1温和条件下模型体系中烧烤风味及杂环胺形成测定显示文摘以美拉德模型体系葡萄糖-肌酸酐-氨基酸(丙氨酸、苏氨酸、甘氨酸)为研究对象,探索3个体系在130℃条件下反应3 h后风味物质及杂环胺的形成。采用固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用方法检测表明,3种模型均产生烧烤风味物质,主要为烷基吡嗪类。高效液相色谱分析表明,丙氨酸模型(Ⅰ)和甘氨酸模型(Ⅲ)均检测到2-氨基-3,4-二甲基咪唑并[4,5-f]喹啉、2-氨基-3,4,8-三甲基咪唑并[4,5-f]喹喔啉和2-氨基-3,7,8-三甲基咪唑并[4,5-f]喹喔啉3种杂环胺,苏氨酸模型(Ⅱ)检测到了2-氨基-3,4-二甲基咪唑并[4,5-f]喹啉和2-氨基-3,4,8-三甲基咪唑并[4,5-f]喹喔啉2种杂环胺;3种模型体系均未检测到2-氨基-3-甲基咪唑并[4,5-f]喹啉和2-氨基-3,8-二甲基咪唑并[4,5-f]喹喔啉。130℃温和条件下,1.5 h内各模型体系中杂环胺的生成量很少,1.5 h后杂环胺总量随着加热时间的延长逐渐增多,3 h时模型Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ中杂环胺总量分别为(375.50±15.80)、(414.00±18.40)、(363.50±12.20) ng/m L。本研究为肉制品加工尤其是烤肉制品加工如何控制加工条件,从而实现美拉德反应定向控制、减少杂环胺的产生提供一定参考。吕慧超 彭增起 刘森轩 MUNEER Jamali 李君珂 王复龙 惠腾 崔保威 刘世欣 2015食品科学2015,36,8:9
2Emergency resection surgery for colorectal cancer: Patterns of recurrent disease and survival显示文摘AIM To evaluate prognostic pathological factors associated with early metachronous disease and adverse longterm survival in these patients.METHODS Clinical and histological features were analysed retrospectively over an eight-year period for prognostic impact on recurrent disease and overall survival in patients undergoing curative resection of a primary colorectal cancer. RESULTS A total of 266 patients underwent curative surgery during the study period. The median age of the study cohort was 68 year(range 26 to 91) with a followup of 7.9 years(range 4.6 to 12.6). Resection was undertaken electively in 225(84.6%) patients and emergency resection in 35(13.2%). Data on timing of surgery was missing in 6 patients. Recurrence was noted in 67(25.2%) during the study period and was predominantly early within 3 years(82.1%) and involved hepatic metastasis in 73.1%. Emergency resection(OR = 3.60, P = 0.001), T4 stage(OR = 4.33, P < 0.001) and lymphovascular invasion(LVI) (OR = 2.37, P = 0.032) were associated with higher risk of recurrent disease. Emergency resection, T4 disease and a high lymph node ratio(LNR) were strong independent predictors of adverse long-term survival. CONCLUSION Emergency surgery is associated with adverse disease free and long-term survival. 3不同柚品种果实总酚、总黄酮及植酸的积累特征显示文摘为了明确总酚、总黄酮及植酸在柚果果皮和果肉中的分布与积累特征,以平和县15个柚品种为供试材料,分别于果实膨大期和成熟期取样,对果实不同部位(果皮和果肉)总酚、总黄酮及植酸相对含量和积累量进行分析。结果表明:蜜柚果实富含总酚和总黄酮,而植酸含量相对较低;总酚、总黄酮及植酸相对含量和积累量在果皮和果肉上存在显著的品种差异;果皮中总酚、总黄酮及植酸在平均相对含量和积累量上都显著高于果肉;不同生育期中,成熟期总酚及总黄酮(果皮和果肉)平均相对含量和积累量较膨大期升高,而植酸则呈现降低趋势。综上,柚果皮总酚及总黄酮积累量在成熟期表现最高,是良好的果皮深加工及酚类物质提取来源。研究结果可为柚果品质改良以及食品加工提供理论参考。宋彪 徐凯悦 MUNEER MuhammadAtif 吴肇正 庄木来 林红梅 郭九信 吴良泉 苏达 2022中国农业大学学报2022,27,3:3
4Degradation of methotrexate by UV/peroxymonosulfate:Kinetics,effect of operational parameters and mechanism显示文摘Methotrexate(MTX)is one of the most consumed anti-cancer drugs in the pharmaceutical market around the world.The widespread occurrence of MTX in aquatic environment through hospital effluent has attracted increasing concern due to its potential to induce water pollution.In the present study,the degradation of MTX in aqueous medium was investigated by UV-activated peroxymonosulfate(PMS).A significant improvement in degradation rate by increasing UV intensity and PMS concentration while the decrease in degradation efficiency with the increase of solution p H and initial concentration of MTX was observed.The proposed UV/PMS process could achieve more than 90%MTX degradation in 30 min with a good mineralization degree(65%).A pseudofirst order kinetic model was employed and successfully predicted the degradation of MTX.The effect of other operational parameters such as the initial concentration of the targeted compound,dosage of oxidant(PMS),solution p H and UV intensity on the degradation rate were investigated.At the last,the main transform intermediates were identified using LC–MS and possible degradation pathways were proposed.The results show that UV/PMS can be used as an efficient technology to treat pharmaceuticals such as methotrexate containing water and wastewater.Muhammad Imran Kanjal Majid Muneer Amal Abdelhaleem Wei Chu 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,10:3
5Residual effects of tobacco biochar along with different fixing agents on stabilization of trace elements in multi-metal contaminated soils显示文摘The residual effect of tobacco biochar(TB≥500°C)mono and co-application with Cahydroxide(CH),Ca-bentonite(CB)and natural zeolite(NZ)on the bio-availability of trace elements TE(s)in alkaline soils has not been deeply studied yet.A pot study that had earlier been investigated TB mono and blended with CH,CB and NZ on the immobilization of Pb,Cu Cd,and Zn by Chinese cabbage.Maize crop in the rotation was selected as test plant to assess the residual impact of amendments on stabilization of Pb,Cu Cd,and Zn in mine polluted(M-P),smelter heavily and low polluted(S-HP and S-LP,respectively)soils.The obtained results showed that stabilization of Pb,Cd,Cu and Zn reached 63.84% with TB+CB,61.19% with TB+CH,83.31% with TB+CH and 35.27% with TB+CH for M-P soil,36.46% with TB+NZ,38.46% with TB+NZ,19.40% with TB+CH and 62.43% with TB+CH for S-LP soil,52.94%TB+NZ,57.65% with TB+NZ,52.94% with TB+NZ,and 28.44% with TB+CH for S-LP soil.Conversely,TB+CH and TB alone had mobilized Pb and Zn up to19.29% and 34.96% in M-P soil.The mobility of Zn reached 8.38% with TB+CB and 66.03% with TB for S-HP and S-LP soils.The uptake and accumulation of Pb,Cd,Cu and Zn in shoot and root were reduced in three polluted soils.Overall,the combination of TB along with CH,CB and NZ has been proven to be effective in Pb,Cd,Cu and Zn polluted mine/smelter soils restoration.Altaf Hussain Lahori Monika Mierzwa-Hersztek Muhammad Rashid Shahmir Ali Kalhoro Mehrunisa Memon Zobia Naheed Muneer Ahmed Zengqiang Zhang 2020Journal of Environmental Sciences2020,32,1:3
6磷肥对甜玉米籽粒植酸和锌有效性的影响显示文摘为明确磷肥对甜玉米籽粒营养特性的影响,利用不同品种的磷肥定位试验以及磷肥梯度水平试验,探讨甜玉米籽粒植酸、磷(P)、锌(Zn)含量及Zn有效性的时间(不同灌浆期)和空间(果穗上、中、下部;籽粒果皮、胚乳和胚)变化及其对外源磷肥的响应特性。试验结果表明,甜玉米籽粒的P和植酸含量随磷肥用量的增加而增加,Zn含量及其有效性则呈现下降趋势。磷肥投入对吐丝后16~24 d籽粒的植酸、P和Zn的积累(mg plant(^-1))的影响最为显著,而对不同灌浆时期Zn有效性均表现出抑制效应。在中磷水平下,果穗不同穗位籽粒植酸(g kg^(-1))和Zn有效性的差异并不显著。高磷水平显著提高了中、下部果穗植酸的含量,但对不同穗位籽粒Zn含量和Zn有效性均存在抑制效应。对籽粒内不同部位(果皮、胚乳和胚)进行比较,植酸、P以及Zn含量均以胚中含量最高,积累量占比则以胚乳中最高;而Zn有效性以胚中最高。高磷处理可显著提高籽粒内不同部位植酸和磷含量,降低Zn含量及其有效性。综上,合理磷肥施用可促进籽粒Zn积累,而过量磷肥投入会显著增加不同灌浆时期,以及胚乳和胚中的植酸含量和积累量,并最终对甜玉米不同穗位籽粒和籽粒内不同部位Zn有效性都产生一定程度的抑制效应,相关研究或为甜玉米籽粒Zn有效性的提高提供理论参考。苏达 颜晓军 蔡远扬 梁恬 吴良泉 MUHAMMAD Atif Muneer 叶德练 2022作物学报2022,48,1:3
7Simultaneous removal of Congo red and cadmium(Ⅱ) from aqueous solutions using graphene oxide–silica composite as a multifunctional adsorbent显示文摘Graphene oxide is a very high capacity adsorbent due to its functional groups and π-π interactions with other compounds. Adsorption capacity of graphene oxide, however, can be further enhanced by having synergistic effects through the use of mixed-matrix composite. In this study, silica-decorated graphene oxide(SGO) was used as a high-efficiency adsorbent to remove Congo red(CR) and Cadmium(Ⅱ) from aqueous solutions. The effects of solution initial concentration(20 to 120 mg/l), solution pH(pH 2 to 7), adsorption duration(0 to 140 min) and temperature(298 to 323 K) were measured in order to optimize the adsorption conditions using the SGO adsorbent. Morphological analysis indicated that the silica nanoparticles could be dispersed uniformly on the graphene oxide surfaces. The maximum capacities of adsorbent for effective removal of Cd(Ⅱ) and CR were 43.45 and 333.33 mg/g based on Freundlich and Langmuir isotherms, respectively. Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms displayed the highest values of Q max for CR and Cd(Ⅱ) adsorption in this study, which indicated monolayer adsorption of CR and multilayer adsorption of Cd(II) onto the SGO, respectively. Thermodynamic study showed that the enthalpy( H) and Gibbs free energy( G) values of the adsorption process for both pollutants were negative, suggesting that the process was spontaneous and exothermic in nature. 8优化施肥对琯溪蜜柚产量、品质和碳排放的影响显示文摘明确减量优化施肥和增施钙镁肥对平和琯溪蜜柚产量、品质和碳排放的影响,为琯溪蜜柚绿色提质增效施肥技术提供科学依据。在蜜柚主产区平和县坂仔镇布置6个田间试验点,设置农户常规施肥(FFP)、优化施肥(OPT,减量施用氮磷钾肥)和优化施肥+钙镁肥(OPT+Ca Mg)处理,研究不同施肥处理对蜜柚产量、品质、肥料偏生产力、经济效益和碳排放的影响。结果表明:(1)与FFP处理相比,OPT和OPT+Ca Mg处理减肥不减产,且OPT+Ca Mg处理可以显著降低果实的可滴定酸含量(降幅7.0%)、提高固酸比(增幅8.8%),部分试验点可溶性固形物含量存在显著差异,但平均可溶性固形物含量无显著差异,不同处理的果实可食率无显著差异;(2)与FFP处理相比,OPT和OPT+Ca Mg处理的氮、磷、钾肥料偏生产力分别显著增加100.3%、130.6%、115.9%和105.1%、135.6%、120.2%;(3)与FFP处理相比,OPT和OPT+Ca Mg处理每公顷农资成本分别减少1.3万和1.1万元(降幅分别为25.3%和20.7%),每公顷利润分别显著增加2.74万和3.23万元(增幅分别为28.2%和33.3%);(4)与FFP处理相比,OPT和OPT+Ca Mg处理的蜜柚园碳排放总量、单位面积净碳排放和碳足迹均分别显著减少27.0%和23.9%、39.0%和34.0%、45.0%和44.0%。综上,化肥减量施用的同时增施钙镁肥是蜜柚生产绿色提质增效的有效措施,不仅没有降低蜜柚的产量,还能显著提高果实的品质和肥料利用率、减少碳排放。张卫强 许修柱 陈晓辉 Muhammad Atif Muneer 叶德练 吴良泉 2022中国土壤与肥料2022,,6:2

14Ag-Co3O4:Synthesis,characterization and evaluation of its photo-catalytic activity towards degradation of rhodamine B dye in aqueous medium显示文摘Synthesis,characterization of Co_3O_4 and Ag-Co_3O_4 composites and evaluation of their photo-catalytic activities towards photo-degradation of aqueous solution of rhodamine B dye under irradiation of visible light have been described in this paper.Co_3O_4 was prepared by solid phase mechano chemical process using Co(NO_3)_2·6H_2O and NH_4 HCO_3 as precursor materials.Ag was deposited on Co_3O_4 from AgNO_3 using Calotropis gigantea extract as reducing agent.XRD,SEM and FTIR were used for characterization of prepared composites.Photo-catalytic efficiencies of as-prepared Co_3O_4 and Ag-Co_3O_4 were evaluated for aqueous phase photo-degradation of rhodamine B.It was found that deposition of Ag on Co_3O_4 highly enhanced the photo-catalytic activity of Co_3O_4.Photo-catalytic degradation followed the Eley–Rideal mechanism.About 100% and 91% photo-degradation of 40 ml dye solution achieved at 313 K in 90 and 120 min over 0.05 g of Ag-Co_3O_4 as photo-catalyst using 100 and 200 mg·L^(-1) as initial concentration of dye respectively.Muhammad Saeed Majid Muneer Nida Mumtaz Mohsin Siddique Nadia Akram Muhammad Hamayun 2018Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,6:1
