| 3 | 曹雪涛院士科研团队论文荣膺中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文--长链非编码RNA1nc-DC通过STAT3调控人DC的分化和功能显示文摘树突状细胞(DC)是免疫系统中重要的抗原提呈细胞,其成熟和功能状态决定着免疫应答的走向和强度。哺乳动物基因组能够转录产生大量的长链非编码RNA(long noncoding RNA,IncRNA),其在免疫系统中的功能还知之甚少。

| 4 | Effect of Morinda officinalis capsule on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats显示文摘AIM:To explore the therapeutic effects of Morinda officinalis capsules(MOP) on osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.METHOD:Six-month-old female Sprague–Dawley rats were induced for postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP) by bilateral ovariectomy and divided into seven groups as follows:sham-operated group,ovariectomized(OVX) control group,OVX treated with xianlinggubao(XLGB)(270 mg·kg-1·d-1),OVX treated with alendronate sodium(ALN)(3 mg·kg-1·d-1),and OVX treated with Morinda officinalis capsule(MOP) of graded doses(90,270 and 810 mg·kg-1·d-1) groups.Oral treatments were administered daily on the 4th week after ovariectomy and lasted for 12 weeks.The bone mineral density was evaluated by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry.The tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP),alkaline phosphatase(AKP),and osteocalcin(OC) levels in the serum and plasma were determined by standard colorimetric and enzyme immunoassays methods.Bone biomechanical properties and morphological parameters were analyzed by three-point bending test and histomorphometry respectively.RESULTS:Morinda officinalis capsules at all doses were able to significantly prevent the OVX-induced loss of bone mass due to diminishing serum AKP and TRAP levels while elevating OC level in the plasma.Morinda officinalis capsules also enhanced the bone strength and prevented the deterioration of trabecular microarchitecture.CONCLUSION:Morinda officinalis capsules possess potent anti-osteoporotic activity in OVX rats which could be an effective treatment for postmenopausal osteoporosis. | LI Ye Lü Shan-Shan TANG Gui-Ying HOU Min TANG Qing ZHANG Xiao-Na CHEN Wei-Hai CHEN Gang XUE Qiang ZHANG Cong-Cong ZHANG Ji-Fen CHEN Yi XU Xiao-Yu | 2014 | Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines2014，12，3： | 10 |

| 8 | Early therapeutic interventions of traditional Chinese medicine in COVID-19 patients:A retrospective cohort study显示文摘Objective:To observe the early interventions of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)on the conversion time of nucleic acid in patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),and find possible underlying mechanisms of action.Methods:A retrospective cohort study was conducted on 300 confirmed COVID-19 patients who were treated with TCM,at a designated hospital in China.The patients were categorized into three groups:TCM1,TCM2 and TCM3,who respectively received TCM interventions within 7,8–14,and greater than15 days of hospitalization.Different indicators such as the conversion time of pharyngeal swab nucleic acid,the conversion time of fecal nucleic acid,length of hospital stay,and inflammatory markers(leukocyte count,and lymphocyte count and percentage)were analyzed to observe the impact of early TCM interventions on these groups.Results:The median conversion times of pharyngeal swab nucleic acid in the three groups were 5.5,7 and16 d(P<0.001),with TCM1 and TCM2 being statistically different from TCM3(P<0.01).TCM1(P<0.05)and TCM3(P<0.01)were statistically different from TCM2.The median conversion times of fecal nucleic acid in the three groups were 7,9 and 17 d(P<0.001).Conversion times of fecal nucleic acid in TCM1 were statistically different from TCM3 and TCM2(P<0.01).The median lengths of hospital stay in the three groups were 13,16 and 21 d(P<0.001).TCM1 and TCM2 were statistically different from TCM3(P<0.01);TCM1 and TCM3 were statistically different from TCM2(P<0.01).Both leucocyte and lymphocyte counts increased gradually with an increase in the length of hospital stay in TCM1 group patients,with a statistically significant difference observed at each time point in the group(P<0.001).Statistically significant differences in lymphocyte count and percentage in TCM2(P<0.001),and in leucocyte count(P=0.043)and lymphocyte count(P=0.038)in TCM3 were observed.The comparison among the three groups showed a statistically significant difference in lymphocyte percentage on the third day of admission(P=0.044).Conclusion:In this study,it was observed that in COVID-19 patients treated with a combination of Chinese and Western medicines,TCM intervention earlier in the hospital stay correlated with faster conversion time of pharyngeal swab and fecal nucleic acid,as well as shorter length of hospital stay,thus helping promote faster recovery of the patient.The underlying mechanism of action may be related to improving inflammation in patients with COVID-19. | Miao-yan Shi Shi-qi Sun Wei Zhang Xing Zhang Gui-hua Xu Xuan Chen Zi-jian Su Xiu-ming Song Lu-jiong Liu Yi-bao Zhang Yi-le Zhang Meng Sun Qi Chen Yan Xue Hua Lü Wei-an Yuan Xiao-rong Chen Yun-fei Lu | 2021 | Journal of Integrative Medicine2021，19，3： | 4 |
| 9 | Non-junctional Cx32 mediates anti-apoptotic and pro-tumor effects via epidermal growth factor receptor in human cervical cancer cells显示文摘OBJECTIVE To investigate the role of connexin proteins(Cx),which form gap junctions(GJ),in progression and chemotherapeutic sensitivity of cervical cancer(CaC x).METHODS We analyze the expression of Cx26,Cx30,Cx32 and Cx43 in human specimens consisting of:Normal cervix(n=78),CaCx FIGO stageⅠ(n=148),CaCx FIGO stageⅡ(n=165).In CaCx cell lines,Hela-Cx32(induced expression by doxycycline),C-33A(endogenously express Cx32)and si Ha(transiently transfected plasmid with Cx32),we detected the role of Cx32 against tostreptonigrin/cisplatin-induced apopotosisin presence or absence of functional GJ through using GJ inhibitors or low density cultural.Furtherly,we observed the relativity of Cx32 and EGFR expression in human specimens.Also,we detected the role of EGFR signaling pathway in the process of Cx32 anti-apoptosis through suppressed EGFR expression by inhibitors or si RNA sequences in cell lines.RESULTS We firstly demonstrated the expression of Cx32 was highly upregulated and accumulated in cytoplasm in the CaCx specimens,and the degree of upregulation correlated with advanced FIGO stages.Thus,in three human cervical cell lines,Cx32 was shown to suppress apoptosis when GJ formation is inhibited.No matter in cases of CaCx or cell lines,Cx32 expression was highly correlated with expression of EGFR and the EGFR pathway is an essential component of the Cx32-induced anti-apoptotic effect.CONCLUSION Cx32,traditionally tumor suppressive protein,was shown to be tumor protective against chemotherapy through EGFR pathway in a GJ-independent way. | Yi-fan ZHAO Yong-chang LAI Hui GE Yun-quan GUO Xue FENG Jia SONG Qin WANG Li-xia FAN Andrew L HARRIS Xi-yan WANG Liang TAO | 2017 | 中国药理学与毒理学杂志2017，31，10： | 3 |

| 11 | Retrieval of Vertical Distribution of Tropospheric Refractivity through Ground-Based GPS Observation显示文摘In the present reported study, the vertical distributions of local atmospheric refractivity were retrieved from groundbased GPS observations at low elevation angles. An improved optimization method was implemented at altitudes of 0–10 km to search for a best-fit refractivity profile that resulted in atmospheric delays most similar to the delays calculated from the observations. A ray-tracing model was used to simulate neutral atmospheric delays corresponding to a given refractivity profile. We initially performed a 'theoretical retrieval', in which no observation data were involved, to verify the optimization method. A statistical relative error of this 'theoretical retrieval'( 2% to 2%) indicated that such a retrieval is effective. In a practical retrieval, observations were obtained using a dual-frequency GPS receiver, and its initial value was provided by CIRA86aQ UoG data. The statistical relative errors of the practical retrieval range from 3% to 5% were compared with co-located radiosonde measurements. Results clearly revealed diurnal variations in local refractivity profiles. The results also suggest that the general vertical distribution of refractivity can be derived with a high temporal resolution.
