1Hidden policy ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption with keyword search against keyword guessing attack显示文摘Attribute-based encryption with keyword search(ABKS) enables data owners to grant their search capabilities to other users by enforcing an access control policy over the outsourced encrypted data. However,existing ABKS schemes cannot guarantee the privacy of the access structures, which may contain some sensitive private information. Furthermore, resulting from the exposure of the access structures, ABKS schemes are susceptible to an off-line keyword guessing attack if the keyword space has a polynomial size. To solve these problems, we propose a novel primitive named hidden policy ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption with keyword search(HP-CPABKS). With our primitive, the data user is unable to search on encrypted data and learn any information about the access structure if his/her attribute credentials cannot satisfy the access control policy specified by the data owner. We present a rigorous selective security analysis of the proposed HP-CPABKS scheme, which simultaneously keeps the indistinguishability of the keywords and the access structures. 2Microscopic insights into the catalytic mechanisms of monolayer MoS2 and its heterostructures in hydrogen evolution reaction显示文摘Exploring high-efficient catalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)has become very urgeht for resolving the energy related issues.Recently,two-dimensional layered MoS2 and its heterostructures with graphene or other traditional photocatalysts have presented great potentials for electrocatalytic and photocatalytic HER applications.On-site investigations of the atomic-scale structures and local electronic properties of the catalytically active sites are the key points for understanding the internal mechanisms,which however are hard to be achievec from the practical systems.Hereby,this review focuses on the recent progresses on the on-site scanning tunneling microscopy/spectroscopy investigations of the atomic structures and electronic properties of the ultrahigh-vacuum deposited and chemical vapor deposition(CVD)synthesized monolayer MoS2 and MoSz/graphene vertical stacks on the electrodes of Au(111)and Au foils.The correlations between the respective HER activities,edge types and edge electronic states are comparatively introduced.Secondly,this review also introduces thephotocatalytic HER applications of CVD-grown MoS2/WS2 and WS/MoS2 vertical stacks on Au foils,mainly considering of their type-ll band.alignments and the novel interlayer charge transfer behaviors.Finally,future research directions are also proposed for in-depth understanding of the catalytic mechanism,as well as for exploring more efficient HER catalysts.Min Hong Jianping Shi Yahuan Huan Qin Xie Yanfeng Zhang 2019Nano Research2019,12,9:7
3Chemical vapor deposition of monolayer WS2 nano- sheets on Au foils toward direct application in hydrogen evolution显示文摘Monolayer tungsten disulfide (WS2), a typical member of the semiconducting transition metal dichalcogenide family has drawn considerable interest because of its unique properties. Intriguingly the edge of WS2 exhibits an ideal hydrogen binding energy which makes WS2 a potential alternative to Pt-based electrocatalysts for the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER). Here, we demonstrate for the first time the successful synthesis of uniform monolayer WS2 nanosheets on centimeter- scale Au foils using a facile, low-pressure chemical vapor deposition method. The edge lengths of the universally observed triangular WS2 nanosheets are tunable from -100 to N1,000 nm. The WS2 nanosheets on Au foils featuring abundant edges were then discovered to be efficient catalysts for the HER, exhibiting a rather high exchange current density of -30.20 μA/cm2 and a small onset potential of Nl10 mV. The effects of coverage and domain size (which correlate closely with the active edge density of WS2) on the electrocatalytic activity were investigated. 5Effects of Single and Repeated Exposure to a 50-Hz 2-mT Electromagnetic Field on Primary Cultured Hippocampal Neurons显示文摘The prevalence of domestic and industrial electrical appliances has raised concerns about the health risk of extremely low-frequency magnetic fields(ELF-MFs). At present, the effects of ELF-MFs on the central nervous system are still highly controversial, and few studies have investigated its effects on cultured neurons. Here, we evaluated the biological effects of different patterns of ELF-MF exposure on primary cultured hippocampal neurons in terms of viability, apoptosis, genomic instability,and oxidative stress. The results showed that repeated exposure to 50-Hz 2-mT ELF-MF for 8 h per day after different times in culture decreased the viability and increased the production of intracellular reactive oxidative species in hippocampal neurons. 6Experimental investigation of ghost imaging of reflective objects with different surface roughness显示文摘We present an experimental demonstration of ghost imaging of reflective objects with different surface roughness.The influence of the surface roughness, the transverse size of the test detector, and the reflective angle on the signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) is analyzed by measuring the second-order correlation of the light field based on classical statistical optics. It is shown that the SNR decreases with an increment of the surface roughness and the detector's transverse size or a decrease of the reflective angle. 82D hierarchical yolk-shell heterostructures as advanced host-interlayer integrated electrode for enhanced Li-S batteries显示文摘Lithium sulfur(Li-S)batteries hold great promising for high-energy-density batteries,but appear rapid capacity fading due to the lack of overall and elaborated design of both sulfur host and interlayer.Herein,we developed a novel two-dimensional(2D)hierarchical yolk-shell heterostructure,constructed by a graphene yolk,2D void and outer shell of vertically aligned carbon-mediated MoS2 nanosheets(G@void@MoS2/C),as advanced host-interlayer integrated electrode for Li-S batteries.Notably,the 2D void,with a typical thickness of^80 nm,provided suitable space for loading and confining nano sulfur,and vertically aligned ultrathin MoS2 nanosheets guaranteed enriched catalytically active sites to effectively promote the transition of soluble polysulfides.The conductive graphene yolk and carbon mediated shell sufficiently accelerated electron transport.Therefore,the integrated electrode of G@void@MoS2/C not only exceptionally confined the sulfur/polysulfides in 2D yolk-shell heterostructures,but also achieved catalytic transition of the residual polysulfides dissolved in electrolyte to solid Li2S2/Li2S,both of which synergistically achieved an extremely low capacity fading rate of 0.05%per cycle over 1000 times at 2C,outperforming most reported Mo based cathodes and interlayers for Li-S batteries.2D hierarchical yolkshell heterostructures developed here may shed new insight on elaborated design of integrated electrodes for Li-S batteries.Yanfeng Dong Pengfei Lu Haodong Shi Jieqiong Qin Jian Chen Wencai Ren Hui-Ming Cheng Zhong-Shuai Wu 2019Journal of Energy Chemistry2019,28,9:4

10Preparation of InSb nanocrystals embedded in SiO_2 thin films显示文摘InSb nanocrystals embedded in SiO 2 thin films were prepared by rf magnetron cosputtering technique. THe observation by transmission electron microscope showed that InSb nanocrystals dispersed uniformly in SiO-2 matrices. 11A modified HLA-A^(*)0201-restricted CTL epitope from human oncoprotein (hPEBP4) induces more efficient antitumor responses显示文摘We previously identified human phosphatidylethanolamine-binding protein 4(hPEBP4)as an antiapoptotic protein with increased expression levels in breast,ovarian and prostate cancer cells,but low expression levels in normal tissues,which makes hPEBP4 an attractive target for immunotherapy.Here,we developed hPEBP4-derived immunogenic peptides for inducing antigen-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTLs)targeting breast cancer.A panel of hPEBP4-derived peptides predicted by peptide-MHC-binding algorithms was evaluated to characterize their HLAA2.1 affinity and immunogenicity.We identified a novel immunogenic peptide,P40–48(TLFCQGLEV),that was capable of eliciting specific CTL responses in HLA-A2.1/K^(b) transgenic mice,as well as in peripheral blood lymphocytes from breast cancer patients.Furthermore,amino-acid substitutions in the P40–48 sequence improved its immunogenicity against hPEBP4,a self-antigen,thus circumventing tolerance.We designed peptide analogs by preferred auxiliary HLA-A^(*)0201 anchor residue replacement,which induced CTLs that were crossreactive to the native peptide.Several analogs were able to stably bind to HLA-A^(*)0201 and elicit specific CTL responses better than the native sequence.Importantly,adoptive transfer of CTLs induced by vaccination with two analogs more effectively inhibited tumor growth than the native peptide.These data indicate that peptide analogs with high immunogenicity represent promising candidates for peptide-mediated therapeutic cancer vaccines.Weihong Sun Junyi Shi Jian Wu Junchu Zhang Huabiao Chen Yuanyuan Li Shuxun Liu Yanfeng Wu Zhigang Tian Xuetao Cao Nan Li 2018Cellular & Molecular Immunology2018,15,8:4

14Salt-assisted growth and ultrafast photocarrier dynamics of large-sized monolayer ReSe2显示文摘Owing to its anisotropic optical and electrical properties,rhenium diselenide(ReSe2)has garnered considerable attention recently as a candidate material for polarization-sensitive photodetectors.However,the direct and controllable synthesis of large-sized ReSe2 with a uniform thickness is still a great challenge.Herein,we have refined the synthesis method to obtain uniform monolayer ReSe2 flakes with a size of up to^106μm on sapphire via an ambient-pressure chemical vapor deposition technique using Na promoter from sodium chloride.Interestingly,optical pump-probe spectroscopy revealed a fast switching from saturable absorption(SA)to absorption enhancement(AE)in subpicosecond time scale,followed by a slower decay induced by exciton recombination.Furthermore,both AE and SA signals exhibited clear angular dependence with a periodicity of 180°,which reflected the dichroism in nonlinear absorption dynamics.In addition,the photocarrier dynamics including free-carrier transport and subpicosecond relaxation due to exciton formation or surface trapping was probed using time resolved terahertz spectroscopy.We believe that our study serves as a reference for atomically controlled synthesis of large-sized ReSe2 and provides useful insights on its optoelectronic properties for novel device applications.Shaolong Jiang Jin Yang Yuping Shi Jing Zhao Chunyu Xie Liyun Zhao Jiatian Fu Pengfei Yang Yahuan Huan Qin Xie Huachao Jiang Qing Zhang Xianlong Wang Fuhai Su Yanfeng Zhang 2020Nano Research2020,13,3:2

18Cell-free synthesis system-assisted pathway bottleneck diagnosis and engineering in Bacillus subtilis显示文摘Metabolic engineering is a key technology for cell factories construction by rewiring cellular resources to achieve efficient production of target chemicals.However,the existence of bottlenecks in synthetic pathway can seriously affect production efficiency,which is also one of the core issues for metabolic engineers to solve.Therefore,developing an approach for diagnosing potential metabolic bottlenecks in a faster and simpler manner is of great significance to accelerate cell factories construction.The cell-free reaction system based on cell lysates can transfer metabolic reactions from in vivo to in vitro,providing a flexible access to directly change protein and metabolite variables,thus provides a potential solution for rapid identification of bottlenecks.Here,bottleneck diagnosis of the N-acetylneuraminic acid(NeuAc)biosynthesis pathway in industrially important chassis microorganism Bacillus subtilis was performed using cell-free synthesis system.Specifically,a highly efficient B.subtilis cell-free system for NeuAc de novo synthesis was firstly constructed,which had a 305-fold NeuAc synthesis rate than that in vivo and enabled fast pathway dynamics analysis.Next,through the addition of all potential key intermediates in combination with substrate glucose respectively,it was found that insufficient phosphoenolpyruvate supply was one of the NeuAc pathway bottlenecks.Rational in vivo metabolic engineering of NeuAc-producing B.subtilis was further performed to eliminate the bottleneck.By down-regulating the expression level of pyruvate kinase throughout the growth phase or only in the stationary phase using inhibitory Nterminal coding sequences(NCSs)and growth-dependent regulatory NCSs respectively,the maximal NeuAc titer increased 2.0-fold.Our study provides a rapid method for bottleneck diagnosis,which may help to accelerate the cycle of design,build,test and learn cycle for metabolic engineering.Rongzhen Tian Minghu Wang Jintian Shi Xiaolong Qin Haoyu Guo Xuanjie Jia Jianghua Li Long Liu Guocheng Du Jian Chen Yanfeng Liu 2020Synthetic and Systems Biotechnology2020,5,3:1
