| 1 | 2000年中国结核病流行病学抽样调查菌株分子流行病学特征显示文摘目的:判定北京基因型结核分枝杆菌在中国结核分枝杆菌复合群中的群结构特征。设计:采用spoligotyping和IS6110限制性片段长度多态性(RFLP)方法对441株分枝杆菌分离株行基因分型鉴定。分离株取自2000年中国结核病流行病学抽样调查,耐药性和流行病学资料已知。结果:spoligotyping法共鉴定408株结核分枝杆菌,其中北京基因型结核分枝杆菌占64.9%(265/408)。卡方检验北京基因型结核分枝杆菌在性别、年龄、地区所占的比例没有统计学显著性差异,但是耐多药(MDR)有统计学显著性差异。北京基因型在耐多药和药物敏感性分离株中所占的比例分别为77.8%(42/54)和60.2%(213/354)。多元回归分析提示北京基因型与不同地区存在联系,但与耐多药无关。结论:北京基因型结核分枝杆菌在中国流行至少50年,并且与地区有关。 | D.van Soolingen K.Kremer H-J.Duanmu 王民 张立兴 | 2006 | 国际结核病与肺部疾病杂志2006,1,2: | 4 |
| 2 | 治疗失败及复发结核病患者的耐药性:标准复治方案够吗?显示文摘目的:确定新发涂阳结核病治疗后失败与复发患者的获得耐药性情况。方法:对越南新发涂阳结核病患者2901例的队列进行登记,登记时收集、贮存痰标本。治疗失败或复发时再次留痰。将二次痰标本进行培养、药敏试验及限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(RFLP)分型。结果:40例失败患者中,有17例在初次登记时即为耐多药结核病(MDR)。非原发MDR的23例失败 患者中有15例(65%)为获得性MDR病例。39例复发患者及 143例对照者中均无原发MDR病例。结论:原发耐药性对治疗失败,复发及进一步产生的获得耐药性都是有明显影响的危险因素。因为80%的失败病例为 MDR,因此在对新病例具有高治愈率的控制规划中,失败病例不宜采用标准复治方案。 | H.T.W.Quy N.T.N.Lan M.W.Borgdorff J.Grosset P.D.Linh L.B.Tung D.van Soolingen M.Raviglione N.V.C■ J.Broekmans 马玙 | 2003 | 国际结核病与肺部疾病杂志2003,,3: | 4 |
| 3 | Misdiagnosis of tuberculosis and the clinical relevance of nontuberculous mycobacteria in Zambia显示文摘Objective:To determine the accuracy of TB diagnosis of TB in Zambia in the era of increasing HIV prevalence.Methods:Sputum of the clinically diagnosed TB cases was additionally subjected to liquid culture and molecular identification.This study distinguished between TB cases confirmed by positive Mycobacterium tuberculosis(M.tuberculosis) cultures and mycobacterial disease caused by non-tuberculous mycobacteria(NTM).Results:Only 49% of the 173 presumptively diagnosed TB cases was M.tuberculosis cultured,while in 13% (22) cases,a combination of M.tuberculosis and NTM was found.In 18% of the patients only NTM were cultured.In 28% ,no mycobacteria was cultivable.HIV positive status was correlated with the isolation of NTM(P<0.05).Conclusions:The diagnosis of tuberculosis based on symptoms, sputum smear and/or chest X-ray leads to significant numbers of false-positive TB cases in Zambia,most likely due to the increased prevalence of HIV.The role of NTM in tuberculosislike disease also seems relevant to the false diagnosis of TB in Zambia. | Patricia CAM Buijtels Michael D Iseman Shelagh Parkinson Cas S de Graaff Henri A Verbrugh Pieter LC Petit Dick van Soolingen | 2010 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2010,3,5: | 2 |
