| 1 | Effects of surface chemical properties of activated coke on selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH_3 over commercial coal-based activated coke显示文摘Surface chemical properties of typical commercial coal-based activated cokes were characterized by Xray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS) and acid-base titration, and then the influence of surface chemical properties on catalytic performance of activated cokes of NO reduction with NH3 was investigated in a fixed-bed quartz micro reactor at 150 ℃. The results indicate that the selective catalytic reduction(SCR) activity of activated cokes with the increase of its surface acidic sites and oxygen content,obviously, a correlation between catalytic activity and surface acidic sites content by titration has higher linearity than catalytic activity and surface oxygen content by XPS. While basic sites content by acid-base titration have not correlation with SCR activity. | 2 | Surface chemical properties and pore structure of the activated coke and their effects on the denitrification activity of selective catalytic reduction显示文摘In order to study the mechanism of selective catalytic reduction of activated coke to remove NO in low-temperature flue gas and provide some theoretical basis for the development of related technologies.The pore sizedistribution and BET specific surface area of AC were obtain by data analyzing of N2 adsorption/desorption isotherm at -196 ℃ and carbon matrix and surface chemistry of virgin activated coke samples were characterized by acid-base titration and XPS.The process of selective catalytic reduction of activated coke (AC) samples with NH3 as reducing agent was studied in a fixed bed reactor at 150 ℃.The result shows that pore size distribution or BET specific surface of activated cokes have not correlation with denitrification activity for SCR.The NO reduction activities of the activated cokes are apparent to increase with their surface oxygen element content and total amount of acidic sites.Obviously there is good linear relationship between the NH3 adsorption capacity and activity for SCR with linear correlation coefficient 0.943.It has been presented that adsorption of NH3 on acidic functional groups in the edge of large polycyclic aromatic ring of activated coke is key rate controlling step in the SCR heterogeneous catalytic reaction. | Wei Xie Daming Liang Lanting Li Sijian Qu Wu Tao | 2019 | International Journal of Coal Science & Technology2019,6,4: | 8 |
| 3 | Validation of dynamic cavitation model for unsteady cavitating flow on NACA66显示文摘Unsteady cavitating flow is extremely complicated and brings more serious damages and unignorable problems compared with steady cavitating flow.CFD has become a practical way to model cavitation;however,the popularly used full cavitation model cannot reflect the pressure-change that the bubble experiences during its life path in the highly unsteady flow like cloud cavitating.Thus a dynamic cavitation model(DCM)is proposed and it has been considered to have not only the first-order pressure effects but also zero-order effect and can provide greater insight into the physical process of bubble producing,developing and collapsing compared to the traditional cavitation model.DCM has already been validated for steady cavitating flow,and the results were reported.Furthermore,DCM is designed and supposed to be more accurate and efficient in modeling unsteady cavitating flow,which is also the purpose of this paper.The basic characteristic of the unsteady cavitating flow,such as the vapor volume fraction distribution and the evolution of pressure amplitude and frequency at different locations of the hydrofoil,are carefully studied to validate DCM.It is found that not only these characteristics mentioned above accord well with the experimental results,but also some detailed transient flow information is depicted,including the re-entrant jet flow that caused the shedding of the cavity,and the phenomenon of two-peak pressure fluctuation in the vicinity of the cavity closure in a cycle.The numerical results validate the capability of DCM for the application of modeling the complicated unsteady cavitating flow. | ZHANG XiaoBin ZHANG Wei CHEN JianYe QIU LiMin SUN DaMing | 2014 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2014,57,4: | 8 |

| 6 | Phosphorylation of Rictor at Thr1135 impairs the Rictor/Cullin-1 complex to ubiquitinate SGK1显示文摘The Rictor/mTOR complex plays a pivotal role in a variety of cellular functions including cellular metabolism,cell proliferation and survival by phosphorylating Akt at Ser473 to fully activate the Akt kinase.However,its upstream regulatory pathways as well as whether it has additional function(s)remain largely unknown.We recently reported that Rictor contains a novel ubiquitin E3 ligase activity by forming a novel complex with Cullin-1,but not with other Cullin family members.Furthermore,we identified SGK1 as its downstream target.Interestingly,Rictor,but not Raptor or mTOR,promotes SGK1 ubiquitination.As a result,SGK1 expression is elevated in Rictor^(–/–)MEFs.We further defined that as a feedback mechanism,Rictor can be phosphorylated by multiple AGC family kinases including Akt,S6K and SGK1.Phosphorylation of Rictor at the Thr1135 site did not affect its kinase activity towards phosphorylating its conventional substrates including Akt and SGK1.On the other hand,it disrupted the interaction between Rictor and Cullin-1.Consequently,T1135E Rictor was defective in promoting SGK1 ubiquitination and destruction.This finding further expands our knowledge of Rictor’s function.Furthermore,our work also illustrates that Rictor E3 ligase activity could be governed by specific signaling kinase cascades,and that misregulation of this process might contribute to SGK overexpression which is frequently observed in various types of cancers. | Daming Gao Lixin Wan Wenyi Wei | 2010 | Protein & Cell2010,1,10: | 2 |

| 9 | Responses of Soil Bacterial Diversity to Fertilization are Driven by Local Environmental Context Across China显示文摘Soil microbial diversity is extremely vulnerable to fertilization,which is one of the main anthropogenic activities associated with global changes.Yet we know little about how and why soil microbial diversity responds to fertilization across contrasting local ecological contexts.This knowledge is fundamental for predicting changes in soil microbial diversity in response to ongoing global changes.We analyzed soils from ten 20-year field fertilization(organic and/or inorganic)experiments across China and found that the national-scale responses of soil bacterial diversity to fertilization are dependent on ecological context.In acidic soils from regions with high precipitation and soil fertility,inorganic fertilization can result in further acidification,resulting in negative impacts on soil bacterial diversity.In comparison,organic fer-tilization causes a smaller disturbance to soil bacterial diversity.Despite the overall role of environmental contexts in driving soil microbial diversity,a small group of bacterial taxa were found to respond to fer-tilization in a consistent way across contrasting regions throughout China.Taxa such as Nitrosospira and Nitrososphaera,which benefit from nitrogen fertilizer addition,as well as Chitinophagaceae,Bacilli,and phototrophic bacteria,which respond positively to organic fertilization,could be used as bioindicators for soil fertility in response to fertilization at the national scale.Overall,our work provides new insights into the importance of local environmental context in determining the responses of soil microbial diver-sity to fertilization,and identifies regions with acidic soils wherein soil microbial diversity is more vul-nerable to fertilization at the national scale. | Youzhi Feng Manuel Delgado-Baquerizo Yongguan Zhu Xiaozeng Han Xiaori Han Xiuli Xin Wei Li Zhibing Guo Tinghui Dang Chenhua Li Bo Zhu Zejiang Cai Daming Li Jiabao Zhang | 2022 | Engineering2022,8,5: | 1 |
| 10 | Identification of weathered troughs in granites for tunneling at Daya Bay reactor-neutrino experiment site显示文摘Weathered troughs are frequently encountered in granites.They can cause problems to tunneling in the rocks and have to be properly addressed.The structures or spatial shapes of weathered troughs were seldom clarified in the past.In this paper,four weathered troughs are identified by means of geophysical exploration,core drilling,logging,and in-situ stress measurement at Daya Bay reactor-neutrino experiment site in Shenzhen,China.The weathered troughs are exposed on the ground or partially covered by grass and soils,which will threaten the safety of horizontal tunneling at a shallow depth.High electrical resistivity(HER) method is adopted for its feasibility and practicality,in combination with field geological observation,ultrasonic televiewer in boreholes and in-situ stress measurement.By comparing the HER values of completely decomposed to fresh rocks,it is indicated that the HER values of weathered troughs in natural state are 0.4-100 ·m,and the in-situ stress is abnormally lower than those at upper and lower layers.Field investigations show that the depths of the four weathered troughs are 30-182 m,with bottom elevation over 10 m.The volume of each weathered trough is mostly over 1×10 6 m 3 in inverted conic form.The weathered troughs often occur in various kinds of landforms,such as ridges,gullies or gently dipping dish-like depression areas.Faults and boundaries of different granitic plutons as well as joints govern the formation,locations and strikes of these troughs under development. | Yanjun Shang Yongyue Shi Weijun Jin Daming Lin Fengbo Wu Wei Zhang | 2012 | Journal of Rock Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering2012,4,2: | 1 |

| 14 | Arterial stimulation with simultaneous venous sampling for localizing insulinomas显示文摘Purpose: The present study aimed to assess the accuracies of arterial stimulation with simultaneous venous sampling(ASVS) in preoperative localization of insulinomas. Materials and Methods: A cohort consisting of 6 males and 14 females(median age, 48.5y; range, 28–62y) with pathologically proven insulinomas were included in this study. Selective angiographies were performed with the superior mesenteric artery(SMA), gastroduodenal artery(GDA), proximal splenic artery, and midsplenic artery in all individuals. Then ASVS procedures were followed after angiographies for these arteries. Clinical characteristics of the patient and the tumor number, location, and size were recorded. The accuracy of preoperative localization of insulinomas was tested. Results: A total of 22 tumors were identified by histopathological diagnosis. The mean size of the tumor was 1.40±0.60 cm. Five tumors were in the head/neck region and 17 in the body/tail region. ASVS accurately localized 17/20(85%) cases with only biochemical data and 19/20(95%) cases with biochemical data and angiography images. Variant pancreatic arterial anatomy was revealed in 2 false cases with inferior pancreatic artery replaced by the superior mesenteric artery. | 15 | Science with the 2.5-meter Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST)显示文摘The Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST) is a dedicated photometric surveying facility being built jointly by University of Science and Technology of China(USTC) and the Purple Mountain Observatory(PMO). It is equipped with a 2.5-meter diameter primary mirror, an active optics system, and a mosaic CCD camera with 0.73 gigapixels on the primary focal plane for highquality image capture over a 6.5-square-degree field of view. The installation of WFST near the summit of Saishiteng mountain in the Lenghu region is scheduled in summer of 2023, and the operation is planned to start three months later. WFST will scan the northern sky in four optical bands(u, g, r and i) at cadences from hourly/daily in the deep high-cadence survey(DHS) program, to semi-weekly in the wide field survey(WFS) program. During a photometric night, a nominal 30 s exposure in the WFS program will reach a depth of 22.27, 23.32, 22.84, and 22.31(AB magnitudes) in these four bands, respectively, allowing for the detection of a tremendous amount of transients in the low-z universe and a systematic investigation of the variability of Galactic and extragalactic objects. In the DHS program, intranight 90 s exposures as deep as 23(u) and 24 mag(g), in combination with target of opportunity follow-ups, will provide a unique opportunity to explore energetic transients in demand for high sensitivities, including the electromagnetic counterparts of gravitational wave events, supernovae within a few hours of their explosions,tidal disruption events and fast, luminous optical transients even beyond redshift of unity. In addition, the final 6-year co-added images, anticipated to reach g■25.8 mag in WFS or 1.5 mags deeper in DHS, will be of fundamental importance to general Galactic and extragalactic science. The highly uniform legacy surveys of WFST will serve as an indispensable complement to those of the Vera C.
