1A land use regression for predicting NO_2 and PM_(10) concentrations in different seasons in Tianjin region,China显示文摘Land use regression (LUR) model was employed to predict the spatial concentration distribution of NO2 and PM10 in the Tianjin region based on the environmental air quality monitoring data. Four multiple linear regression (MLR) equations were established based on the most significant variables for NO2 in heating season (R2 = 0.74), and non-heating season (R2 = 0.61) in the whole study area; and PM10 in heating season (R2 = 0.72), and non-heating season (R2 = 0.49). Maps of spatial concentration distribution for NO2 and PM10 were obtained based on the MLR equations (resolution is 10 km). Intercepts of MLR equations were 0.050 (NO2, heating season), 0.035 (NO2, non-heating season), 0.068 (PM10, heating season), and 0.092 (PM10, non-heating season) in the whole study area. In the central area of Tianjin region, the intercepts were 0.042 (NO2, heating season), 0.043 (NO2, non-heating season), 0.087 (PM10, heating season), and 0.096 (PM10, non-heating season). These intercept values might imply an area’s background concentrations. Predicted result derived from LUR model in the central area was better than that in the whole study area. R2 values increased 0.09 (heating season) and 0.18 (non-heating season) for NO2, and 0.08 (heating season) and 0.04 (non-heating season) for PM10. 3Ultra-sensitive detection of uranyl ions with a specially designed high-efficiency SERS-based microfluidic device显示文摘The uranyl ion(UO22+) poses high risks to human health and the environment, hence its detection and monitoring is of utmost significance. However, the development of an ultra-sensitive, high-efficiency and convenient approach for on-site detection of UO22+ remains a challenge. Herein, a reliable and reusable surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)-based microfluidic biosensor was developed for rapid detection of UO22+ in real samples. The detection protocol involved the reaction of 5′-Rhodamine B(RhB)-labeled double-stranded DNA for UO22+-specific DNAzyme-cleavage reaction in a U-shaped microchannel. Then, the reaction products were delivered into three parallel samples for high-throughput tests by SERS biochips,where 3 D ZnO-Ag mesoporous nanosheet arrays(MNSs) were modified with a single-stranded DNA(ssDNA). The ssDNAwas sequence-complementary with the 5′-RhB-labeled cleaved-stranded DNA(csDNA) from the reaction products. By the hybridization of ssDNA and csDNA, the signal probe RhB was fixed close to the surface of the ZnO-Ag MNSs to enhance the Raman signal. The limit of detection for UO22+ with the microfluidic-SERS biosensor was 3.71×10-15 M. An over 20,000-fold selectivity towards UO22+ response was also achieved in the presence of 15 other metal ions. The high-throughput microfluidicSERS biosensor operated well for practical UO22+ detection, with excellent recoveries in contaminated river and tap water from95.2% to 106.3%(relative standard deviation(RSD)<6.0%, n=6). 4Preparation and characterization of organic pigments and their fluorescence properties depending on bulk structure显示文摘Fluorescent pigments, based on the optical or electrooptical properties of dyes, are the main component in fluorescent coatings and inks. In this study, three kinds of dyes(Rhodamine B, Light Green SF Yellowish, Coumarin) with four different ratios(2.5 wt%, 3 wt%, 3.5 wt%, 4 wt%) were employed as luminophor,and the melamine-formaldehyde(MF) resin was used as curing resin to prepare fluorescent pigments in different color. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometry were carried out to analyze the structure of the fluorescent pigments. Scanning electron microscopy and particle size distribution were used to present the morphology of fluorescent pigments. UV–vis and fluorescence spectrum were used to demonstrate the optical properties. It can be concluded that, coumarin pigments possessed consecutive structure in MF resin while rhodamine B might be the best for the preparation of printing inks among the three kinds of dyes from the view of particle size. 5Research progress and prospect of plugging technologies for fractured formation with severe lost circulation显示文摘By reviewing the mechanisms of drilling fluid lost circulation and its control in fractured formations, the applicability and working mechanisms of different kinds of lost circulation materials in plugging fractured formations have been summarized. Meanwhile, based on the types of lost circulation materials, the advantages, disadvantages, and application effects of corresponding plugging technologies have been analyzed to sort out the key problems existing in the current lost circulation control technologies. On this basis, the development direction of plugging technology for severe loss have been pointed out. It is suggested that that the lost circulation control technology should combine different disciplines such as geology, engineering and materials to realize integration, intelligence and systematization in the future. 13Enhanced interlayer neutral excitons and trions in MoSe_(2)/MoS_(2)/MoSe_(2)trilayer heterostructure显示文摘Van der Waals heterostructures have recently emerged,in which two distinct transitional metal dichalcogenide(TMD)monolayers are stacked vertically to generate interlayer excitons(IXs),offing new opportunites for the design of optoelectronic devices.However,the bilayer heterostructure with type-II band alignment can only produce low quantum yield.Here,we present the observation of interlayer neutral excitons and trions in the MoSe_(2)/MoS_(2)/MoSe_(2)trilayer heterostructure(Tri-HS).In comparison to the 8 K bilayer heterostructure,the addition of a MoSe_(2)layer to the Tri-HS can significantly increase the quantum yield of IXs.It is believed the two symmetrical type-II band alignments formed in the Tri-HS could effectively promote the IX radiation recombination.By analyzing the photoluminescence(PL)spectrum of the IXs at cryogenic temperature and the power dependence,the existence of the interlayer trions was confirmed.Our results provide a promising platform for the development of more efficient optoelectronic devices and the investigation of new physical properties of TMDs.Biao Wu Haihong Zheng Shaofei Li Junnan Ding Jun He Zongwen Liu Yanping Liu 2022Nano Research2022,15,6:1

17抗人stathmin 1单克隆抗体及其联合紫杉醇对人肝癌细胞的生长抑制作用(英文)显示文摘Objective: We investigated the effects of monoclonal antibodies against stathmin 1 combined paclitaxel on the proliferation of HCC cells. Methods: HepG2 cells were treated with monoclonal antibodies against stathmin 1, paclitaxel alone or their combination, with the untreated cells used as the control, 24, 48, 72, 96 h later, the cell growth condition was observed by invert microscope and inhabitation rate was studied by MTT assay; The apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry with Annexin V/PI. Results: The population decreased and shape, size changed after treating with different concentration of experimental groups. Monoclonal antibodies against stathmin 1 and paclitaxel used alone or in combination both inhibited the proliferation of HepG2 cells, the inhibition ratio of their combination was more higher (P < 0.05), and a synergistic effect of the two agents was noted in their combined action (P < 0.05). Combined treatment of the cells resulted in significantly higher apoptosis rate than that in the other groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Monoclonal antibodies against stathmin 1 and paclitaxel used alone or in combination both can inhibit proliferation of HepG2 cells and induce apoptosis. 19Exploring the regulatory effect of stacked layers on moiréexcitons in twisted WSe_(2)/WSe_(2)/WSe_(2)homotrilayer显示文摘Moirésuperlattices in van der Waals structures have emerged as a powerful platform for studying the novel quantum properties of two-dimensional materials.The periodic moirépatterns generated by these structures lead to the formation of flat mini-bands,which alter the electronic energy bands of the material.The resulting flat electronic bands can greatly enhance strong correlative interactions between electrons,leading to the emergence of exotic quantum phenomena,including moiréphonons and moiréexcitons.While extensive research has been conducted on the exotic quantum phenomena in twisted bilayers of transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs),and the regulatory effect of stacked layers on moiréexcitons remains unexplored.In this study,we report the fabrication of a twisted WSe_(2)/WSe_(2)/WSe_(2) homotrilayer with two twist angles and investigate the influence of stacked layers on moiréexcitons.Our experiments reveal multiple moiréexciton splitting peaks in the twisted trilayer,with moirépotential depths of 78 and 112 meV in the bilayer and trilayer homostructures,respectively.We also observed the splitting of the moiréexcitons at 90 K,indicating the presence of a deeper moirépotential in the twisted trilayer.Moreover,we demonstrate that stacked layers can tune the moiréexcitons by manipulating temperature,laser power,and magnetic field.Our results provide a new physical model for studying moirésuperlattices and their quantum properties,which could potentially pave the way for the development of quantum optoelectronics.Haihong Zheng Biao Wu Chang-Tian Wang Shaofei Li Jun He Zongwen Liu Jian-Tao Wang Ji-an Duan Yanping Liu 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
20Enhanced valley polarization in WSe_(2)/YIG heterostructures via interfacial magnetic exchange effect显示文摘Exploiting the valley degrees of freedom as information carriers provides new opportunities for the development of valleytronics.Monolayer transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)with broken space-inversion symmetry exhibit emerging valley pseudospins,making them ideal platforms for studying valley electronics.However,intervalley scattering of different energy valleys limits the achievable degree of valley polarization.Here,we constructed WSe_(2)/yttrium iron garnet(YIG)heterostructures and demonstrated that the interfacial magnetic exchange effect on the YIG magnetic substrate can enhance valley polarization by up to 63%,significantly higher than that of a monolayer WSe_(2)on SiO_(2)/Si(11%).Additionally,multiple sharp exciton peaks appear in the WSe_(2)/YIG heterostructures due to the strong magnetic proximity effect at the magnetic-substrate interface that enhances exciton emission efficiency.Moreover,under the effect of external magnetic field,the magnetic direction of the magnetic substrate enhances valley polarization,further demonstrating that the magnetic proximity effect regulates valley polarization.Our results provide a new way to regulate valley polarization and demonstrate the promising application of magnetic heterojunctions in magneto-optoelectronics.Haihong Zheng Biao Wu Chang-Tian Wang Shaofei Li Jun He Zongwen Liu Jian-Tao Wang Guoqiang Yu Ji-An Duan Yanping Liu 2023Nano Research2023,16,7:0
