1China's Labor Transition and the Future of China's Rural Wages and Employment显示文摘This paper contributes to the assessment of China's rural labor markets.According to our data,the increase in off-farm employment that China experienced during the 1980s and1990s continued during the 2000s.Our analysis shows that migration has become the most prevalent off-farm activity,although the destination of migrants is shifting from outside of one's province to destinations closer to home.The present paper finds that large shares of male and female individuals,especially those under 40 years,are working off the farm.These findings represent an important contribution to the labor economics field.First,the results of the present paper reveal that the labor transition from the agricultural sector to the non-agricultural sector for key segments of China's rural labor force is nearly complete.Second,although a large share of China's rural labor force work in agriculture,most of these workers are older men and women(and likely would not be willing to take low-wage,labor-intensive jobs).Third,the rising unskilled wage rate in China is partially a result of the tightening of the labor force in the young age cohorts.Finally,due to factors associated with the one child policy and other demographic transition forces,successive age cohorts will continue to fall in absolute number in the coming decade.Assuming China's growth continues,we expect to see further wage increases since it will take higher wages to coax more workers to work off the farm.Qiang Li Jikun Huang Renfu Luo Chengfang Liu 2013China & World Economy2013,21,3:16
2High-security-level multi-dimensional optical storage medium:nanostructured glass embedded with LiGa_(5)O_(8):Mn^(2+) with photostimulated luminescence显示文摘The launch of the big data era puts forward challenges for information preservation technology,both in storage capacity and security.Herein,a brand new optical storage medium,transparent glass ceramic(TGC)embedded with photostimulated LiGa5O8:Mn2+nanocrystals,capable of achieving bit-by-bit optical data write-in and read-out in a photon trapping/detrapping mode,is developed.The highly ordered nanostructure enables light–matter interaction with high encoding/decoding resolution and low bit error rate.Importantly,going beyond traditional 2D optical storage,the high transparency of the studied bulk medium makes 3D volumetric optical data storage(ODS)possible,which brings about the merits of expanded storage capacity and improved information security.Demonstration application confirmed the erasable-rewritable 3D storage of binary data and display items in TGC with intensity/wavelength multiplexing.The present work highlights a great leap in photostimulated material for ODS application and hopefully stimulates the development of new multi-dimensional ODS media.Shisheng Lin Hang Lin Chonggeng Ma Yao Cheng Sizhe Ye Fulin Lin Renfu Li Ju Xu Yuansheng Wang 2020Light(Science & Applications)2020,9,1:12

4Effect of moxa-burning heat stimulating Liangmen(ST 21) and Zusanli(ST 36) on proliferation and apoptosis signaling proteins in rats with stress-induced gastric ulcer显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of moxa-burning heat stimulating acupoints of Liangmen(ST 21)and Zusanli(ST 36) on the proliferation and apoptosis signaling proteins in rats with stress-induced gastric ulcer.METHODS: Forty rats were randomly divided into four groups: negative control(NC), ulcer control(UC), acupoints of stomach meridian(ASM), and acupoints control(AC). The acute gastric ulcer model was established by bound and water immersion.Rats in NC and UC groups didn't receive any moxa-burning heat stimulating treatment, while rats in ASM and AC groups were treated with buringmoxa heat stimulating the acupoints of Liangmen(ST 21) and Zusanli(ST 36) and their controlled points, respectively. Rats in all groups were sacrificed after 12 consecutive days treatment. The ulcer index was evaluated by using Guth's method.The expression of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α), apoptotic protease activating facter-1(Apaf-1), Caspase-3, p21 activated kinase 1(PAK1),extracellular regulated protein kinases 2(ERK2),phosphorylated ERK2(p ERK2), phosphoinositide3-kinase(PI3K) and RAC-alpha serine/threonine-protein kinase(Akt) in gastric mucosa was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).RESULTS: Compared with UC group, the ulcer index of ASM and AC groups decreased, and the injured gastric mucosa was improved, the expression of TNF-α, Apaf-1 and Caspase-3 in gastric mucosa was significantly reduced(P < 0.05), while the ex-pression of PAK1, ERK2, p ERK2, PI3 K and Akt in gastric mucosa was significantly increased(P < 0.05).And ASM showed better effect than AC group(P <0.05).CONCLUSION: Moxa-burning Heat stimulating of Liangmen(ST 21) and Zusanli(ST 36) could promote the recovery of gastric mucosal lesion probably by inhibiting cell apoptosis and promoting cell proliferation in stress-induced gastric ulcer.Peng Li Wang Yadong Chang Xiaorong Wu Huangan Liu Mi Ma Fuqiang Wang Hong Chen Jiaolong Wang Chao Quan Renfu Yang Zongbao 2016Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2016,36,3:9
5基于空间可分辨光谱的番茄成熟度判别方法研究显示文摘对基于空间可分辨光谱的番茄成熟度分类判别方法进行了试验研究。首先根据番茄的内部颜色,将600个番茄分为6个不同成熟度(green,breaker,turning,pink,light red and red),然后用自行开发的多通道高光谱成像探头采集番茄的空间可分辨(SR)光谱,建立基于空间可分辨光谱的番茄成熟度偏最小二乘判别(PLSDA)模型和支持向量机判别(SVMDA)模型。结果显示,对于PLSDA模型,SR光谱15为最佳分类光谱,分类正确率达到81.3%;对于SVMDA模型,SR光谱10为最佳预测分类光谱,分类正确率为86.3%。对六个成熟度等级番茄的判别分类,SVMDA模型要明显优于PLSDA模型。此外,相对于较小的光源-检测器距离SR光谱,较大的光源-检测器距离SR光谱可以获得更好的判别效果,显示出空间可分辨光谱在果蔬品质检测方面的应用潜力。黄玉萍 Renfu Lu 戚超 陈坤杰 2018光谱学与光谱分析2018,38,7:9

7Stress-induced CsPbBr3 nanocrystallization on glass surface:Unexpected mechanoluminescence and applications显示文摘In this work,we discovered an unexpected mechanoluminescence (ML) phenomena occurring when transforming amorphous into crystalline,due to the stress-induced precipitation of CsPbBr3 perovskite nanocrystals on glass surface.It is revealed that,unlike the conventional thermal-induced phase transformation mechanism,the breakage of bonding of glass network provides the energy for nucleation and growth,and the shear stress avoids the long-range migration of structural units for crystallization.Such unique ML phenomenon enables the visualization of dynamical force that is inaccessible by common strategy,and so,opens up some novel applications,such as the pressure-sensitive 'glassy pencil' to learn people's writing habits,and the pb^2+-detection with good sensitivity and selectivity.These findings not only demonstrate an effective route for the preparation of perovskite materials in a green,time-saving,low cost,and scalable way,enrich the knowledge of glass crystallization mechanism,but also exploit a useful avenue to quantitatively visualize the dynamical force.Xiaoqiang Xiang Hang Lin Renfu Li Yao Cheng Qingming Huang Ju Xu Congyong Wang Xueyuan Chen Yuansheng Wang 2019Nano Research2019,12,5:8

9Chimeric Newcastle Disease Virus-like Particles Containing DC-Binding Peptide-Fused Haemagglutinin Protect Chickens from Virulent Newcastle Disease Virus and H9N2 Avian Influenza Virus Challenge显示文摘Newcastle disease virus(NDV)and H9N2 subtype Avian influenza virus(AIV)are two notorious avian respiratory pathogens that cause great losses in the poultry industry.Current inactivated commercial vaccines against NDV and AIV have the disadvantages of inadequate mucosal responses,while an attenuated live vaccine bears the risk of mutation.Dendritic cell(DC)targeting strategies are attractive for their potent mucosal and adaptive immune-stimulating ability against respiratory pathogens.In this study,DC-binding peptide(DCpep)-decorated chimeric virus-like particles(cVLPs),containing NDV haemagglutinin–neuraminidase(HN)and AIV haemagglutinin(HA),were developed as a DC-targeting mucosal vaccine candidate.DCpep-decorated cVLPs activated DCs in vitro,and induced potent immune stimulation in chickens,with enhanced secretory immunoglobulin A(sIgA)secretion and splenic T cell differentiation.40μg cVLPs can provide full protection against the challenge with homologous,heterologous NDV strains,and AIV H9N2.In addition,DCpep-decorated cVLPs could induce a better immune response when administered intranasally than intramuscularly,as indicated by robust s IgA secretion and a reduced virus shedding period.Taken together,this chimericVLPs are a promising vaccine candidate to control NDV and AIV H9N2 and a useful platform bearing multivalent antigens.Xiaohong Xu Jing Qian Lingsong Qin Jindou Li Cong Xue Jiaxin Ding Weiqi Wang Wei Ding Renfu Yin Ningyi Jin Zhuang Ding 2020Virologica Sinica2020,35,4:4
10'Chameleon-like' optical behavior of lanthanide-doped fluoride nanoplates for multilevel anti-counterfeiting applications显示文摘Lanthanide-based luminescent anti-counterfeiting materials are widely used in various kinds of products.However,the emission color of traditional lanthanide-based luminescent materials usually remains nearly unaltered upon different excitation lights,which may only work for single-level anti-counterfeiting.Herein,the NaYbF4∶2%Er@NaYF4 core/shell nanoplates (NPs) with 'chameleon-like' optical behavior are developed.These NPs display single-band red or green downshifting (DS) emission upon excitation at 377 or 490 nm,respectively.Upon 980 nm excitation,the color of upconversion (UC) emission can be finely tuned from green to yellow,and to red with increasing the excitation power density from 0.1 to 4.0 W/cm^2.The proposed materials readily integrate the advantages of excitation wavelength-dependent DS single-band emissions and sensitive excitation power-dependent UC multicolor emissions in one and the same material,which has never been reported before.Particularly,the proposed NPs exhibit excellent performance as security labels on trademark tag and security ink on painting,thus revealing the great potential of these lanthanide-doped fluoride NPs in multilevel anti-counterfeiting applications.Wenwu You Datao Tu Renfu Li Wei Zheng Xueyuan Chen 2019Nano Research2019,12,6:3
11波长比和近红外光谱的番茄品质检测方法显示文摘番茄的可溶性固形物(SSC)、pH值和坚实度(Firmness)是决定番茄的口感及收获后品质的主要因素。提出一种基于波长比和近红外光谱的番茄SSC,pH和坚实度检测方法。首先用Vis/SWNIR便携式光谱仪(波长:400~1 100nm)和中波近红外便携式光谱仪(波长:900~1 683nm)在相互作用模式下,对6个不同成熟度的600个番茄样本进行光谱采集,对所采集的光谱用波长比法和波长比+自动缩放法进行预处理后,分别建立番茄SSC,pH和坚实度的预测模型,比较单一自动缩放、单一波长比、波长比+自动缩放及不做预处理四种方法的预测结果。结果显示,波长比法结合自动缩放预处理可有效提高可见/短波近红外光谱对SSC,pH和坚实度的预测精度(r_p=0.779,0.796和0.917);波长比法+自动缩放法可提高中波近红外光谱对SSC的预测效果(rp=0.818)。这说明波长比法在优化和处理番茄光谱信息方面具有一定的潜力。黄玉萍 Renfu Lu 戚超 陈坤杰 2018光谱学与光谱分析2018,38,8:3

14Highly efficient luminescent Ⅰ-Ⅲ-Ⅵ semiconductor nanoprobes based on template-synthesized CuInS2 nanocrystals显示文摘CuInS2 semiconductor nanocrystals (NCs) exhibit large absorption coefficient, size-dependent photoluminescence and low toxicity, making them excellent candidates in a variety of bioapplications. However, precise control of both their composition and morphology to improve the luminescent efficiency remains a great challenge via conventional direct synthesis. Herein, we present a novel low-temperature template synthesis of highly efficient luminescent CuInS2 nanoprobes from In2S3 NCs via a facile cation exchange strategy. The proposed strategy enables synthesis of a series of CuInS2 NCs with broad size tunability from 2.2 to 29.6 nm. Through rationally manipulating the stoichiometry of Cu/In, highly efficient luminescence of CuInS2 with the maximum quantum yield of 28.6% has been achieved, which is about one order of magnitude improvement relative to that of directly synthesized NCs. By virtue of the intense emission of CuInS2 nanoprobes, we exemplify their application in sensitive homogeneous biodetection for an important biomolecule of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) with the limit of detection down to 49.3 nM. 15Impacts of different feeding modes on the gonadal development, total edible yield, and nutritional composition of male Chinese mitten crab (Eriocheir sinensis)显示文摘This study analyzed the tissue indices,proximate composition,fatty acid and amino acid composition of edible tissues of male E.sinensis under three feeding modes(formulated diets(FD),natural diets(ND),and traditional diets(TD)).The results showed that different feeding modes had no impacts on the overall gonadal development,as no significant difference was found in gonadsomatic index among three treatments.For edible yield,three modes all had similar levels of the meat yield,hepatosomatic index,and total edible yield.Although different feeding modes did not affect the individual edible yield and gonadal development,significant differences were detected in the nutritional composition of males from three modes.For proximate composition,significant differences were found in the total lipids of gonads and the carbohydrate of hepatopancreas and meat.For fatty acids,crabs from ND had a higher proportion of monounsaturated fatty acids.In gonads and hepatopancreas,FD had a higher proportion of long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids.For amino acids,FD had higher amino acid contents,while ND had the lowest.Except tryptophan,the essential amino acids scores of the meat were all greater than 100.As there was no significant difference on meat quality and meat yields between three feeding modes,this study suggests that the formulated diet could replace the natural diet and traditional diet towards sustainable crab farming in future.Jie Pan Renfu Wu Xugan Wu Xiaowen Long Xichang Wang Yongxu Cheng 2020Aquaculture and Fisheries2020,5,6:3
16Compact ultrabroadband light-emitting diodes based on lanthanide-doped lead-free double perovskites显示文摘Impurity doping is an effective approach to tuning the optoelectronic performance of host materials by imparting extrinsic electronic channels.Herein,a family of lanthanide(Ln^(3+))ions was successfully incorporated into a Bi:Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6) lead-free double-perovskite(DP)semiconductor,expanding the spectral range from visible(Vis)to near-infrared(NIR)and improving the photoluminescence quantum yield(PLQY).After multidoping with Nd,Yb,Er and Tm,Bi/Ln:Cs_(2)AgInCl_(6) yielded an ultrabroadband continuous emission spectrum with a full width at half-maximum of~365 nm originating from intrinsic self-trapped exciton recombination and abundant 4f-4f transitions of the Ln^(3+)dopants.Steady-state and transient-state spectra were used to ascertain the energy transfer and emissive processes.To avoid adverse energy interactions between the various Ln^(3+)ions in a single DP host,a heterogeneous architecture was designed to spatially confine different Ln^(3+)dopants via a“DP-in-glass composite”(DiG)structure.This bottom-up strategy endowed the prepared Ln^(3+)-doped DIG with a high PLQY of 40%(nearly three times as high as that of the multidoped DP)and superior long-term stability.Finally,a compact Vis-NIR ultrabroadband(400~2000 nm)light source was easily fabricated by coupling the DiG with a commercial UV LED chip,and this light source has promising applications in nondestructive spectroscopic analyses and multifunctional lighting.Shilin Jin Renfu Li Hai Huang Naizhong Jiang Jidong Lin Shaoxiong Wang Yuanhui Zheng Xueyuan Chen Daqin Chen 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,3:3
17Multiplexed intracellular detection based on dual-excitation/dualemission upconversion nanoprobes显示文摘Multiplexed intracellular detection is desirable in biomedical sciences for its higher eficiency and accuracy compared to the single-analyte detection.However,it is very challenging to construct nanoprobes that possess multiple fluorescent signals to recognize the different intracellular species synchronously.Herein,we proposed a novel dual-excitation/dual-emission upconversion strategy for multiplexed detection through the design of upconversion nanoparticles(UCNP)loaded with two dyes for sensitization and quenching of the upconversion luminescence(UCL),respectively.Based on the two independent energy transfer processes of near-infrared(NIR)dye IR845 to UCNP and UCNP to visible dye PAPS-Zn,CIO-and Zn2+were simultaneously detected with a limit of detection(LOD)of41.4 and 10.5 nM,respectively.By tilizing a purpose built 830/980 nm dual-laser confocal microscope,both intrinsic and exogenous CIO and Zn2+in live MCF-7 cells have been accurately quantified.Such dual-excitation/dual-emission ratiometric UCL detection mode enables not only monitoring multiple intracellular analytes but also eliminating the detection deviation caused by inhomogeneous probe distribution in cells.Through modulation of NIR dye and visible dye with other reactive groups,the nanoprobes can be extended to analyze various intraellular species,which provides a promising tool to study the biological activities in live cells and diagnose diseases.Jianxi Ke Shan Lu Zhuo Li Xiaoying Shang Xingjun Li Renfu Li Datao Tu Zhuo Chen Xueyuan Chen 2020Nano Research2020,13,7:2
18Decomposing Income Inequality and Policy Implications in Rural China显示文摘Using village data from samples covering 6 provinces,36 counties and 216 townships,the income inequalities within and between townships in rural China are assessed. The Theil index and the mean logarithmic deviation methods enable us to test income inequality at the township level,and to decompose it into intra-regional and inter-regional at county and provincial levels. In the present paper,we also decompose income inequalities between and within the nationally designated poor counties (NDPC). The results show that approximately two-thirds of the income inequality in rural China would be eliminated if measures and policies were targeted at the county level.
