| 1 | Metals in water and surface sediments from Henan reaches of the Yellow River,China显示文摘The concentrations of Cd,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb and Zn were determined in the water and surface sediments from the Henan reaches of the Yellow River.Twenty-three sampling sites along the Yellow River and its tributaries were selected.Generally,metal concentrations were found to decrease in sequences of Zn>Cu>Pb>Cr>Ni>Cd in water and Zn>Cr>Pb>Ni>Cu>Cd in sediments.High levels of metal concentration were determined at a few stations of the river and its tributaries,such as Yiluo River,Si River and Qin River.The pollution of the Yellow River by Cd,Cr,Cu,Ni,Pb and Zn can be regarded as much higher compared to the background values,US EPA criteria(1999) and China water quality criteria(2002) .For sediments,metal lev-els except Pb did not significantly exceed the average shale levels and backgrounds in several countries including China.Data analysis manifests that positive correlations were found between Cu,Ni and Zn in water,and Pb,Ni,Zn and Cr in sediments. The Pearson correlation coefficient analysis and Cluster analysis were provided to assess the possible contamination sources. | 3 | Cetus:an efficient symmetric searchable encryption against file-injection attack with SGX显示文摘Symmetric searchable encryption(SSE)allows the users to store and query their private data in the encrypted database.Many SSE schemes for different scenarios have been proposed in the past few years,however,most of these schemes still face more or fewer security issues.Using these security leakages,many attacks against the SSE scheme have been proposed,and especially the non-adaptive file injection attack is the most serious.Non-adaptive file injection attack(NAFA)can effectively recover some extremely important private information such as keyword plaintext.As of now,there is no scheme that can effectively defend against such attacks.We first propose the new security attribute called toward privacy to resist nonadaptive file injection attacks.We then present an efficient SSE construction called Cetus to achieve toward privacy.By setting up a buffer and designing the efficient oblivious reading algorithm based on software guard extensions(SGX),we propose the efficient one-time oblivious writing mechanism.Oblivious writing protects the update pattern and allows search operations to be performed directly on the data.The experiment results show that Cetus achieves O(aw)search time and O(1)update communication.The practical search time,communication,and computation overheads incurred by Cetus are lower than those of state-of-the-art. | Yanyu HUANG Siyi LV Zheli LIU Xiangfu SONG Jin LI Yali YUAN Changyu Dong | 2021 | Science China(Information Sciences)2021,64,8: | 2 |

| 6 | Plasmon-induced near-field and resonance energy transfer enhancement of photodegradation activity by Au wrapped CuS dual-chain显示文摘Self-assembled chain-like nanostructures utilizing localized surface plasmon resonance(LSPR)effect could enhance the local electromagnetic field for energy transfer,which provides huge structural advantages for some transmission-related applications such as photocatalysis.In this work,the dual-chain structure of Au chain wrapped CuS(denoted as Au Chain@CuS)was successfully synthesized by the one-step hydrothermal method.Namely,L-cysteine is used as the sulfur source and linking agent,and copper nitrate is the precursor of copper ions,forming the dual-chain driven by 15 nm uniform Au seeds.Transient absorption spectroscopy(TAS)and finite-difference-time-domain(FDTD)simulation exhibited the highly intensive electromagnetic field around the self-assembly chain,the raised formation and transfer rate of electron–hole pairs between the Au chain and surrounding CuS chain.Meanwhile,it shows an excellent photodegradation activity on dye rhodamine B(RhB).Within 1 h under simulated sunlight,the degradation rate reached 98.81%in Au Chain@CuS,which is 2.27 times higher compared to the bare CuS.The enhanced performance is mainly attributed to the near-field enhancement effect induced by LSPR,as well as the benefits of more effective resonance energy transfer(RET).This research comprehensively shows the electromagnetic field in LSPR metal chain is more intensive by order of magnitude relative to the isolated particles.Simultaneously the continuous CuS chain wrapped outside of the LSPR source effectively absorbs and utilizes the plasmonic energy,then promotes the formation of the photo-generated charge,thus increasing the photocatalytic performance.This founding of wrapped coupled-metal dual-chain provides a promising candidate for the highly efficient photocatalysts. | Jinming Ma Xiangfu Liu Rongwen Wang Feng Zhang Guoli Tu | 2022 | Nano Research2022,15,6: | 0 |

Then, a new capacity design algorithm which is based on SRTM was presented for Synchronous Digital Hierarchical(SDH) Bi-directional Self-Healing Ring (BSHR). The algorithm simulation results demonstrate that this algorithm is very efficient for SDH BSHR capacity design and can make less project investment and make high utilization of lines and equipment. | 8 | An in vivo Study of Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor on Activation and Proliferation of Retinal Progenitor Cells in RCS Rat显示文摘Purpose: To investigate the effect of intravitreal injection of basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) on activation and proliferation of endogenous retinal progenitor cells in the Royal College of Surgeons(RCS) rat. Methods: Twenty-four rats were studied after the 30th postnatal day(≥30). Eighteen RCS-p+/LAV rats were divided into 3 groups: bFGF-treated, vehicle-treated and untreated groups randomly, and 6 RCS-ray+p+/Lav respectively rats were used as normal controls. 6 μl of bFGF (5 μg/10 μl) or vehicle was injected into the vitreous on day 31, 33 and 35 after birth (P31, P33, P35) in the bFGF group and vehicle group respectively, and no injections were administered in the untreated and control groups. All the rats were euthanized, and their eyes were enucleated, hemisected and fixed at 50 d ays after birth for immunohistochemistry and measurement of outer nuclear layer thickness. Results:Nestin and Chx10 were positive in all retinal layers, intravitreal injection of bFGF in retina-dystrophic RCS(RCS-p+/Lav) rats induced intense labeling for the retinal progenitor cell markers Chx10 and Nestin, which were highly colocalized. Fluorescence intensity for both labels was somewhat less in the control rats, and much less in the vehicle-injected rats as well as in the untreated RCS rats. The outer nuclear layer(ONL) was significantly thicker in bFGF group than that in vehicle-treated or untreated group(P<0.01), but thinner than that of the control group(P<0.01). No significant difference was observed in the ONL thickness between the vehicle group and untreated group(P>0.05).
