2Diagnostic accuracy of fluorine-18-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography in gallbladder cancer: A meta-analysis显示文摘AIM: To meta-analyze published data about the diagnostic accuracy of fluorine-18-fluorodeoxyglucose(18F-FDG) positron emission tomography(PET) and PET/computed tomography(PET/CT) in the evaluation of primary tumor in patients with gallbladder cancer(GBCa).METHODS: A comprehensive literature search of studies published through 30 th June 2014 regarding the role of 18F-FDG PET and PET/CT in the evaluation of primary gallbladder cancer(GBCa) was performed. All retrieved studies were reviewed. Pooled sensitivity and specificity of 18F-FDG PET or PET/CT in the evaluation of primary GBCa were calculated. The area under the summary receiving operator characteristics curve(AUC) was calculated to measure the accuracy of these methods. Sub-analyses considering the device used(PET vs PET/CT) were carried out.RESULTS: Twenty-one studies comprising 495 patients who underwent 18F-FDG PET or PET/CT for suspicious GBCa were selected for the systematic review. The meta-analysis of 13 selected studies provided the following results: sensitivity 87%(95%CI: 82%-92%),specificity 78%(95%CI: 68%-86%). The AUC was 0.88. Improvement of sensitivity and specificity was observed when PET/CT was used.CONCLUSION: 18F-FDG-PET and PET/CT demonstrated to be useful diagnostic imaging methods in the assessment of primary tumor in GBCa patients,nevertheless possible sources of false-negative and false-positive results should be kept in mind. 3LaZn_xFe_(1-x)O_3钙钛矿型纳米催化剂的制备、表征及其甲苯燃烧性能(英文)显示文摘Nanostructured LaFeO3 and substituted LaZnxFe1-xO3(x = 0.01,0.05,0.1,0.2,and 0.3) perovskites were synthesized by the sol-gel auto-combustion method and used in the catalytic combustion of toluene.Their structures and surface properties were investigated by X-ray diffraction,Fourier transmission infrared spectroscopy,BET surface area,and scanning electron microscopy.Characterization data revealed that the total insertion of zinc into LaFeO3 takes place when x ≤ 0.1.However,ZnO segregation occurs to some extent,especially at x > 0.1.The performance of these perovskites was evaluated by toluene combustion.The catalytic activity of the catalysts increased substantially with an increase in zinc substitution.These results can be attributed to the cooperative effect between LaZnxFe1-xO3 and the zinc oxide phases.The relative concentration of these phases determines their oxygen activation ability and reactivity.Seyed Ali HOSSEINI Mohammad Taghi SADEGHI Abdolali ALEMI Aligholi NIAEI Dariush SALARI Leila KAFI-AHMADI 2010催化学报2010,31,7:7
4整形外科用摩擦焊纯钛/镁合金螺钉的力学性能、腐蚀行为和生物相容性显示文摘在转速为1100、1200和1300 r/min条件下,通过旋转摩擦焊将生物可降解镁合金与商业纯钛异种焊接后加工成螺钉,研究异种接头的性能。金相分析结果表明钛/镁合金接头处连接较好。在镁合金一侧观察到焊缝中心区(WCZ)、动态再结晶区(DRX)、热力影响区(TMAZ)和局部变形区(PDZ)。在1300 r/min转速下制备的螺钉具有最高的拉伸强度和剪切强度,分别为173和103.2 MPa。钛/镁合金异种摩擦焊接头在含有Ti3Al的金属间化合物区附近失效。由于晶粒细化(8.57μm)和钛颗粒的影响,从镁合金一侧到焊缝区,硬度值逐渐增大;而钛一侧的硬度值保持不变。浸泡实验显示钛/镁合金接头的腐蚀速率高于纯钛与镁合金的腐蚀速率。此外,1300 r/min转速下制备的接头由于其更好的耐腐蚀性能,显示出更好的生物相容性和细胞活性(98.12%)。Mojtaba Sadeghi GOGHERI Masoud KASIRI-ASGARANI Hamid Reza BAKHSHESHI-RAD Hamid GHAYOUR Mahdi RAFIEI 2020Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2020,30,11:7
5微空心阴极放电机理及其在电热式推力器中的应用显示文摘近年来,微空心阴极放电(MHCD)技术的发展为研制适用于小卫星的先进新型微推力器提供了可能。MHCD是微放电领域中一种新颖的非平衡高气压辉光放电,其优点是可以在高气压下稳定放电,并且只需要非常低的电压(几百伏特)或者输入功率(百毫瓦数量级)。本文针对MHCD,实验研究了微放电的电流-电压特性,并利用光学发射光谱的方法测量了微等离子体中电子数密度和中性气体温度。结果表明,在稳定的辉光放电下,MHCD孔内的电子数密度和中性气体温度随着压强和放电电流的增加而增大,电子数密度可达1014cm-3,中性气体温度可达1000K。由此可以推断,微空心阴极放电较小的尺寸结构与强烈并可控的气体加热相结合,完全可以开发应用在新型的电热式等离子体推进上,研制成微空心阴极放电等离子体推力器。由于在微放电等离子体中加热了工质气体,因此其性能可大大高于冷气推进。夏广庆 毛根旺 Nader Sadeghi 2008宇航学报2008,29,5:6
6Field investigation on effects of railway track geometric parameters on rail wear显示文摘Rail wear has dramatic impact on track performance, ride quality and maintenance costs. The amount of rail wear is influenced by various elements among which geometric parameters play an important role. The amount of wear in Iran’s railway lines and its imposed maintenance costs oblige us to make modifications on the various geometrical parameters. In order to ensure the effectiveness of these changes, it is necessary to investigate these parameters and their effects on the wear. This research is aimed at studying the effects of different track geometrical parameters on the vertical and lateral wear by conducting a three phase field investigation. The first phase was carried out at the switches of a station, the second phase at a straight line, and the third at a curved line out of the station. The results obtained are analyzed and the role of each track geometrical parameter in the rail wear is discussed. Recommendations for prevention or reduction of rail wear are presented.SADEGHI J. 8Overlapping gastroesophageal reflux disease and irritable bowel syndrome:Increased dysfunctional symptoms显示文摘AIM:To investigate the association of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) in Iranian patients and examine the prevalence of functional symptoms of the gastrointestinal tract in patients presenting with either IBS, GERD or both.METHODS: Six thousand four hundred and seventy six patients presented to the Gastro-intestinal (GI) clinic with symptoms of functional dysfunction of GI tract, 1419 patients (62.0% women, 38.0% men; mean age: 37.4±11.5 years) met Rome or Rome criteria(depending on the year of diagnosis)for IBS.2658 patients were diagnosed with GERD based on clinical presentation and endoscopic findings.We assessed other functional symptoms(epigastric pain,nausea,vomiting,belching,constipation and diarrhea)in patients suffering from GERD,IBS or both.RESULTS: Among IBS subjects, 63.6% (69.0% women, 31.0% men; mean age: 36.4±10.3 years) also hadGERD, whereas 34.7% of the non-IBS patients had GERD [odds ratio (OR) =3.2, 95% confidence interval (CI): 2.9-3.7, P<0.0001]. Among patients with GERD, 33.9% of subjects met Rome criteria compared to 13.5% of non-GERD patients (OR=3.6, 95% CI: 3.1-4.3, P<0.0001). 9A new impedance and robust adaptive inverse control approach for a teleoperation system with varying time delay显示文摘This paper presents a new robust adaptive inverse control approach for a force-reflecting teleoperation system with varying time delay. First,an impedance control is designed for the master robot. Second,an adaptive inverse control is proposed for the slave robot. Finally,the slave side controller is modified such that the robust stability and performance are achieved. In addition,robust stability analysis has been performed and optimal behavior is ensured by using standard characteristic polynomials. It is shown that despite of presence of randomly-varying time delay,the proposed control algorithm compensates the position drifts efficiently. 10Anisotropy of mechanical properties and crystallographic texture in hot rolled AZ31+XSr sheets显示文摘The influences of Sr on the microstructure,texture and mechanical properties including flow and anisotropy behavior of AZ31 alloys are investigated.Slabs containing no,0.4 and 0.8 wt%of strontium were cast and subjected to hot rolling.Results indicate that Sr reduces the basal texture intensity(23%in the AZ31+0.8Sr alloy)and homogenizes the distribution of strain in uniaxial tension.Furthermore,Sr increases both the strength coefficient and the strain hardening exponent in all directions.In the transverse direction,enhancements are more significant.Moreover,Sr enhances the combination of tensile strength and total elongation;i.e.,toughness,whether tests are performed parallel to the rolling,diagonal or transverse directions,to significant extents.Alireza Sadeghi Hossein Mortezapour Javad Samei Mihriban Pekguleryuz David Wilkinson 2019Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2019,7,3:4
11硫化锌精矿直接浸出动力学及其半经验模型(英文)显示文摘在中试规模管式反应器中直接浸出贫铁硫化锌精矿,研究其浸出动力学。为满足静压浸出条件,将含硫酸亚铁和硫酸的矿浆注入到垂直放置的直径8 m的管式反应器中,空气从反应器的底部吹入。考察了初始硫酸浓度、反应温度、矿粒直径、初始硫酸锌浓度、矿浆浓度和铁含量对反应动力学的影响。结果表明,硫化锌精矿的直接浸出遵循收缩核模型,过程受化学反应控制,其表观活化能为49.7 k J/mol。采用半经验模型描述该过程,得到铁含量、硫酸浓度、硫化锌精矿浓度和矿粒直径的反应级数分别为0.982、0.189、-0.097和-0.992。采用SEM-EDS对硫化锌精矿浸出反应前后的矿粒进行分析,发现当锌的浸出率低于60%时,由于反应器搅拌的问题,颗粒表面硫产物层脱落,会影响浸出溶液与颗粒表面的接触。Nima SADEGHI Javad MOGHADDAM Mehdi OJAGHI ILKHCHI 2017Transactions of Nonferrous Metals Society of China2017,27,10:4
12In vitro differentiation of human umbilical cord Wharton's jelly mesenchymal stromal cells to insulin producing clusters显示文摘AIM: To investigate the differentiation of human Wharton's jelly derived mesenchymal stromal cells(WJMSCs) to insulin producing clusters(IPC) this study was conducted. METHODS: The umbilical cords samples were collected from full term caesarian section mothers and the WJ-MSCS were cultured from tissue explants in High glucose-Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium(H-DMEM); H-DMEM supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum(FBS) and antibiotics. The expression of CD90, CD44, CD105, CD34 and CD133 as well as osteogenic and adipogenic differentiation of cells in appropriate medium were also evaluated. The cells were differentiated toward IPC with changing the culture medium and adding the small molecules such as nicotinic acid, epidermal growth factor, and exendin-4 during 3 wk period. The gene expression of PDX1, NGN3, Glut2, insulin was monitored by reveres transcription polymerase chain reaction method. The differentiated clusters were stained with Dithizone(DTZ) which confirms the presence of insulin granules. The insulin challenge test(low and high glucose concentration in Krebs-Ringer HEPES buffer) was also used to evaluate the functional properties of differentiated clusters.RESULTS: WJ-MSCS were positive for mesenchymal surface markers(CD90, CD44, CD105), and negative for CD34 and CD133. The accumulation of lipid vacuoles and deposition of calcium mineral in cells were considered as adipogenic and osteogenic potential of WJ-MSCS. The cells also expressed the transcriptional factors such as Nanog and OCT4. During this three step differentiation, the WJ-MSCS morphology was gradually changed from spindle shaped cells in to epithelioid cells and eventually to three dimensional clusters. The clusters expressed PDX1, NGN3, Glut2, and insulin. The cells became bright red color when stained with DTZ and the insulin secretion was also confirmed. In glucose challenge test a significant increase in insulin secretion from 0.91 ± 0.04 μIu/mL(2.8 mmol/L glucose) to to 8.34 ± 0.45 μIu/mL(16.7 mmol/L glucose) was recorded(P < 0.05). The insulin secretion of undifferentiated WJ-MSCS was not changed in this challenge test.CONCLUSION: WJ-MSCs have the ability to differentiate in to islet-like cells in vitro. 15Sediment contribution from different geologic formations and land uses in an Iranian small watershed,case study显示文摘Many intra and extra problems occurred due to unsustainable human use of natural resources leading to increasing sediment loads in the watersheds.However,few studies have been comprehensively conducted in progressing countries to prioritize sediment sources from different points of views,particularly in some countries like Iran where such valuable information is essential for proper watershed resources management.The present study was therefore planned to assess the importance of potential sediment sources viz.,spatial sources(geologic units) and source types(land use units) in sediment yield in Idelo watershed as one of the important sub-watersheds of Sefidrood large Watershed in Zanjan Province,Iran,using composite fingerprinting.In addition,the results of the sediment fingerprinting approach were compared with those of field measurement data obtained from studying soil erosion types(viz.,sheet,rill and gully erosion).Toward this attempt,16 tracers were detected in different geologic units and land uses and the sediment yielded at the watershed outlet.The results showed that the composite fingerprints of the different geologic units comprising As,N,Cu,Zn,OC and Co tracers could correctly distinguish 86% of the sediment source samples.The red gypsiferous marl contributed 85 percent in sediment yield.In regard to source types,the optimum composite fingerprint encompassed only N and Cu and provided a discriminatory efficiency of 90%.Besides that,the rangelands with 48.8% study area coverage had a significant contribution of 88% in sediment yield.The field measurements confirmed the reliability of results of fingerprinting approach in apportioning watershed scale sediment sources on the base of consistency of the two sets of results.It was also understood from the results,besides successful applicability of composite fingerprinting in assessing the provenance of the sediment yielded at the watershed outlet that the geologic formations and land use types played different roles in sediment yield.Such information helps managers and decision makers to properly regulate appropriate and adaptive management approaches in the study watershed.Seyed Hamidreza Sadeghi Saeed Najafi Alireza Riyahi Bakhtiari 2017International Journal of Sediment Research2017,32,2:3

17伊朗Graves眼病的临床特点(英文)显示文摘目的:研究分析伊朗Graves眼病患者的临床特点。方法:回顾分析2003/2005年确诊为Graves眼病的103例患者临床资料。结果:在103例Graves眼病患者中,48例(46.6%)为男性,55例(53.3%)为女性(男女比例为1.1)。年龄18~73(平均45)岁,95例(92.2%)表现为甲状腺机能亢进,3例(2.9%)表现为原发性甲状腺机能减退,5例(4.8%)甲状腺机能正常。出现眼部症状的时间为2~95(平均3.2)mo,而表现出甲状腺功能障碍的时间为6~180(平均39.4)mo。12例患者单眼发病,90例(87%)患者有眼睑退缩,80例(77.6%)患者表现出眼球突出,其中30例(29%)伴有局限性眼外肌运动障碍;CT扫描显示70例患者中有52例(74%)有眼外肌肥大。6例患者(5.8%)有视神经功能障碍,22例患者(21%)表现出Graves眼病相关的青光眼,其中7例(6.7%)为正常眼压青光眼。结论:本组病例中眼睑退缩是Graves眼病最常见的临床表现。未来需要更大范围的病例研究,以评价分析Graves眼病在伊朗人群中的发病率以及不同人种之间临床表现差异。Ali Sadeghi Tari Mohammad Taher Rajabi Khalil Hamzedust Seyed Ziaeddin Tabatabaie Abolfazl Kasai 2007国际眼科杂志2007,7,2:3

19太阳能路面能量转化与路表性能研究显示文摘为了研究和评估太阳能路面作为可持续能源生产提供电能的可行性,研究团队构建了'太阳能电池板'(将太阳能电池嵌入橡胶和'树脂玻璃'之间)和'太阳能路面'(将太阳能电池嵌入两个多孔橡胶层之间)两种新型路面结构模型,两者均能吸收太阳能并将其转化为电能贮存在光伏电池中。在构建路面结构组成的基础上,从能量供给、路表性能两方面对两种新型太阳能路面的使用性能进行了评价。采用摆式摩擦系数仪(BPT)和万能试验机(UTM)测定了太阳能路面的路表抗滑性能和动态特性,并对两种新型太阳能路面进行了排水性能试验;同时,为了测试太阳能路面通过太阳能电池获取电能的可行性,进行了电压(电流)测量,确定了能量转换率(PCE)。结果表明:在潮湿的环境下,'太阳能电池板'和'太阳能路面'的BPN摆值分别为42和47.8;通过排水性能试验测定的'太阳能电池板'和'太阳能路面'的平均体积流量分别为0.018L/s和0.042L/s,而传统沥青路面的排水性能试验测定值为0.0224L/s。研究结果表明:由太阳能电池和橡胶层组成的新型太阳能路面不仅可满足道路运输的安全参数,还具备发电能力,可作为一种新型路面进行研究和发展。赵亚兰 郭红兵 Azin Sadeghi Dezfooli Fereidoon Moghadas Nejad Hamzeh Zakeri Sholeh Kazemifard 2018中外公路2018,38,5:2

A total of 390 one-day-old broiler chicks(Ross 308) were allocated to 6 dietary treatments with 5 replicate pens and 13 chicks each based on a factorial arrangement(2 x 3) in a completely randomized design. The experiment lasted 42 d. The following experimental diets and as well as their interaction were considered: a basal diet supplemented with or without OA(0 or 1 g/kg) and 2 fiber sources(sugar beet pulp[soluble fiber] or rice hull [insoluble fiber];0 or 30 g/kg). Dietary supplementation of OA increased daily weight gains of broilers across the entire rearing period(P < 0.05). The dietary fibrous materials did not affect the performance of broilers. Antibody titer against influenza disease virus was higher in birds fed diets containing rice hull compared with other experimental groups(P < 0.05). The population of Lactobacillus bacteria was greater in birds fed OA-added diets without or with 30 g/kg rice hull supplementation compared with other experimental groups(P < 0.05). In conclusion, dietary supplemental OA improved performance of broilers, and dietary supplemental OA with rice hull enhanced humoral immune responses.Sakineh Sabour Sayed A.Tabeidian Ghorbanali Sadeghi 2019Animal Nutrition2019,,2:2
