1颅内动静脉畸形合并动脉瘤的血管内治疗显示文摘目的 总结血管内治疗颅内动静脉畸形 (AVM) 合并动脉瘤的经验。 方法 回顾性分析25例颅内AVM合并动脉瘤的临床资料。所有病例均经全脑血管造影 (DSA) 确诊,按照Redekop分型进行治疗。 结果 动脉瘤完全栓塞23例,部分栓塞2例。畸形血管团完全消失7例,消失90%以上9例,消失80%~90% 7例,消失80%以下2例。栓塞后手术切除12例,栓塞后伽玛刀治疗6例。所有病人均未出现与血管内治疗相关的并发症。随访25例,时间0.5~3年,无再次出血及死亡。DSA复查18例,其中动脉瘤和畸形血管团均不显影14例,动脉瘤不显影但畸形血管团少许残留4例。 结论 血管内治疗是颅内AVM合并动脉瘤安全、有效的治疗方法,Redekop分型可对其治疗提供指导。张紫寅 王朝华 谢晓东 张昌伟 范锋 Sarvesh Gyawali Srijana Bista 2011中国微侵袭神经外科杂志2011,16,12:14
2Understanding the multifunctionality in Cu-doped BiVO_4 semiconductor photocatalyst显示文摘A visible light-induced, Cu-doped BiVO_4 photocatalyst was synthesized by a microwave hydrothermal method. The photocatalytic efficiency was investigated in the degradation of model water pollutants like Methylene Blue(dye) and ibuprofen(pharmaceuticals), as well as the inactivation of Escherichia coli(bacteria). The Cu-doped BiVO4 samples showed better efficiency than undoped BiVO_4, and the 1 wt.% Cu-doped BiVO_4 sample showed the best efficiency. The degradation of Methylene Blue reached 95%, while the degradation of ibuprofen reached 75%, and the inactivation of E. coli reached 85% in irradiation with visible light. The appearance of additional absorption band shoulders and widening of the optical absorption in the visible range makes the prepared powder an efficient visible light-driven photocatalyst. Moreover, the formation of an in-gap energy state just above the valance band as determined by density functional theory(DFT) first principle calculation, facilitates the wider optical absorption range of the doped system. Similarly, this in-gap energy state also acts as an electron trap, which is favorable for the efficient separation and photoexcited charge carriers' transfer process. The formation of oxygen vacancies due to doping also improved the separation of the charge carrier, which promoted the trapping of electrons and inhibited electron hole recombination, thus increasing the photocatalytic activity. No decrease in the efficiency of the 1 wt.% Cu-doped BiVO_4 photocatalyst in the degradation of ibuprofen over three consecutive cycles revealed the stability of the photocatalyst towards photocorrosion. 3微弹簧圈栓塞难治性外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘的疗效观察显示文摘目的探讨和研究微弹簧圈血管内栓塞难治性外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘的疗效。方法回顾13例用微弹簧圈栓塞治疗的难治性外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘患者。所有患者均有持续性颅内血管杂音、搏动性突眼及球结膜充血水肿。均采用微弹簧圈栓塞治疗,其中经动脉入路9例,经眼上静脉入路4例。结果 12例术后造影瘘口消失且颈内动脉通畅。1例填入5枚微弹簧圈后,微导管脱离瘘口,反复尝试不能再次进入,术中造影瘘口仍显影,1周后球囊阻断试验阴性后闭塞颈内动脉主干。术中1例微弹簧圈解旋,将解旋部分置于患侧颈外动脉固定。术后3~12个月(平均7.5个月)对10例患者随访了脑血管造影复查。1例复发,原因多与弹簧圈解旋后长期服用抗血小板药物均有关。结论对于球囊闭塞困难的难治性外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘,微弹簧圈栓塞安全、有效。张紫寅 王朝华 谢晓东 张昌伟 范锋 Sarvesh Gyawali Srijana Bista 2011介入放射学杂志2011,20,7:10
4The global spread of Zika virus:is public and media concern justified in regions currently unaffected?显示文摘Background:Zika virus,an Aedes mosquito-borne flavivirus,is fast becoming a worldwide public health concern following its suspected association with over 4000 recent cases of microcephaly among newborn infants in Brazil.Discussion:Prior to its emergence in Latin America in 2015–2016,Zika was known to exist at a relatively low prevalence in parts of Africa,Asia and the Pacific islands.An extension of its apparent global dispersion may be enabled by climate conditions suitable to support the population growth of A.aegypti and A.albopictus mosquitoes over an expanding geographical range.In addition,increased globalisation continues to pose a risk for the spread of infection.Further,suspicions of alternative modes of virus transmission(sexual and vertical),if proven,provide a platform for outbreaks in mosquito non-endemic regions as well.Since a vaccine or anti-viral therapy is not yet available,current means of disease prevention involve protection from mosquito bites,excluding pregnant females from travelling to Zika-endemic territories,and practicing safe sex in those countries.Importantly,in countries where Zika is reported as endemic,caution is advised in planning to conceive a baby until such time as the apparent association between infection with the virus and microcephaly is either confirmed or refuted.The question arises as to what advice is appropriate to give in more economically developed countries distant to the current epidemic and in which Zika has not yet been reported.Summary:Despite understandable concern among the general public that has been fuelled by the media,in regions where Zika is not present,such as North America,Europe and Australia,at this time any outbreak(initiated by an infected traveler returning from an endemic area)would very probably be contained locally.Since Aedes spp.has very limited spatial dispersal,overlapping high population densities of mosquitoes and humans would be needed to sustain a focus of infection.However,as A.aegypti is distinctly anthropophilic,future control strategies for Zika should be considered in tandem with the continuing threat to human wellbeing that is presented by dengue,yellow fever and Japanese encephalitis,all of which are transmitted by the same vector species.Narayan Gyawali Richard S.Bradbury Andrew W.Taylor-Robinson 2016Infectious Diseases of Poverty2016,5,1:8
5The effect of laser surface texturing on the tribological performance of different Sialon ceramic phases显示文摘A tribological performance was carried out on different types of hot press Sialon ceramics regarding the phases, i.e., the α-Sialon phase, the β-Sialon phase, and the α/β-Sialon composite phase. The different phases of Sialon ceramics were analyzed by XRD patterns. For the tribological performance, the Sialon ceramics were laser textured and the starved lubrication method was applied with different dimple pitches under a load of 10 N at room temperature. The material having a dimple pitch of 200 mm shows the lowest coefficient of friction. The α/β-Sialon composite phase shows the least coefficient of friction i.e. 0.04 and 0.1 for the textured and polished(without being textured) samples, respectively. The Sialon ceramics show mild wear and therefore, the wear rate of the steel ball(mating partner) was taken into account for the wear analysis. 6超选择性微导管插管术前栓塞富血供脑膜瘤28例分析显示文摘目的探讨超选择性微导管插管术前栓塞富血供脑膜瘤的效果与治疗经验。方法 28例富血供脑膜瘤患者(男11例,女17例,年龄14~63岁,平均51.2岁),先行全脑血管造影(DSA),随后将微导管超选至肿瘤的供血动脉进行栓塞。栓塞材料包括聚乙烯醇(PVA)颗粒、弹簧圈及液态栓塞系统(商品名:Onyx)胶,可根据术中情况联合使用。栓塞后3~5d行外科手术切除肿瘤。结果栓塞术后,肿瘤染色完全消失16例,大部分消失9例,部分消失3例。无与介入栓塞相关的并发症发生。肿瘤全切26例,次全切除2例。术中肿瘤出血明显减少,其中11例患者切除瘤体时基本未出血,平均出血量约500mL,手术时间较未行术前栓塞患者明显缩短。结论微导管超选择插管栓塞富血供脑膜瘤能有效的闭塞肿瘤的血管床,有效地减少外科手术中的出血,可作为富血供脑膜瘤切除术前的一种重要的、常规性的辅助措施。张紫寅 谢晓东 王朝华 张昌伟 范锋 Sarvesh Gyawali Srijana Bista 2013重庆医学2013,42,19:5
7Fabrication and Characterization of Electrodeposited Ni-SiC-h/BN Composite Coatings显示文摘Ni—SiC—h/BN composite materials were prepared by electrodeposition technique with the dispersion of SiC(10 g/L) and h/BN nanosheets(10 g/L) in a nickel sulfamate electrolytic bath.Different ratio of sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) and cetyltrymethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) surfactants were used to evaluate the effect of surfactants on the properties of the electrodeposited composite coatings.The coating samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,Vickers microhardness test,scratch and tribology tests.The results revealed that the co-deposition of nanoparticles was significantly influenced by surfactants during electrodeposition process.Pyramidal or polyhedral nickel crystallites were observed at higher ratio of SDS/CTAB while smaller oval grains with refined surface morphologies were obtained at lower ratio of SDS/CTAB surfactants.In addition,wt%of particles co-deposition was increased,and Vickers microhardness,wear and coefficient of friction of the electrodeposited composite coatings were improved at increased CTAB and decreased SDS contents in the electrolyte during electrodeposition process.Gobinda Gyawali Hyung-Suk Kim Khagendra Tripathi Tae-Ho Kim Soo Wohn Lee 2014Journal of Materials Science & Technology2014,30,8:4
8基因分型指导华法林预防和治疗血栓栓塞性疾病有效性与安全性的系统评价显示文摘目的:本文旨在应用Meta分析的方法评价基因分型指导华法林预防和治疗血栓栓塞性疾病的有效性与安全性。方法:计算机系统检索Pub Med、Cochrane图书馆、万方、维普(VIP)、中国知网(CNKI)等数据库有关基因分型指导华法林预防和治疗血栓栓塞性疾病的文献,检索日期由建库截止2014年1月1日。由2位作者独立进行数据提取和文献质量方法学评价。应用Rev Man5.2进行统计分析。结果:共有11项研究最终被纳入系统评价,最终对10项随机对照研究(2 905名受试者)进行定量分析。Meta分析结果显示:基因分型组与对照组比较,在国际标准化比值(international normalized ratio,INR)处于治疗范围的时间百分比(SMD=0.11,95%CI=-0.06~0.29,P=0.21),稳定剂量达标率[相对危险度(relative risk,RR)=1.13;95%CI=1.00~1.28,P=0.05],抗凝过度(RR=0.95,95%CI=0.83~1.08,P=0.44),出血事件(RR=0.89,95%CI=0.78~1.01,P=0.08),栓塞事件(RR=0.61,95%CI=0.30~1.23,P=0.17)等方面,2组之间的差异均无统计学意义;对INR处于治疗范围的时间百分比和稳定剂量达标率2方面进行亚组分析,结果提示2组之间仍未见统计学差异。对结局指标进行敏感性分析显示结果稳定可靠。结论:基因分型指导华法林预防和治疗血栓栓塞性疾病较对照方案在有效性与安全性方面的优势性证据仍不足。王建灵 Gyawali Laxman 李丹 熊斌 苏立 2014重庆医科大学学报2014,39,10:2

10Effect of Pulse and Direct Current Electrodeposition on Microstructure,Surface,and Scratch Resistance Properties of Ni-W Alloy and Ni-W-SiC Composite Coatings显示文摘The present work aims to study the influence of direct current and pulse current techniques as well as embedded SiC nanoparticles on the mechanical properties of the electrodeposited Ni-W coating.The electrodeposited coatings were studied for morphological,microstructural,mechanical,and scratch resistance properties using the surface roughness tester,scanning electron microscopy,energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,Vickers microhardness,and scratch tester.Application of pulse current exhibited relatively homogeneous and smooth surface of the coatings.A remarkable increment of microhardness was observed in both Ni-W and Ni-W-SiC coatings prepared under pulse current as compared to the direct current technique.Similarly,the scratch test revealed a considerable improvement in the scratch resistance behavior of the Ni-W alloy and the composite coatings from the pulsed current condition.Hence,the application of pulse current not only improved the surface-and microstructure-related properties but also enhanced the Vickers microhardness and scratch resistance properties of the coatings.In addition,the reduction in micro-cracks revealed the improvement in scratch resistance properties of the coatings due to the incorporated SiC nanoparticles into the Ni-W alloy matrix.Sami Bin Humam Gobinda Gyawali Dhani Ram Dhakal Jin-Hyuk Choi Soo Wohn Lee 2020Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2020,33,10:2

16Highly photostable nanogels for fluorescence-based theranostics显示文摘A novel photo-crosslinkable nanogel is prepared from a biodegradable polymer template with intrinsic photoluminescence and high photostability.The fluorescent nanogels display excellent biodegradability and cytocompatibility owed to the facile synthesis scheme involving a solvent-and surfactant-free onepot reaction,derived entirely from biocompatible monomers citric acid,maleic acid,L-cysteine,and poly(ethylene glycol).The resultant nanogels are less than 200 nm in diameter with a narrow size distribution and monodispersity,and demonstrate long-term structural stability in biological buffer for two weeks.To gauge potential in theranostic applications,the fluorescent nanogels were surface functionalized with biologically active RGD peptides and encapsulated with active anti-cancer drug Doxorubicin,resulting in a pH-responsive controlled drug release in acidic pH resembling tumor environments.The strong fluorescence of the nanogels enabled tracking of targeted drug delivery,showing that drug-loaded nanogels homed into the cytoplasmic regions of prostate cancer cells to significantly induce cell death.These photo-crosslinkable and biodegradable nanogels pose as a strong candidate for theranostic medicine,demonstrating versatile functionalization,high stability in biological buffers,and capacity for real-time fluorescence-based monitoring of targeted drug delivery.Dipendra Gyawali Jimin P.Kim Jian Yang 2018Bioactive Materials2018,3,1:1
