| 1 | Contrast induced neurotoxicity following coronary angiogram with Iohexol in an end stage renal disease patient显示文摘Neurotoxicity is an infrequent adverse reaction to iodinated contrast agents. Contrast induced neurotoxicity following coronary angiogram is very rare. Renal disease is a risk factor for contrast induced neurotoxicity. We report a case of contrast induced neurotoxicity following coronary angiogram and intervention using Iohexol(Omnipaque 350) in an end stage renal disease patient on peritoneal dialysis who had prior exposure to iodinated contrast without any adverse reaction. Hemodialysis had to be initiated for rapid removal of the contrast agent with subsequent complete resolution of neurological deficits. This case highlights the need for interventionalists to be aware of an important adverse reaction to iodinated contrast agents, especially in individuals with renal dysfunction, and that neurotoxicity is a possibility even with prior uneventful exposures. | 2 | 川藏铁路路基红层泥岩改良填料试验及施工压实技术研究显示文摘针对川藏铁路成雅段沿线富水红层黏土路基含水率高、无法压实等问题,在原状红层黏土中掺入一定粒径配比的弱风化红层泥岩碎石改良填料,通过室内物理力学性质试验,确定了原状土与泥岩碎石的质量比例为1∶1和2∶3的两种改良填料.采用现场施工试验,测定两种改良填料的地基系数K30、压实系数K和孔隙率n,探索合理的现场施工压实技术方案.研究结果表明:(1)改良填料1和2均级配良好,属于B组填料;(2)改良填料1相比改良填料2具有较高的最大干密度(2.22 g/cm3)和较低的最优含水率(10.26%);(3)随着含水率的增加改良填料的无侧限抗压强度逐渐降低,在最优含水率和压实系数为0.95时,改良填料1和2的无侧限抗压强度分别为424.1kPa和219.1 kPa,均满足规范要求;(4)推荐施工压实技术方案为,在虚铺厚度为35 cm时,20t压路机的合适碾压方式为先静力碾压1遍,然后微振动碾压1遍,最后强振动碾压6遍;经现场测试,各项指标均满足规范要求,能较好地应用于基床底层以下的路堤填筑. | 徐华 Movahed MA 游关军 王歆宇 任伟彰 | 2019 | 铁道建筑技术2019，，10： | 6 |
| 3 | Cardiac amyloidosis: A case report and review of literature显示文摘BACKGROUND Cardiac amyloidosis,a disease caused by the precipitation of amyloid proteins in the myocardial extracellular matrix has been historically difficult to diagnose due to lack of specific clinical manifestations and necessity of biopsy to demonstrate amyloid deposition. However,advances in cardiovascular imaging techniques have facilitated earlier recognition of this disease. | 4 | Incorporating microgrids coupling with utilization of flexible switching to enhance self-healing ability of electric distribution systems显示文摘Electric distribution networks have to deal with issues caused by natural disasters. These problems possess unique characteristics, and their severity can make load restoration methods impotent. One solution that can help in alleviating the aftermath is the use of microgrids (MGs). Employing the cumulative capacity of the generation resources through MG coupling facilitates the self-healing capability and leads to better-coordinated energy management during the restoration period, while the switching capability of the system should also be considered. In this paper, to form and schedule dynamic MGs in distribution systems, a novel model based on mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) is proposed. This approach employs graph-related theories to formulate the optimal formation of the networked MGs and management of their proper participation in the load recovery process. In addition, the Benders decomposition technique is applied to alleviate computability issues of the optimization problem. | 5 | Left ventricular pseudoaneurysm: A case report and review of the literature显示文摘Left ventricular(LV) pseudoaneurysm is a rare complication that is reported in less than 0.1% of all patients with myocardial infarction. It is the result of cardiac rupture contained by the pericardium and is characterized by the absence of myocardial tissue in its wall unlike true aneurysm which involves full thickness of the cardiac wall. The clinical presentation of these patients is nonspecific, making the diagnosis challenging. Transthoracic echocardiogram and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging are the noninvasive modalities whereas coronary arteriography and left ventriculography are invasive modalities used for the diagnosis.
