| 1 | 古盐湖卤水温度对钾盐沉积的控制作用探讨显示文摘古盐湖卤水的温度对钾盐沉积的控制作用的定量研究是钾盐成矿机理分析的重点和难点。本文分析和测试陕北盐盆奥陶系马家沟组、四川盆地三叠系嘉陵江组、云南兰坪-思茅盆地白垩系及老挝沙空那空盆地白垩系等八个含盐系的石盐岩中的流体包裹体,并利用均一温度计算了古盐湖的蒸发速率。若以老挝白垩纪时盐湖的蒸发速率为标准值100,陕北奥陶纪、四川三叠纪、云南白垩纪的蒸发速率标准值分别为54、68和90,而目前在老挝和云南白垩系都找到了一定规模的钾盐矿,因此高温(气温及水温)是盐湖成钾的有利条件,在卤水演化成钾的过程中可以起到重要的'催化'作用。 | 赵艳军 刘成林 张华 LI ZhaoQi 丁婷 汪明泉 | 2015 | 岩石学报2015,31,9: | 15 |
| 2 | Genesis of the Hongzhen metamorphic core complex and its tectonic implications显示文摘The Hongzhen metamorphic core complex is situated in the Yangtze plate to the east of the Dabie oro- genic belt. Its ductile detachment zone in the foot wall overprints on the metamorphic complex of the Proterozoic Dongling Group. The present profile of the ductile shear zone with consistent SW-dipping mineral elongation lineation shows antiform and reversed S-shape from northeast to southwest respectively. Exposure structures, microstructures and quartz C-axis fabric all indicate top-to-SW movement for the ductile shear zone. Recrystallisation types of quartz and feldspar in the mylonites demonstrate that the shear zone was developed under the amphibolite facies condition and at mid-crust levels. The metamorphic core complex formed in the Early Cretaceous with a muscovite plateau age of 124.8±1.2 Ma. Regional NE-SW extension along a SW-dipping, gentle detachment zone was responsible for formation of the core complex. Intrusion of the Hongzhen granite with a biotite plateau age of 124.8±1.2 Ma rendered the ductile shear zone curved, uplifted and final localization of the core complex. | 4 | Spaceflight and simulated microgravity suppresses macrophage development via altered RAS/ERK/NFκB and metabolic pathways显示文摘Spaceflight-associated immune system weakening ultimately limits the ability of humans to expand their presence beyond the earth's orbit. A mechanistic study of microgravity-regulated immune cell function is necessary to overcome this challenge. Here, we demonstrate that both spaceflight (real) and simulated microgravity significantly reduce macrophage differentiation, decrease macrophage quantity and functional polarization, and lead to metabolic reprogramming, as demonstrated by changes in gene expression profiles. Moreover, we identified RAS/ERK/NFκB as a major microgravity-regulated pathway. Exogenous ERK and NFκB activators significantly counteracted the effect of microgravity on macrophage differentiation. In addition, microgravity also affects the p53 pathway, which we verified by RT-qPCR and Western blot. | 7 | K-Ar dating of extensional fault gouge from the Yi-Shu segment of the Tan-Lu fault zone显示文摘Two grabens were developed in the Yi-Shu segment of the Tan-Lu fault zone (TLFZ) during its exten-sional activities, and are now confined by four major NNE-trending normal faults and filled with Creta-ceous sediments. These faults were developed due to their reactivities, containing gouge and cutting the graben sediments. Detailed fieldwork demonstrates that the faults experienced sinistral transten-sional moment related to regional NE-SW extension during the reactivity. X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis of the finest gouge samples gives illite crystallinity values higher than 0.42o?2θ, indicating temperatures experienced by the gouge samples were less than 150℃ . From the relation between K-Ar data and proportions of detrital illite in different size fractions of the gouge samples, we conclude that refaulting for the western boundary fault of the TLFZ, abbreviated to F4, took place at ca. 90 Ma and for the eastern boundary fault, abbreviated to F1, happened from 70 to 60 Ma. During the two phases of reactivity imposed by the same NE-SW extension, the TLFZ experienced uplifting and no sediments were deposited in the two grabens. | 9 | Study on Extraction Technology of Theabrownine from Liubao Tea and Its Antioxidant Activity显示文摘[Objective]This study aimed to provide theoretical reference for the extraction of theabrownine from Liubao tea,determination of the biological activity,and development and utilization of theabrownine. [Method]Orthogonal experimental design was adopted to investigate the effects of solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction duration,and extraction frequency on the yield of theabrownine extracted from Liubao tea. The extraction technology was optimized,and the antioxidant activity of theabrownine was analyzed. [Result] The results showed that extraction frequency and extraction temperature had significant effects on the yield of theabrownine extracted from Liubao tea,while solid-liquid ratio and extraction duration had no significant effect. The optimal conditions for extracting theabrownine from Liubao tea were determined as follows: solid-liquid ratio was 1∶30,extraction temperature was 100 ℃,extraction duration was 80 min,and extraction frequency was 4 times. Under these conditions,the yield of theabrownine reached 22.92%. Results of antioxidant activity determination showed that hydroxyl radical-scavenging activity of theabrownine was as high as 74%,and the scavenging effects was significantly higher than that of Vitamin C under low concentrations; nitroso-scavenging activity of theabrownine reached 73%,with no significant difference from that of Vitamin C; superoxide anion free radical-scavenging activity of theabrownine could be above 60%,which was lower than that of Vitamin C. | 10 | Experimental and numerical investigations of scale-up effects on the hydrodynamics of slurry bubble columns显示文摘Experiments and simulations were conducted for bubble columns with diameter of 0.2 m(180 mm i.d.), 0.5 m(476 mm i.d.) and 0.8 m(760 mm i.d.) at high superficial gas velocities(0.12–0.62 m·s-1) and high solid concentrations(0–30 vol%). Radial profiles of time-averaged gas holdup, axial liquid velocity, and turbulent kinetic energy were measured by using in-house developed conductivity probes and Pavlov tubes. Effects of column diameter, superficial gas velocity, and solid concentration were investigated in a wide range of operating conditions. Experimental results indicated that the average gas holdup remarkably increases with superficial gas velocity, and the radial profiles of investigated flow properties become steeper at high superficial gas velocities. The axial liquid velocities significantly increase with the growth of the column size, whereas the gas holdup was slightly affected. The presence of solid in bubble columns would inhibit the breakage of bubbles, which results in an increase in bubble rise velocity and a decrease in gas holdup, but time-averaged axial liquid velocities remain almost the same as that of the hollow column. Furthermore, a 2-D axisymmetric k–ε model was used to simulate heterogeneous bubbly flow using commercial code FLUENT 6.2. The lateral lift force and the turbulent diffusion force were introduced for the determination of gas holdup profiles and the effects of solid concentration were considered as the variation of average bubble diameter in the model. | 13 | Proteome changes in banana fruit peel tissue in response to ethylene and high-temperature treatments显示文摘Banana(Musa AAA group)is one of the most consumed fruits in the world due to its flavor and nutritional value.As a typical climacteric fruit,banana responds to ethylene treatment,which induces rapid changes of color,flavor(aroma and taste),sweetness and nutritional composition.It has also been reported that ripening bananas at temperatures above 24℃ inhibits chlorophyll breakdown and color formation but increases the rate of senescence.To gain fundamental knowledge about the effects of high temperature and ethylene on banana ripening,a quantitative proteomic study employing multiplex peptide stable isotope dimethyl labeling was conducted.In this study,green(immature)untreated banana fruit were subjected to treatment with 10μL L^(−1) of ethylene for 24 h.After ethylene treatment,treated and untreated fruit were stored at 20 or 30℃ for 24 h.Fruit peel tissues were then sampled after 0 and 1 day of storage,and peel color and chlorophyll fluorescence were evaluated.Quantitative proteomic analysis was conducted on the fruit peels after 1 day of storage.In total,413 common proteins were identified and quantified from two biological replicates.Among these proteins,91 changed significantly in response to ethylene and high-temperature treatments.Cluster analysis on these 91 proteins identified 7 groups of changed proteins.Ethylene treatment and storage at 20℃ induced 40 proteins that are correlated with pathogen resistance,cell wall metabolism,ethylene biosynthesis,allergens and ribosomal proteins,and it repressed 36 proteins that are associated with fatty acid and lipid metabolism,redox–oxidative responses,and protein biosynthesis and modification.Ethylene treatment and storage at 30℃ induced 32 proteins,which were mainly similar to those in group 1 but also included 8 proteins in group 3(identified as chitinase,cinnamyl alcohol dehydrogenase 1,cysteine synthase,villin-2,leucine-transfer RNA ligase,CP47 protein and calmodulin)and repressed 43 proteins in 4 groups(groups 4–7),of which 6 were associated with photosynthesis II oxygen-evolving protein,the photosynthesis I reaction center,sugar metabolism,the redox–oxidative system and fatty acid metabolism.Differences in the response to ethylene and holding temperature at 30℃ were also revealed and have been discussed.The identities and quantities of the proteins found were linked with quality changes.This study demonstrates that ethylene and high temperature influence banana fruit ripening and senescence at the proteomic level and reveals the mechanisms by which high temperature accelerates banana fruit ripening. | Lina Du Jun Song Charles Forney Leslie Campbell Palmer Sherry Fillmore ZhaoQi Zhang | 2016 | Horticulture Research2016,3,1: | 3 |

This research developed the attenuated total reflectance-Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR) spectroscopic technique for the analysis of Chinese handmade papers. The test was applied to Chinese handmade papers taken from bark, hemp and bamboo groups, followed by papers from ancient books and arts collected in library and museum. Our study indicated tliat FTIR was an efficient analytical method to identify fiber types of library/museum papers of unknown origin. Moreover, information about degree of crystallinity and state of deterioration of cellulosic fibers was learned from FTIR spectra. | 17 | Involvement of the crebellum in sequential finger movement learning:Evidence from functional magnetic resonance imaging显示文摘Whether the cerebellum is involved in volun-tary motor learning or motor performance is the subject of a new debate. Using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), we examined cerebellar activation in eight volun-teers before and after an extended period of training. Activa-tion volume on both sides of cerebellum after learning was significantly reduced compared to that before learning even under the same motor frequency. Remarkably, while motor frequency for the training sequence was significantly higher than the control sequence after 41 d of learning, activation in the cerebellum for both sequences, with respect to activation loci and volumes, was very similar. These results suggest that the cerebellum was involved in motor learning but not motor performance. | 18 | Doped graphene/carbon black hybrid catalyst giving enhanced oxygen reduction reaction activity with high resistance to corrosion in proton exchange membrane fuel cells显示文摘Nitrogen doping of the carbon is an important method to improve the performance and durability of catalysts for proton exchange membrane fuel cells by platinum–nitrogen and carbon–nitrogen bonds. This study shows that p-phenyl groups and graphitic N acting bridges linking platinum and the graphene/carbon black(the ratio graphene/carbon black = 2/3) hybrid support materials achieved the average size of platinum nanoparticles with(4.88 ± 1.79) nm. It improved the performance of the lower-temperature hydrogen fuel cell up to 0.934 W cm^(-2) at 0.60 V, which is 1.55 times greater than that of commercial Pt/C. Doping also enhanced the interaction between Pt and the support materials, and the resistance to corrosion, thus improving the durability of the low-temperature hydrogen fuel cell with a much lower decay of 10 mV at 0.80 A cm^(-2) after 30 k cycles of an in-situ accelerated stress test of catalyst degradation than that of 92 mV in Pt/C, which achieves the target of Department of Energy(<30 mV).
