| 1 | Reinfection rate and endoscopic changes after successful eradication of Helicobacter pylori显示文摘AIM:To determine the long-term outcomes regarding reinfection with Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)and endoscopic changes after successful H.pylori eradication. METHODS:From June 1994 to January 2007,186 patients(M:F=98:88;mean age 50.0±11.4 years), in whom H.pylori had been successfully eradicated, were enrolled.The mean duration of follow up was 41.2±24.0 mo. RESULTS:H.pylori reinfection occurred in 58 patients (31.2%).The average annual reinfection rate was 9.1% per patient year.No recurrence of peptic ulcer was detected at the follow up endoscopy.There were no significant differences between the H.pylori eradication regimens for the reinfection rate and no significant differences in endoscopic findings between the H.pylorirecurred group and the H.pylori-cured group.CONCLUSION:The reinfection rate in Korea is 9.1% which represents a decreasing trend.There was no relationship between H.pylori infection status and changes in endoscopic findings.There was also no recurrence or aggravation of ulcers. | Kum Hei Ryu Sun Young Yi Youn Ju Na Su Jung Baik Su Jin Yoon Hae-Sun Jung Hyun Joo Song | 2010 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2010，16，2： | 14 |
| 2 | Performance of Weibull function as a diameter distribution model for Pinus thunbergii stands in the eastern coast of South Korea显示文摘This study was carried out to determine the performance of percentile-based Weibull diameter distribution model for Pinus thunbergii stands thriving along the eastern coast of South Korea.The parameter recovery technique was used to estimate the three parameters of the Weibull model.The analysis demonstrated satisfactory results based on the following test statistics for the principal percentile models:fit index(FI) range from 0.501(minimum diameter) to 0.932(50th diameter percentiles) and root mean square error(RMSE) range from 0.112(quadratic mean diameter) to 3.572(minimum diameter).The developed model was further evaluated by determining the mean bias(ē) in trees per ha(TPH) for each diameter class,and the results showed highest over-prediction in the 20 cm,andunder-prediction in the 16 cm and 24 cm diameter classes.The goodness of fit tested by KolmogorovSmirnov(KS) test showed no significant differences(p>0.05) between the observed and predicted diameter distributions for almost all plots.Using site index and aboveground biomass(AGB) models developed for P.thunbergii in South Korea,a model to predict the AGB per ha for each diameter class and subsequently the total AGB of the stand was created.An application guide was also created,which will serve as a decision-support tool for forest managers in quantifying the future total AGB in P.thunbergii stands located in the eastern coast of South Korea and,subsequently,the quantification of potential carbon stocks aside from being a vital input in designing efficient management and protection strategies for these stands. | ABINO Azyleah Canizares KIM Sung Yong LUMBRES Roscinto Ian Canicosa JANG Mi Na YOUN Ho doong PARK Ki Hyung LEE Young Jin | 2016 | Journal of Mountain Science2016，13，5： | 2 |
| 3 | Sinkihwan-gamibang ameliorates puromycin amino nucleoside-induced nephrotic syndrome显示文摘Nephrotic syndrome(NS)is a kidney disease characterized by hypertriglyceridemia,massive proteinuria,hypo-albuminemia and peripheral edema.Sinkihwan-gamibang(SKHGMB)was recorded in a traditional Chinese medical book named“Bangyakhappyeon(方藥合編)”and its three prescriptions Sinkihwan,Geumgwe-sinkihwan,and Jesaeng-sinkihwan belong to Gamibang.This study confirmed the effect of SKHGMB on renal dysfunction in an NS model induced by puromycin aminonucleoside(PAN).The experimental NS model was induced in male Sprague Dawley(SD)rats through injection of PAN(50 mg·kg^(-1))via the femoral vein.SKHGMB not only reduced the size of the kidneys increased due to PAN-induced NS,but also decreased proteinuria and ascites.In addition,SKHGMB significantly ameliorated creatinine clearance,creatinine,and blood urea nitrogen.SKHGMB relieved glomeruli dilation and tubules fibrosis in the glomeruli of the NS model.SKHGMB inhibited the protein and mRNA levels of the NLRP3 inflammasome including NLRP3,ASC,and pro-caspase-1 in NS rats.SKHGMB reduced the protein and mRNA levels of fibrosis regulators in NS rats.The results indicated that SKHGMB exerts protective effects against renal dysfunction by inhibiting of renal inflammation and fibrosis in NS rats. | Lee Hyeon Kyoung Jang Youn Jae Na Se Won Kim Hye Yoom Han Bywig Hyuk Lee Yun Jung Lee Ho Sub Yoon Jung Joo Kang Dae Gill | 2022 | Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2022，20，3： | 2 |
