cells. A plasmid encoding the short hairpin RNA (shRNA) specific for nucleostemin gene (NS) was efficiently transfected into the HeLa cells with this nonviral gene vector. RNA interference down-regulated the expression of NS gene in HeLa cells, inhibited cells proliferation and induced apoptosis. However, the growth and activity of the NIH3T3 cells were not affected under the same treatment. 15Experimental Study about Activated Water Generated by the Electro-hydraulic Impulse Strengthening the Mechanical Performance of Concrete显示文摘On the basis of a great number of experiments, it is proved that the strength of concrete is improved greatly when it is mixed with activated water produced by the electro-hydraulic impulse. With the proper parameters, the compression strength of concrete can be increased by 45%. 19Inversion of Oceanic Parameters Represented by CTD Utilizing Seismic Multi-Attributes Based on Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘In Recent years,seismic data have been widely used in seismic oceanography for the inversion of oceanic parameters represented by conductivity temperature depth(CTD).Using this technique,researchers can identify the water structure with high horizontal resolution,which compensates for the deficiencies of CTD data.However,conventional inversion methods are modeldriven,such as constrained sparse spike inversion(CSSI)and full waveform inversion(FWI),and typically require prior deterministic mapping operators.In this paper,we propose a novel inversion method based on a convolutional neural network(CNN),which is purely data-driven.To solve the problem of multiple solutions,we use stepwise regression to select the optimal attributes and their combination and take two-dimensional images of the selected attributes as input data.To prevent vanishing gradients,we use the rectified linear unit(ReLU)function as the activation function of the hidden layer.Moreover,the Adam and mini-batch algorithms are combined to improve stability and efficiency.The inversion results of field data indicate that the proposed method is a robust tool for accurately predicting oceanic parameters.AN Zhenfang ZHANG Jin XING Lei 2020Journal of Ocean University of China2020,19,6:1
20Removal of Intralenticular Magnetic Foreign Bodies with Intraocular Magnet显示文摘Purpose: To investigate the possibility of conservation of the lens after removal of intralenticular magnetic foreign bodies with intraocular magnet.Methods: Intralenticular magnetic foreign bodies of 15 patients were removed by using an intraocular magnet. The lens of each injury eye was conserved. Follow-up observation of these cases ranged from one to four years.Results: The intralenticular magnetic foreign bodies of 15 patients were successfully removed.The lens of each injury eye was conserved and the transparence of the lens was properly maintained. Sizes of these foreign bodies were measured, ranging from 0.3 mm to 3mm in diameter. The follow-up observation showed that the corrected visual acuity of 14 cases was not changed after operation.Conclusions: The intraocular magnet is very helpful for removal of magnetic foreign bodies from the transparent lens. This magnet allows removing of the foreign body by the surgeon and no damage to the lens was induced during the operation.
