2Ca^(2+)-supplying black phosphorus-based scaffolds fabricated with microfluidic technology for osteogenesis显示文摘Effective osteogenesis remains a challenge in the treatment of bone defects.The emergence of artificial bone scaffolds provides an attractive solution.In this work,a new biomineralization strategy is proposed to facilitate osteogenesis through sustaining supply of nutrients including phosphorus(P),calcium(Ca),and silicon(Si).We developed black phosphorus(BP)-based,three-dimensional nanocomposite fibrous scaffolds via microfluidic technology to provide a wealth of essential ions for bone defect treatment.The fibrous scaffolds were fabricated from 3D poly(L-lactic acid)(PLLA)nanofibers(3D NFs),BP nanosheets,and hydroxyapatite(HA)-porous SiO2 nanoparticles.The 3D BP@HA NFs possess three advantages:i)stably connected pores allow the easy entrance of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)into the interior of the 3D fibrous scaffolds for bone repair and osteogenesis;ii)plentiful nutrients in the NFs strongly improve osteogenic differentiation in the bone repair area;iii)the photothermal effect of fibrous scaffolds promotes the release of elements necessary for bone formation,thus achieving accelerated osteogenesis.Both in vitro and in vivo results demonstrated that the 3D BP@HA NFs,with the assistance of NIR laser,exhibited good performance in promoting bone regeneration.Furthermore,microfluidic technology makes it possible to obtain high-quality 3D BP@HA NFs with low costs,rapid processing,high throughput and mass production,greatly improving the prospects for clinical application.This is also the first BP-based bone scaffold platform that can self-supply Ca^(2+),which may be the blessedness for older patients with bone defects or patients with damaged bones as a result of calcium loss.Zhanrong Li Xingcai Zhang Jiang Ouyang Dandan Chu Fengqi Han Liuqi Shi Ruixing Liu Zhihua Guo Grace X.Gu Wei Tao Lin Jin Jingguo Li 2021Bioactive Materials2021,6,11:4
3High-resolution Remote Sensing Image Semi-global Matching Method Considering Geometric Constraints of Connection Points and Image Texture Information显示文摘Dense matching of remote sensing images is a key step in the generation of accurate digital surface models.The semi-global matching algorithm comprehensively considers the advantages and disadvantages of local matching and global matching in terms of matching effect and computational efficiency,so it is widely used in close-range,aerial and satellite image matching.Based on the analysis of the original semi-global matching algorithm,this paper proposes a semi-global high-resolution remote sensing image that takes into account the geometric constraints of the connection points and the image texture information based on a large amount of high-resolution remote sensing image data and the characteristics of clear image texture.123123The method includes 4 parts:①Precise orientation.Aiming at the system error in the image orientation model,the system error of the rational function model is compensated by the geometric constraint relationship of the connecting points between the images,and the sub-pixel positioning accuracy is obtained;②Epipolar image generation.After the original image is divided into blocks,the epipolar image is generated based on the projection trajectory method;③Image dense matching.In order to reduce the size of the cost space and calculation time,the image is pyramided and then semi-globally matched layer by layer.In the matching process,the disparity map expansion and erosion algorithm that takes into account the image texture information is introduced to restrict the disparity search range and better retain the edge characteristics of the ground objects;④Generate DSM.In order to test the matching effect,the weighted median filter algorithm is used to filter the disparity map,and the DSM is obtained based on the principle of forward intersection.Finally,the paper uses the matching results of WordView3 and Ziyuan No.3 stereo image to verify the effectiveness of this method.Jingguo LV Xingbin YANG Danlu ZHANG Shan JIANG 2021Journal of Geodesy and Geoinformation Science2021,4,4:4
4UAV target tracking algorithm based on task allocation consensus显示文摘In order to adapt to the changes in the states of moving targets and meet the requirements of quality of service in communication among unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs), the UAVs formation needs to dynamically adjust tracking tasks and tracking paths, when they carry out a mission of tracking multiple moving targets. A multi-targets tracking algorithm based on task allocation consensus is proposed for UAVs to track multiple moving targets under the distributed control architecture in the limited communication range. This algorithm creates a distributed dynamic task allocation model using intermittent asynchronous communication principle to realize the sharing of observation information gathered by each UAV with fewer communications. In addition, this algorithm also makes it possible that multi-UAVs can plan tracking paths for multiple moving targets. We implement the algorithm on the formation with three UAVs to track three moving targets through simulation. 5Changes in the latencies of visual-evoked potentials in people undergoing tennis training Dynamic comparison before and after 8 weeks training显示文摘BACKGROUND: Some previous studies have shown that exercise is an important factor that affects the latencies of visual-evoked potentials (VEPs). OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of spending a period of time undergoing tennis training on the latencies of VEPs by comparing the latencies of VEPs before tennis training with those after 8 weeks of tennis training. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: The non-randomly concurrent controlled experiment was performed in the Department of Human Movement Sciences, Physical Education College, Shandong Normal University from April to June 2007. PARTICIPANTS: In total, 45 healthy volunteers from Shandong Normal University were selected as subjects, including 31 students majoring in physical education (11 males and 5 females participated in the tennis training plan for 8 weeks), and 14 students from other subjects. Informed consent was obtained. According to whether they were majoring in physical education or not, and whether or not they took part in tennis training, the students were divided into 3 groups: a tennis group of physical education students (n =16), a non-tennis group of physical education students (n =15) and a non-tennis group of non-physical education students (n =14). METHODS: The subjects in the tennis group took part in a regular tennis training plan of 2 hours a day and 3 days per week, for 8 weeks, while the subjects in two non-tennis groups were not in the tennis training plan. The NDI-200 neural electricity tester (Shanghai Haishen Medical Electronic Instrument Co., Ltd.) was used to measure VEPs before and after the experiment in all three groups, and to compare the latencies of VEPs recorded before training with those recorded after training. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Comparison of the changes in latencies of VEPs before and after 8 weeks of tennis training. RESULTS: All 45 subjects finished the test and datas from all were included in the statistical analysis. There were no significant differences among all the three groups before tennis training, but the female subjects in each group showed significantly shorter N75 latencies than male subjects of the same group (P < 0.05). Comparing the latencies of VEPs after training with those recorded before training, the N75, P100 and N145 latencies were all found to be significantly shorter than before training in the tennis group (P < 0.05), but the N75, P100 and N145 latencies were unaffected in the two non-tennis groups (P > 0.05); some latencies were even significantly longer than the before-training values. CONCLUSION: Special tennis training for 8 weeks can make the subjects’ VEP latencies significantly shorter. 6Effect of periphyton community structure on heavy metal accumulation in mystery snail(Cipangopaludina chinensis):A case study of the Bai River,China显示文摘The ratio of metal:P stoichiometry was used to identify the accumulation pathways of heavy metals(V,Cr,Co,Ni,Cu,Cd,and Pb) from periphyton to snails Cipangopaludina chinensis Gray(C.chinensis) in the Bai River watershed.The results showed that periphyton communities were mainly composed of two types of algae,filamentous green algae and unicellular diatoms.The proportion of unicellular diatoms in the periphyton community is a key factor that influences metal accumulation in C.chinensis.The V,Cr,Co,Ni,and Cd content of C.chinensis increased steadily as the corresponding metal content of periphyton increased,but Cu and Pb in the snail did not increase in the periphyton.Mechanisms of V,Cr,and Ni accumulation were found to be related to the proportion of diatoms,while Cd and Pb accumulation were dependent on the physiological characteristics of C.chinensis.The accumulation of Cu in C.chinensis was closely related to their grazing behavior.The metal:P stoichiometry revealed that Cr,Ni,and Cd can reduce the potential ecological risks associated with increased P inputs to the ecosystem.V and Co were considered to be relatively safe,regardless of the periphyton P content.Finally,Pb may not be prone to transfer to higher trophic levels,and may pose the lowest ecological risks of the studied heavy metals,but Cu can cause potential ecological risks when eutrophication has occurred.Jingguo Cui Baoqing Shan Wenzhong Tang 2012Journal of Environmental Sciences2012,24,10:3
7Thermal Analysis of a Novel Oil Cooled Piston Using a Fluid-Solid Interaction Method显示文摘Thermal load has a vital influence on the normal operation and service life of diesel engines.In this study,the thermal load and oil-cooling effect on diesel engine pistons were investigated by means of computational fluid dynamics.In particular,the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the cooling gallery were determined during the oscillation of the piston.Moreover,the temperature field distribution of the piston with and without the cooling gallery were compared.The results revealed that the cooling gallery has a prominent effect on reducing the thermal load on the piston crown and piston lands.To fully understand the oscillating heat transfer effect related to the cooling gallery and verify the accuracy of the calculation,the numerical results were also compared with temperature values experimentally measured at key positions of the piston.The measurements were found to be consistent with the calculation results within an acceptable error range,which proves the rationality and accuracy of the mathematical and numerical models used.Dehui Tong Shunshun Qin Jingguo Lin Jingyang Sun Yuping Hu 2021Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2021,17,4:3
8Phase Relations in TiAl+Nb System显示文摘The microstructures and phases of ternary TiAl+Nb alloys containing 50-60 at.-%Al, 0-21 at.-%Nb have been studied using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray powder diffraction. The phases present in the alloys and their distribution were found to be a sensitive function of composition. The phase relations between γ-TiAl and γ1 (a new ordered ternary intermetallic compound based on γ-TiAl) were determined. Essentially single γ phase was determined for alloys with relativety low Nb content (≤10 at.-%Nb). the γ1 phase was determined to exist in the composition range containing higher Nb contents (15-21 at.-%Nb). Between γ and γ1 phases, with intermediate Nb contents there is a transitional phase γ1 (a superstructure of γ-TiAl). As for the influence of Al concentration on the phase relations. the γ1 phase was inclined to form in the alloys with relatively high Al contents. 9Risk assessment study on bridge foundation in deep overlying stratum显示文摘Based on the analysis about the hydrogeological conditions and engineering geological conditions, this paper makes analysis on the possible risks of the deep overlying stratum foundation and establishes the risk evaluation index system during the foundation operating period. Such methods as analytic hierarchy process (AHP), Delphi method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are adopted to make the quantitative analysis on the risk factors and establish the risk judgment model. According to the actual engineering of Taizhou Bridge, the paper evaluates the risk of the foundation during the operating period at the condition of deep overlying stratum. 11OsADR3 increases drought stress tolerance by inducing antioxidant defense mechanisms and regulating OsGPX1 in rice(Oryza sativa L.)显示文摘The C (Cys) 2H (His) 2-type transcription factor is one of the most important transcription factors in plants and plays a regulatory role in the physiological responses of rice to abiotic stresses.A novel rice C2H2-type zinc finger protein,abscisic acid (ABA)-drought-reactive oxygen species (ROS) 3 (OsADR3),was found to confer drought stress tolerance by enhancing antioxidant defense and regulating Os GPX1.Overexpression of OsADR3 in rice increased tolerance to drought stress by increasing ROS scavenging ability and ABA sensitivity.In contrast,CRISPR/Cas9-mediated knockout of osadr3 increased the sensitivity of rice to drought and oxidative stress.An exogenous ROS-scavenging reagent restored the droughtstress tolerance of osadr3-CRISPR plants.Global transcriptome analysis suggested that OsADR3 increased the expression of Os GPX1 under drought stress.Electrophoretic mobility shift,yeast one-hybrid,and dualluciferase reporter assays revealed that OsADR3 modified the expression of Os GPX1 by directly binding to its promoter.Knockdown of Os GPX1 repressed ROS scavenging ability under drought stress in OsADR3-overexpression plants.These findings suggest that OsADR3 plays a positive regulatory role in droughtstress tolerance by inducing antioxidant defense and associated with the ABA signaling pathway in rice.Jiaming Li Minghui Zhang Luomiao Yang Xinrui Mao Jinjie Li Lu Li Jingguo Wang Hualong Liu Hongliang Zheng Zichao Li Hongwei Zhao Xianwei Li Lei Lei Jian Sun Detang Zou 2021The Crop Journal2021,9,5:2
12Establishment of Self-incompatibility Gene cDNA Microarray to Identify S-genotypes of Pyrus pyrifolia显示文摘Based on the c DNA sequences from hyper variable(HV) regions of identified 52 S-alleles in Oriental pear cultivars, S-RNase c DNA probes were designed, and a c DNA microarray for S-RNase detections was established. Each microarray contained 240 sites from 55 c DNA probes, including all specific c DNA sequences from the HV regions of the S-alleles. Using the c DNA of pistils of tested pear cultivars as template and Cy3 fluorescently labeling primers by PCR amplification, microarray hybridization detected the S-genotype of each pear cultivar. The genotypes inferred from the c DNA microarray hybridization signals of pear cultivars such as ‘Lijiang Huangsuanli', ‘Xiuyu', ‘Midu Yuli', ‘Baimianli', and ‘Deshengxiang' were similar to the known genotypes of all tested cultivars. The S-RNase c DNA microarrays and the oligonucleotide gene chips were then used to conduct parallel testing of 24 P. pyrifolia cultivars with unknown S-genotypes.
