2上海市9所医院前瞻性胃癌前病变5年随访研究显示文摘对上海市9所医院的2000例胃癌前变化进行胃镜随访研究。随访时间:第一部分从1986年1月~1990年3月;第二部分从1986年1月~1993年6月。随访组每6~12个月定期复查胃镜,对照组不进行主动胃镜检查,以积分法观察癌前变化。结果:第一部分随访组胃癌发生率为1.87%(17/909),其中早期胃癌占70.6%(12/17);对照组胃癌发生率为1.25%(9/721),其中早期胃癌占11.1%(1/9)。随访组病理积分从4.25降至2.95。第二部分仅发现1例早期胃癌(1/261)。本研究提示,加强对胃癌高危人群的胃镜随访是早期发现胃癌的有效方法。Wu Yuxin, Jiang Shihu, Yuan Yaozong. 5Three-Dimensional Heat Transfer Analysis for A Thermal Energy Storage Canister显示文摘High temperature latent thermal storage is one of the critical techniques for a solar dynamic power system. This paper presents results from heat transfer analysis of a phase change salt containment canister A three-dimensional analysis program is developed to model heat transfer in a PCM canister. Analysis include effects of asymmetric circumference heat flux, conduction in canister walls, liquid PCM and solid PCM, void volume change and void location, and conduction and radiation across PCM vapor void. The PCM phase change process is modeled using the enthalpy method and the simulation results are compared with those of other two- dimensional investigations. 6THE NUMERICAL COMPUTATION OF TURBULENT FLOW IN TEE-JUNCTION显示文摘A numerical model for calculating the turbulent flow in tee-junction is given in thispaper.The calculations are performed using a finite-difference procedure,and turbulence is ac-counted for by using a two-equation k-ε model of turbulence.Results,consisting of mean veloci-ty profiles and pressure losses due to the junction,have been obtained,and show that the flowsituation in tee-junction is very complex.The computed results agree closely with the experimen-tal data and validate that the present model is reasonable and the numerical calculations are suc-cessful.Chen Hong-bo Lian Gui-sheng Dept.of Mechanics,Zhejiang University,Hangzhou 310027,P.R.China 1992Journal of Hydrodynamics1992,4,3:7
7Numerical Simulation of Spectral Response for 650 nm Silicon Photodetector显示文摘The theoretical spectral response formula of the N+-N-I-P+ silicon photodetector with high/low emission junction is given. At the same time, considering the process requirements, the optimum structure parameters of silicon photodetector are obtained by numerical calculation and simulation. 11Evolution of Electron Phase Orbits Based on Multi-photon Nonlinear Compton Scattering显示文摘The electron movement based on the multi-photon nonlinear Compton scattering with the extra-intense stationary laser field is discussed by using KMR (Kroll-Morton-Rosenbluth) theory.We find that there exists only an evolution from periodicity to non-periodicity of the un-captured electron phase orbits after the energy exchange between the electron beam and laser fields.With the increase of the absorbed photon number n by an electron, this evolution will be more and more faster, while it is rapidly decreased with the enhancement of the collision non-flexibility ξ of the electrons and photons; When the electrons are captured by the laser fields, the evolution is finished, the electrons will stably transport,and the photons dont give up the energy to these electrons.HAO Dong-shan, HAO Xiao-fei (Dept.of Phys.,Zhumadian Teachers College, Zhumadian 463000,CHN) 2003Semiconductor Photonics and Technology2003,9,3:5

14Twinning in Intermetallic Compounds Are Long Shear Vectors and/or Shuffles Really Necessary?显示文摘In this paper the geometric description and general theory of mechanical twinning are reviewed, the twins in general lattices and superlattices are summarized, and the kinetic process by which mechanical twins form is revisited. A case study of mechanical twinning of HfV2+Nb, (cubic) Laves phase, is presented and the synchroshear of selected atomic layers is proposed to explain the physical process of twin formation.
