| 1 | Microstructure and thermal conductivity of copper matrix composites reinforced with mixtures of diamond and SiC particles显示文摘The thermal conductivity of diamond hybrid SiC/Cu,diamond/Cu and SiC/Cu composite were calculated by using the extended differential effective medium (DEM) theoretical model in this paper.The effects of the particle volume fraction,the particle size and the volume ratio of the diamond particles to the total particles on the thermal conductivity of the composite were studied.The DEM theoretical calculation results show that,for the diamond hybrid SiC/Cu composite,when the particle volume fraction is above 46% and the volume ratio of the diamond particles to the SiC particles is above 13:12,the thermal conductivity of the composite can reach 500 W·m-1·K-1.The thermal conduc-tivity of the composite has little change when the particle size is above 200μm.The experimental results show that Ti can improve the wettability of the SiC and Cu.The thermal conductivity of the diamond hybrid SiCTi/Cu is almost two times better than that of the diamond hybrid SiC/Cu.It is feasible to predict the thermal conductivity of the composite by DEM theoretical model. | Han, Yuanyuan Guo, Hong Yin, Fazhang Zhang, Ximin Chu, Ke Fan, Yeming | 2012 | Rare Metals2012,31,1: | 14 |
| 2 | Interfacial microstructure and properties of diamond/Cu-xCr composites for electronic packaging applications显示文摘Diamond/Cu-xCr composites were fabricated by pressure infiltration process.The thermal conductivities of diamond/Cu-xCr(x = 0.1,0.5,0.8) composites were above 650 W/mK,higher than that of diamond/Cu composites.The tensile strengths ranged from 186 to 225 MPa,and the bonding strengths ranged from 400 to 525 MPa.Influences of Cr element on the thermo-physical properties and interface structures were analyzed.The intermediate layer was confirmed as Cr3C2 and the amount of Cr3C2 increased with the increase of Cr concentration in Cu-xCr alloys.When the Cr concentration was up to 0.5 wt.%,the content of the Cr3C2 layer was constant.As the thickness of the Cr3C2 layer became larger,the composites showed a lower thermal conductivity but higher mechanical properties.The coefficients of thermal expansion(CTE) of diamond/Cu-xCr(x = 0.1,0.5,0.8) composites were in good agreement with the predictions of the Kerner' model. | ZHANG Ximin GUO Hong YIN Fazhang FAN Yeming ZHANG Yongzhong | 2011 | Rare Metals2011,30,1: | 12 |
| 3 | Characteristics of reactivity and structures of palm kernel shell (PKS) biochar during CO_2/H_2O mixture gasification显示文摘Palm kernel shell(PKS)biochars with different levels of carbon conversion were initially prepared using a tube furnace,after which the reactivity of each sample was assessed with a thermogravimetric analyzer under a CO_2 atmosphere.The pore structure and carbon ordering of each biochar also examined,employing a surface area analyzer and a Raman spectroscopy.Thermogravimetric results showed that the gasification index R_sof the PKS biochar decreased from 0.0305 min^(-1) at carbon conversion(x)=20% to 0.0278 min^(-1)at x=40%.The expansion of micropores was the dominant process during the pore structure evolution,ad mesopores with sizes ranging from 6 to 20,48 to 50 nm were primarily generated during gasification under a CO_2/H_2O mixture.The proportion of amorphous carbon in the PKS biochar decreased significantly as x increased,suggesting that the proportion of ordered carbon was increased during the CO_2/H_2O mixed gasification.A significantly reduced total reaction time was observed when employing a CO_2/intermittent H_2O process along with an 83.46% reduction in the steam feed,compared with the amount required using a CO_2/H_2O atmosphere. | Guozhang Chang Ximin Yan Pengyu Qi Mei An Xiude Hu Qingjie Guo | 2018 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2018,26,10: | 3 |
| 4 | Online recognition of the multiphase flow regime显示文摘The key reasons that the present method cannot be used to solve the industrial multi- phase flow pattern recognition are clarified firstly. The prerequisite to realize the online recognition is proposed and recognition rules for partial flow pattern are obtained based on the massive experimental data. The standard templates for every flow regime feature are calculated with self-organization cluster algorithm. The multi-sensor data fusion method is proposed to realize the online recognition of multiphase flow regime with the pressure and differential pressure signals, which overcomes the severe influence of fluid flow velocity and the oil fraction on the recognition. The online recognition method is tested in the practice, which has less than 10 percent measurement error. | 5 | Structural basis for the different states of the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 in complex with ACE2显示文摘Dear Editor,Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)has become a severe threat to global health.1 The spike(S)protein on the surface of SARS-CoV-2 exploits angiotensin-converting enzyme 2(ACE2)as cellular receptor and mediates the fusion of the viral and the host cell membrane during infection.1,2 The activation of the S protein requires the receptor-binding domain(RBD)binding to the peptidase domain(PD)of ACE2 and the cleavage by host proteases into the N-terminal S1 subunit and the C-terminal S2 subunit.2,3,4 An additional furin cleavage site“RRAR”present in the S1/S2 cleavage region of SARS-CoV-2,which is absent in SARS-CoV that shares about 80%sequence identity with SARS-CoV-2 and caused an epidemic in 2002–2003,might help accelerate the activation of the S protein.S1 consists of the N-terminal domain(NTD),the RBD,subdomain 1 and 2(SD1 and SD2).The RBD adopts two distinct conformations:“up”and“down”.Only the“up”RBD exposes the receptor-binding site.S2,containing the hydrophobic fusion peptide,is responsible for the viral and cell membrane fusion.The molecular mechanism underlying the activation of the S protein of SARS-CoV-2 represents a critical clue for therapeutic development.Here we report the cryo-electron microscopy(cryo-EM)structures of trimeric extracellular domain of the S protein(hereinafter referred to as S)at multiple states and conformations,including the all RBD-locked,activated,S1/S2 trypsin-cleaved,PD of ACE2-bound,and the full-length ACE2-bound states.PD binds to the trimeric S protein with consistent interface,inducing conformational change at adjacent region.The trypsin-digested S protein tends to accommodate more PD molecules.Furthermore,the structure of the S–ACE2–B0AT1 ternary complex indicates that one ACE2 dimer binds two trimeric S proteins simultaneously.These results provide clues for the mechanism of the activation of the S protein of SARS-CoV-2. | Renhong Yan Yuanyuan Zhang Yaning Li Fangfei Ye Yingying Guo Lu Xia Xinyue Zhong Ximin Chi Qiang Zhou | 2021 | Cell Research2021,31,6: | 2 |
