1GENETIC ALGORITHM IN REDUCTION OF NUMERICAL DISPERSION OF 3-D ADI-FDTD METHOD显示文摘A new method to reduce the numerical dispersion of the three-dimensional Alternating Di-rection Implicit Finite-Difference Time-Domain (3-D ADI-FDTD) method is proposed. Firstly,the numerical formulations of the 3-D ADI-FDTD method are modified with the artificial anisotropy,and the new numerical dispersion relation is derived. Secondly,the relative permittivity tensor of the artificial anisotropy can be obtained by the Adaptive Genetic Algorithm (AGA). In order to demon-strate the accuracy and efficiency of this new method,a monopole antenna is simulated as an exam-ple. And the numerical results and the computational requirements of the proposed method are com-pared with those of the conventional ADI-FDTD method and the measured data. In addition the re-duction of the numerical dispersion is investigated as the objective function of the AGA. 2Robust Nonsingular Fixed Time Terminal Sliding Mode Control for Atmospheric Pollution Detection Lidar Scanning Mechanism显示文摘A robust nonsingular fixed time terminal sliding mode control scheme with a time delay disturbance observer is proposed for atmospheric pollution detection lidar scanning mechanism(APDL-SM)system.Distinguished from the conventional terminal sliding mode control methods,the authors design a novel fixed-time terminal sliding surface,the convergence time of sliding mode phase of which has a constant upper bound that is designable by adjusting only one parameter.Moreover,in order to overcome the problem of unknown upper bound of lumped uncertainty including model uncertainty,friction effect and external disturbances from the port environment,the authors propose a time delay disturbance observer to provide an estimation for the system lumped uncertainty.By using the Lyapunov synthesis,the explicit analysis of the convergence time upper bound are performed.Finally,simulation studies are conducted on the APDL-SM system to show the fast convergence rate and strong robustness of the proposed control scheme.KANG Yu YANG Yuxiao CHEN Cai LüWenjun ZHAO Yunbo 2023Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2023,36,2:0
3Development and Application of On-line Wind Power Risk Assessment System显示文摘Because of the large-scale integration of wind power,the dynamic characteristics of power system have many uncertain effects.Based on deterministic analysis methods,traditional on-line security assessment system cannot quantitatively estimate the actual operating conditions of the power system for only considering the most serious and credible accidents.Therefore,the risk theory is introduced into an on-line security assessment system and then an on-line risk assessment system for wind power is designed and implemented by combining with the dynamic security assessment system.Based on multiple data integration,the wind power disturbance probability is available and the security assessment of the power grid can obtain security indices in different aspects.The operating risk index is an expectation of severity,computed by summing up all the products of the result probability and its severity.Analysis results are reported to the dispatchers in on-line environment,while the comprehensive weak links are automatically provided to the power dispatching center.The risk assessment system in operation can verify the reasonableness of the system.Su, Feng Zhou, Xiaoxin Yu, Haiguo Xian, Wenjun Lü, Ying Ren, Lingyu 2012电力系统自动化2012,36,8:0
4The OsFTIP6-OsHB22-OsMYBR57 module regulates drought response in rice显示文摘Plants have evolved a sophisticated set of mechanisms to adapt to drought stress.Transcription factors play crucial roles in plant responses to various environmental stimuli by modulating the expression of numerous stress-responsive genes.However,how the crosstalk between different transcription factor families orchestrates initiation of the key transcriptional network and the role of posttranscriptional modification of transcription factors,especially in cellular localization/trafficking in response to stress in rice,remain still largely unknown.In this study,we isolated an Osmybr57 mutant that displays a drought-sensitive phenotype through a genetic screen for drought stress sensitivity.We found that OsMYBR57,an MYB-related protein,directly regulates the expression of several key drought-related OsbZ/Ps in response to drought treatment.Further studies revealed that OsMYBR57 interacts with a homeodomain transcription factor,OsHB22,which also plays a positive role in drought signaling.We further demonstrate that OsFTIP6 interacts with OsHB22 and promotes the nucleocytoplasmic translocation of OsHB22 into the nucleus,where OsHB22 cooperates with OsMYBR57 to regulate the expression of drought-responsive genes.Our findings have revealed a mechanistic framework underlying the OsFTIP6-0sHB22-0sMYBR57 module-mediated regulation of drought response in rice.The OsFTIP6-mediated OsHB22 nucleocytoplasmic shuttling and OsMYBR57-0sHB22 regulation of OsbZIP transcription ensure precise control of expression of OsLEA3 and Rab21,and thereby regulate the response to water deficiency in rice.Lijia Yang Ying Chen Liang Xu Jiaxuan Wang Haoyue Qi Jiazhuo Guo Liang Zhang Jun Shen Huanyu Wang Fan Zhang Lijun Xie Wenjun Zhu Peitao Lü Qian Qian Hao Yu Shiyong Song 2022Molecular Plant2022,15,7:0
