1高热致胚胎发育毒性机理的研究——热休克蛋白合成显示文摘按Kimmel实验条件热暴露孕10天大鼠。暴露后2小时取胚胎用^(35)S—蛋氨酸标记,SDS—PAGE蛋白分析,可见70和90KilodaltonKD热休克蛋白合成增加。70KD HSP合成用Westernblot分析又进一步得到证实。离体培养胚胎热暴露后,用同样方法分析蛋白,证实70和90KD HSPs合成增加。结果与Kimmel骨骼畸形和胚胎体节融合发生率相符合。本结果为German提出的环境致畸机理假说提供了依据。芦春林 C A Kimmel G L Kimmel D J Heredia B R Fisher N T Brown 1993北京医科大学学报1993,25,6:4
2Direct characterization of a nonlinear photonic circuit’s wave function with laser light显示文摘Integrated photonics is a leading platform for quantum technologies including nonclassical state generation1–4,demonstration of quantum computational complexity5 and secure quantum communications6.As photonic circuits grow in complexity,full quantum tomography becomes impractical,and therefore an efficient method for their characterization7,8 is essential.Here we propose and demonstrate a fast,reliable method for reconstructing the two-photon state produced by an arbitrary quadratically nonlinear optical circuit.By establishing a rigorous correspondence between the generated quantum state and classical sum-frequency generation measurements from laser light,we overcome the limitations of previous approaches for lossy multimode devices9,10.We applied this protocol to a multi-channel nonlinear waveguide network and measured a 99.28±0.31%fidelity between classical and quantum characterization.This technique enables fast and precise evaluation of nonlinear quantum photonic networks,a crucial step towards complex,largescale,device production.Francesco Lenzini Alexander N Poddubny James Titchener Paul Fisher Andreas Boes Sachin Kasture Ben Haylock Matteo Villa Arnan Mitchell Alexander S Solntsev Andrey A Sukhorukov Mirko Lobino 2018Light(Science & Applications)2018,7,1:2

5Systems biology approaches for studying the pathogenesis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease显示文摘Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) is a progressive disease of increasing public health concern.In western populations the disease has an estimated prevalence of 20%-40%,rising to 70%-90% in obese and type Ⅱ diabetic individuals.Simplistically,NAFLD is the macroscopic accumulation of lipid in the liver,and is viewed as the hepatic manifestation of the metabolic syndrome.However,the molecular mechanisms mediating both the initial development of steatosis and its progression through non-alcoholic steatohepatitis to debilitating and potentially fatal fibrosis and cirrhosis are only partially understood.Despite increased research in this field,the development of non-invasive clinical diagnostic tools and the discovery of novel therapeutic targets has been frustratingly slow.We note that,to date,NAFLD research has been dominated by in vivo experiments in animal models and human clinical studies.Systems biology tools and novel computational simulation techniques allow the study of large-scale metabolic networks and the impact of their dysregulation on health.Here we review current systems biology tools and discuss the benefits to their application to the study of NAFLD.We propose that a systems approach utilising novel in silico modelling and simulation techniques is key to a more comprehensive,better targeted NAFLD research strategy.Such an approach will accelerate the progress of research and vital translation into clinic.Ciarán P Fisher Andrzej M Kierzek Nick J Plant J Bernadette Moore 2014World Journal of Gastroenterology2014,20,41:2
