| 2 | Diagnostic imaging and radiation exposure in inflammatorybowel disease显示文摘Diagnostic imaging plays a key role in the diagnosis and management of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD). However due to the relapsing nature of IBD, there is growing concern that IBD patients may be exposed to potentially harmful cumulative levels of ionising radiation in their lifetime, increasing malignant potential in a population already at risk. In this review we explore the proportion of IBD patients exposed to high cumulative radiation doses, the risk factors associated with higher radiation exposures, and we compare conventional diagnostic imaging with newer radiation-free imaging techniques used in the evaluation of patients with IBD. While computed tomography(CT) performs well as an imaging modality for IBD, the effective radiation dose is considerably higher than other abdominal imaging modalities. It is increasingly recognised that CT imaging remains responsible for the majority of diagnostic medical radiation to which IBD patients are exposed. Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and small intestine contrast enhanced ultrasonography(SICUS) have now emerged as suitable radiation-free alternatives to CT imaging, with comparable diagnostic accuracy. The routine use of MRI and SICUS for the clinical evaluation of patients with known or suspected small bowel Crohn's disease is to be encouraged wherever possible. | 3 | 太阳能路面能量转化与路表性能研究显示文摘为了研究和评估太阳能路面作为可持续能源生产提供电能的可行性,研究团队构建了'太阳能电池板'(将太阳能电池嵌入橡胶和'树脂玻璃'之间)和'太阳能路面'(将太阳能电池嵌入两个多孔橡胶层之间)两种新型路面结构模型,两者均能吸收太阳能并将其转化为电能贮存在光伏电池中。在构建路面结构组成的基础上,从能量供给、路表性能两方面对两种新型太阳能路面的使用性能进行了评价。采用摆式摩擦系数仪(BPT)和万能试验机(UTM)测定了太阳能路面的路表抗滑性能和动态特性,并对两种新型太阳能路面进行了排水性能试验;同时,为了测试太阳能路面通过太阳能电池获取电能的可行性,进行了电压(电流)测量,确定了能量转换率(PCE)。结果表明:在潮湿的环境下,'太阳能电池板'和'太阳能路面'的BPN摆值分别为42和47.8;通过排水性能试验测定的'太阳能电池板'和'太阳能路面'的平均体积流量分别为0.018L/s和0.042L/s,而传统沥青路面的排水性能试验测定值为0.0224L/s。研究结果表明:由太阳能电池和橡胶层组成的新型太阳能路面不仅可满足道路运输的安全参数,还具备发电能力,可作为一种新型路面进行研究和发展。 | 赵亚兰 郭红兵 Azin Sadeghi Dezfooli Fereidoon Moghadas Nejad Hamzeh Zakeri Sholeh Kazemifard | 2018 | 中外公路2018,38,5: | 2 |
| 4 | Experimental and statistical assessments of the mechanical strength reliability of gamma alumina catalyst supports显示文摘The mechanical strength of solid catalysts is considered an important factor in terms of ensuring the reliable performance of industrial reactors.In this work,a pelletizing method was used to form gamma alumina support for catalysts.Response surface methodology(RSM) was employed to analyze and model the effects of various manufacturing parameters on the crushing strength of the supports.These parameters were binder concentration,compaction pressure,calcination temperature,and drying mode.The suggested model was verified by applying an analysis of variance to assess its validity with regard to crushing strength.The mechanical reliability of various supports was also determined by calculating their Weibull modulus values through linear regression of the Weibull equation.The material with the highest mechanical strength reliability will have both a high mean crushing strength and a high Weibull modulus,and the best values obtained for a support in this work were 70.7 MPa and 6.63,respectively.The conditions used to form this sample were:20mass%binder concentration,861 MPa compaction pressure,466 ℃ calcination temperature,and gentle drying. | Abdolreza Samimi Mozhgan Zakeri Basir Maleki Davod Mohebbi-Kalhori | 2015 | Particuology2015,13,4: | 2 |
| 5 | Mechanical properties of TiO_2-hydroxyapatite nanostructured coatings on Ti-6Al-4V substrates by APS method显示文摘TiO2-hydroxyapatite (HA) nanostructured coatings were produced by atmospheric plasma spray method. The effects of starting powder composition and grain size on their mechanical properties were investigated. The microstructure and morphology were characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It is found that the coating with 10% HA has the best mechanical properties. Based on Rietveld refinement method, the mean grain size of the as-received powder (212 nm) extensively decreases to 66.4 nm after 20 h of high-energy ball milling. In spite of grain growth, the deposited coatings maintain their nanostructures with the mean grain size of 112 nm. SEM images show that there is a lower porosity in the coating with a higher HA content.
