1真空、脉冲真空和常压下蓝莓渗透脱水的研究显示文摘研究了真空渗透脱水、脉冲真空渗透脱水和常压渗透脱水下蓝莓水分含量和水分活度的变化规律,结果表明:真空渗透脱水时,蓝莓的水分含量和水分活度降低得最快。真空渗透脱水、脉冲真空渗透脱水、常压下渗透脱水蓝莓的有效水分扩散率分别为1.6777×10-9、1.3629×10-9、0.5679×10-9m2/s。真空渗透脱水、脉冲真空渗透脱水、常压下渗透脱水的有效固性物扩散率分别为9.1705×10-10、6.3919×10-10、5.1007×10-10m2/s。董全 Michèle Marcotte 陈宗道 2007食品科学2007,28,9:15
2人类免疫缺陷病毒感染者抑郁障碍、自杀风险和日常生活能力的研究显示文摘目的研究人类免疫缺陷病毒(H IV)感染者抑郁症和自杀观念的流行情况及其与日常生活能力改变的关联。方法对28例H IV阳性者及23例H IV阴性者,用复合性国际诊断用检查提纲中文版调查抑郁症的总发生率和自杀史,用贝克抑郁问卷(BD I)评估当前抑郁障碍及自杀风险的严重程度,用日常生活能力问卷(ADL)评估H IV感染对日常生活能力的影响。结果(1)H IV阳性组和H IV阴性组中分别有22例(79%)和1例(4%)符合抑郁症的诊断标准(P<0.001);H IV阳性组BD I总分[(22.4±12.7)分]高于H IV阴性组[(6.6±7.8)分;P<0.001]。(2)H IV阳性组和H IV阴性组中分别有18例(64%)和2例(9%)有过自杀观念。(3)H IV阳性组ADL总分[(17.1±5.2)分]高于H IV阴性组[(14.0±0.0)分;P<0.001]。(4)BD I与H IV状况的交互作用是有显著贡献(F=23.95,P<0.001)的自变量,抑郁障碍与H IV状况的相互作用是有意义(F=13.29,P=0.001)的预测因子。结论H IV感染的人群中抑郁症的发生率及自杀风险均较高,抑郁的严重程度和日常生活能力受损有显著相关性。于欣 石川 金华 J.Hampton Atkinson Robert Heaton Thomas Marcotte Corinna Young Joseph Sadek 吴尊友 Igor Grant 2006中华精神科杂志2006,39,2:8
3动机性访谈对性传播感染的家庭认知行为干预研究显示文摘目的针对妇女性传播感染的影响因素,从家庭层面探析动机性访谈的干预效果。方法采用动机性访谈中询问、告知和倾听等核心技术,以家庭为单元,对农村妇女及其配偶的相关生殖健康行为进行干预。结果干预后农村妇女及其配偶性传播感染相关行为的发生率与干预前相比,均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但男性的行为反馈率明显低于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),男性依从性较差。结论以社区家庭为基本单元,采用动机性访谈技术对农村夫妇进行认知行为干预,是改善性传播感染相关行为的有效措施;妇女性传播感染的预防与控制应充分考虑其配偶的参与和责任。杨文方 李颖 李芬 王凤琴 Sharon Marcotte 李旭 2010中国全科医学2010,13,28:8

5Management of adults with coarctation of aorta显示文摘Coarctation of the aorta(CoA)is a relatively common congenital cardiac defect often causing few symptoms and therefore can be challenging to diagnose.The hallmark finding on physical examination is upper extremity hypertension,and for this reason,CoA should be considered in any young hypertensive patient,justifying measurement of lower extremity blood pressure at least once in these individuals.The presence of a significant pressure gradient between the arms and legs is highly suggestive of the diagnosis.Early diagnosis and treatment are important as long-term data consistently demonstrate that patients with CoA have a reduced life expectancy and increased risk of cardiovascular complications.Surgical repair has traditionally been the mainstay of therapy for correction,although advances in endovascular technology with covered stents or stent grafts permit nonsurgical approaches for the management of older children and adults with native CoA and complications.Persistent hypertension and vascular dysfunction can lead to an increased risk of coronary disease,which,remains the greatest cause of long-term mortality.Thus,blood pressure control and periodic reassessment with transthoracic echocardiography and threedimensional imaging(computed tomography or cardiac magnetic resonance)for should be performed regularly as cardiovascular complications may occur decades after the intervention.Pradyumna Agasthi Sai Harika Pujari Andrew Tseng Joseph N Graziano Francois Marcotte David Majdalany Farouk Mookadam Donald J Hagler Reza Arsanjani 2020World Journal of Cardiology2020,12,5:8
