| 1 | Magnetoresistance enhancement and temperature stability of magnetoresistance in La_(1-x)(Sr_(1-y)Na_y)_xMnO_3显示文摘A series of the samples La_(1-x)(Sr_(1-y)Na_y)_xMnO_3(y=0.0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0) were prepared by the solid-state reaction method.Magnetoresistance enhancement and temperature stability of magnetoresistance in the system La_(1-x)(Sr_(1-y)Na_y)_xMnO_3 with unchanged Mn^(3+)/Mn^(4+) ratio through the doping of both monovalent and divalent elements at A site were studied through the measurements of X-ray diffraction(XRD) patterns,resistivity-temperature(ρ-T) curves and magnetoresistance-temperature(MR-T) curves.The results indicate that with the increase of Na doping amount,the peak value of MR increases,and it increases from 12.4% for y=0.2 to 50.6% for y=1.0 in the magnetic field B=0.8 T;ρ-T curves exhibit the double-peak phenomenon,which comes from the competition between the resistivity of surface phase and that of body phase;for the sample of y=0.8,MR increases slowly from 8.3% to 9.4% in the temperature range from 259 to 179 K,and MR is so stable in such a wide temperature range,which provides reference for the research on the temperature stability of MR. | Wang, Guiying Yan, Guoqing Yang, Jie Wang, Wenqi Tang, Yonggang Song, Qixiang Zhang, Mingyu Peng, Zhensheng | 2012 | Rare Metals2012,31,4: | 13 |
| 2 | Pediatric reference intervals in China(PRINCE):design and rationale for a large,multicenter collaborative cross-sectional study显示文摘There is a lack of accurate pediatric reference intervals(RIs) in China, with most commonly used RIs established without consideration of the effect of age and gender. The Pediatric Reference Intervals in China(PRINCE) project aims to establish and verify pediatric RIs for 31 common laboratory measurands.The project will be a large, multicenter cross-sectional study:14,490 healthy children and adolescents aged up to 19 years will be surveyed by 10 children's hospitals and one pediatric department of a university hospital. To evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of the study methods, 602 children were surveyed in the pilot phase of the PRINCE study in April 2017: it found that some measurands were distinctly age dependent and that there were differences between values for males and females. The results of the pilot study affirmed the necessity of the PRINCE project for Chinese pediatrics. The pilot also indicated potential difficulties in the full survey, e.g., difficulties in recruiting children aged under 3 years and insufficient collection of blood samples from infants. | 6 | System Analysis on Supercritical CO_2 Power Cycle with Circulating Fluidized Bed Oxy-Coal Combustion显示文摘Supercritical carbon dioxide(S-CO_2) Brayton power cycle is a competitive technology to achieve high efficiency in a variety of applications. However, in coal power applications, the CO_2 generated from coal combustion still discharges into the atmosphere causing a series of environment problems. In this work, an 300 MWe S-CO_2 power cycle with circulating fluidized bed(CFB) oxy-coal combustion was established including air separation unit(ASU), CFB boiler, recuperator system and carbon dioxide compression and purification unit(CPU). Based on the material and energy conservation, the cycle efficiency of S-CO_2(620°C, 25 MPa) Brayton power cycle with CFB oxy-coal combustion is evaluated compared to the oxy-coal combustion steam Rankine cycle and S-CO_2 Brayton power cycle with the 31.65 kg/s coal supply. After that, the influence of several factors, e.g., exhaust flue gas temperature, split ratio in recuperator system and the oxygen supply on the cycle efficiency was investigated and analyzed. The results show that the net efficiency of S-CO_2 power cycle with CFB oxy-coal combustion(32.67%) is much higher than the steam Rankine cycle utilizing CFB with 17.5 Mpa, 540°C steam(27.3%), and 25 Mpa, 620°C steam(30.15%) under the same exhaust flue gas temperature. In addition, lower exhaust flue gas temperature and higher split ratio are preferred to achieve higher cycle efficiency. Lower oxygen supply can reduce the energy consumption of ASU and CPU, further increasing the system net efficiency. | 7 | New flame retardant epoxy resins based on cyclophosphazene-derived curing agents显示文摘To obtain high-efficiency flame retardancy of epoxy resins,a cyclophosphazene derivative tri-(ohenylenediamino)cyclotriphosphazene(3 ACP)was successfully synthesized and used as a curing agent for the thermosetting of an epoxy resin system.The flame retardant properties,thermal stability,and pyrolysis mechanism of the resultant thermosets were investigated in detail.The experiments indicated that the synthesized thermoset achieved a UL-94 V-0 rate under a vertical burning test as well as a limiting oxygen index(LOI)of 29.2%,which was able to reach V-0 even when a small amount of 3 ACP was incorporated.Scanning electronic microscopic observation demonstrated that the char residue of the thermosets was extremely expanded after the vertical flame test.Thermal analysis showed that the samples had a lower initial decomposition temperature when 3 ACP was introduced into the epoxy resin systems.This indicates that the carbonization ability of the thermosets was significantly improved at elevated temperatures.In addition,the incorporation of 3 ACP can effectively suppress the release of combustible gases during the pyrolysis process,and the decomposition of E-44/DDS-3 ACP curing systems also promotes the formation of polyphosphoramides charred layer in the condensed phase.The investigation on the chemical structures of both the gaseous and condensed phase pyrolysis process confirmed the flame-retardant mechanism of the 3 ACP-cured epoxy resins.Therefore,the nonflammable halogen-free epoxy resin developed in this study has potential applications in electric and electronic fields for environment protection and human health. | Zhenwei Miao Dongpeng Yan Xiaodong Wang Xinfang Zhang Wenqi Zhou Munan Qiu Fan Yang Zhanpeng Wu | 2022 | Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,8: | 3 |

| 12 | Functional identification of lncRNAs in sweet cherry(Prunus avium)pollen tubes via transcriptome analysis using single-molecule long-read sequencing显示文摘Sweet cherry(Prunus avium)is a popular fruit with high nutritional value and excellent flavor.Although pollen plays an important role in the double fertilization and subsequent fruit production of this species,little is known about its pollen tube transcriptome.In this study,we identified 16,409 transcripts using single-molecule sequencing.After filtering 292 transposable elements,we conducted further analyses including mRNA classification,gene function prediction,alternative splicing(AS)analysis,and long noncoding RNA(lncRNA)identification to gain insight into the pollen transcriptome.The filtered transcripts could be matched with 3,438 coding region sequences from the sweet cherry genome.GO and KEGG analyses revealed complex biological processes during pollen tube elongation.A total of 2043 AS events were predicted,7 of which were identified in different organs,such as the leaf,pistil and pollen tube.Using BLASTnt and the Coding-Potential Assessment Tool(CPAT),we distinguished a total of 284 lncRNAs,among which 154 qualified as natural antisense transcripts(NATs).As the NATs could be the reverse complements of coding mRNA sequences,they might bind to coding sequences.Antisense transfection assays showed that the NATs could regulate the expression levels of their complementary sequences and even affect the growth conditions of pollen tubes.In summary,this research characterizes the transcripts of P.avium pollen and lays the foundation for elucidating the physiological and biochemical mechanisms underlying sexual reproduction in the male gametes of this species. | Yang Li Chuanbao Wu Chunsheng Liu Jie Yu Xuwei Duan Wenqi Fan Jing Wang Xiaoming Zhang Guohua Yan Tianzhong Li Kaichun Zhang | 2019 | Horticulture Research2019,6,1: | 1 |

| 16 | A novel method for reconstruction in laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy:an experience of 13 cases显示文摘Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy(LPD)is a challenging operation to general surgeon.Up to date,only about 135 cases have been reported,16 cases in China,119 cases outside China.The reconstruction of alimentary system is a key procedure to ensure success of the whole surgery.It is worth investigating the methods of reconstruc-tion in LPD.A retrospective study is made to investigate the methods of reconstruction in LPD.We analyze 13 cases of LPD performed in our center.Child’s or modified Child’s method was used to make the reconstruction in our practice.We tried three methods to make the anastomosis of pancre-aticojejunostomy,including end-to-end dunking binding pancreaticojejunostomy in two cases,end-to-end dunking pancreaticojejunostomy using interrupted suture in two cases,and duct-to-jejunal end-to-side embedding pancreaticojeju-nostomy in nine cases.The clinical data was collected and analyzed.Three of four patients,who underwent end-to-end pancreaticojejunostomy,had a little pancreatic leakage,especially in the first case.None of other nine patients,who underwent duct-to-jejunal end-to-side embedding pancreati-cojejunostomy,was detected to have pancreatic leakage,and the operating time of these nine cases was less than other four cases.Duct-to-jejunal end-to-side embedding pancreaticoje-junostomy is a safe and efficient method of reconstruction in LPD. | LU Bangyu HUANG Yubin CAI Xiaoyong HUANG Fei LI Jie LU Wenqi XU Jing LIU Zujun YAN Yihe LI Jianjun | 2007 | Frontiers of Medicine2007,1,4: | 1 |

| 19 | Common genetic heterogeneity of human interleukin-37 leads to functional variance显示文摘Interleukin-37(IL-37)is an inhibitory member of the IL-1 family of cytokines.We previously found that balanced selection maintains common variations of the human IL37 gene.However,the functional consequences of this selection have yet to be validated.Here,using cells expressing exogenous IL-37 variants,including IL-37 Ref and IL-37 Var1 and Var2,we found that the three variants of IL-37 exhibited different immunoregulatory potencies in response to immune stimulation.The protein level of IL-37 Var2 was found to be significantly less than that of IL-37 Ref or Var1,despite the comparable mRNA levels of all three variants.Further study showed that IL-37 Var2 was rapidly degraded by a proteasome-dependent mechanism mediated by enhanced polyubiquitination,leading to a transient upregulation of IL-37 Var2 after immune stimulation.Finally,when ectopically expressed in cells,human IL-37 Var2 exerted less inhibition on proinflammatory cytokine production than did other IL-37 variants.Conversely,purified extracellular IL-37 variant proteins demonstrated comparable inhibitory abilities in vitro.In conclusion,our study reveals that common genetic variants of IL37 lead to different immune-inhibitory potencies,primarily as a result of differences in IL-37 protein stability,suggesting the possible involvement of these variants in various human diseases. | Jingjing Yan Yuling Zhang Shimeng Cheng Bin Kang Jinbiao Peng Xiaodan Zhang Meichun Yuan Wenqi Chu Wen Zhang Jiayin Shen Shuye Zhang | 2017 | Cellular & Molecular Immunology2017,14,9: | 1 |
