2枯草芽孢杆菌及饲料粗蛋白质水平对肉鸡生长性能和肉鸡肠道形态的影响显示文摘试验通过检测肉鸡生长性能、胴体品质、肉品质和消化道发育情况、回肠CP消化率,探究日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对肉鸡粗蛋白质(CP)需求量的影响。试验选取720只1日龄肉鸡。设置2×2方阵设计,包括按照标准CP水平设置的对照组(CP 100),在标准基础上降低2%CP含量的试验组(CP 98);不添加枯草芽孢杆菌组及添加枯草芽孢杆菌0.2 g·kg^(-1)组(0.8×10~9cfu·g^(-1),将肉鸡随机分配到各组。每组6个重复,每个重复30只肉鸡。育雏料、生长期饲料和育肥期饲料均按照标准制定,饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌对生长性能无显著影响。然而,随着日粮中CP水平下降,体增重和饲料效率显著下降(P<0.05),饲料中添加枯草芽孢杆菌可显著提高肉鸡胴体品质(P<0.05)。添加枯草芽孢杆菌对肉品质无显著影响,然而,随着日粮中CP含量下降,肉的保水力显著下降(P<0.05);空肠隐窝显著变深(P<0.05),回肠CP消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。试验结果表明,日粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌可改善空肠形态,减缓日粮中CP含量减少的不利影响。因此,益生菌的使用可改变胃肠道形态特征,提高CP的回肠消化率,提高饲料效率。Mahmoud K Z Obeidat B S Al-Sadi M Z Hatahet Sh R 2017饲料博览2017,0,1:5
