1Exosomes as therapeutic drug carriers and delivery vehicles across biological membranes:current perspectives and future challenges显示文摘Exosomes are small intracellular membrane-based vesicles with different compositions that are involved in several biological and pathological processes. The exploitation of exosomes as drug delivery vehicles offers important advantages compared to other nanoparticulate drug delivery systems such as liposomes and polymeric nanoparticles; exosomes are non-immunogenic in nature due to similar composition as body's own cells. In this article, the origin and structure of exosomes as well as their biological functions are outlined. We will then focus on specific applications of exosomes as drug delivery systems in pharmaceutical drug development. 4U形渠道机翼形量水槽水跃数值模拟与试验研究显示文摘量水槽是灌区常见的特设量水设备,而槽后水力特性是判断其选型是否合理的重要指标之一。以某小型灌区末级灌溉渠系改造工程为原型,针对两种不同工况,采用基于TruVOF方法跟踪自由液面、Favor技术实现网格优化的湍流数学模型,对U形渠道机翼形量水槽水跃问题进行三维数值模拟,分析了水跃的时均流场、共轭水深、发生位置、跃长、断面流速分布以及水跃段能量损失等相关水力特性。采用与原型1∶1比尺的水工模型试验资料对模拟结果进行验证,结果表明,二者吻合较好。通过对实测与数值仿真的共轭水深数据进行统计分析,得到了适用于U形渠道机翼形量水槽水跃共轭水深的近似计算公式。研究结果对机翼形量水槽在平原缓坡灌区末级渠系的应用研究提供了一定的参考和建议。孙斌 吕宏兴 张宽地 石喜 DINH Thi Huong 周亚森 2013实验流体力学2013,27,1:19

7Treatment responses in Asians and Caucasians with chronic hepatitis C infection显示文摘AIM:To conduct a multicentre retrospective review of virological response rates in Asians infected with genotype 1 chronic hepatitis C(CHC) treated with combination interferon and ribavirin and then to compare their responses to that among Caucasians.METHODS:Asian patients infected with genotype 1 CHC treated at 4 Australian centres between 2001 to 2005 were identified through hospital databases.Baseline demographic characteristics,biochemical,virological and histological data and details of treatment were collected.Sustained virological responses(SVR) in this cohort were then compared to that in Caucasian subjects,matched by genotype,age,gender and the stage of hepatic fibrosis.RESULTS:A total of 108 Asians with genotype 1 CHC were identified.The end of treatment response(ETR) for the cohort was 79% while the SVR was 67%.Due to the relatively advanced age of the Asian cohort,only sixty-four subjects could be matched with Caucasians.The ETR among matched Asians and Caucasians was 81% and 56% respectively(P=0.003),while the SVR rates were 73% and 36%(P <0.001) respectively.This difference remained significant after adjusting for other predictive variables.Kenneth K Yan Marianne Guirgis Amany Zekry Thuy Dinh Anouk Dev Jacob George Alice Lee 2008World Journal of Gastroenterology2008,14,21:12
8老年冠心病患者血液中Hcy、IL-6及BNP表达水平与冠心病病变程度的关系显示文摘目的探讨老年冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及B型利钠肽(BNP)水平对冠心病病变程度的影响。方法选取2017年1—12月在武汉大学人民医院行冠脉造影诊断为冠心病的老年患者274例,作为观察组,根据临床诊断将不同类型的观察组冠心病患者分为A组(稳定型心绞痛组)75例,B组(不稳定型心绞痛组)110例,C组(急性心肌梗死组)89例,另外选取冠脉造影正常的101例老年患者为对照组。检测各组患者血浆Hcy、IL-6、BNP水平,分析其对冠心病病变程度的影响。结果老年冠心病观察组患者血浆中Hcy、IL-6、BNP水平明显高于对照组(均P<0.01);在观察组中稳定型心绞痛组患者血浆Hcy、IL-6、BNP水平明显低于不稳定型心绞痛组(均P<0.01),不稳定型心绞痛组明显低于急性心肌梗死组患者(均P<0.01)。结论老年冠心病患者的Hcy、IL-6、BNP水平明显比正常老年人高,并且冠心病患者病变程度越重,患者Hcy、IL-6、BNP水平越高。因此在临床诊断上可结合Hcy、IL-6、BNP的水平预测冠心病及其病变程度。冯高科 THANH Dinh Nguyen 蒋学俊 2019中华全科医学2019,17,10:12
9Behavior of noncircular tunnels excavated in stratified rock masses-Case of underground coal mines显示文摘The amount of tunnels excavated along stratified/sedimentary rock masses in Quangninh coal mine area,Vietnam, is gradually increasing. Rock mass in Quangninh is characterized by beddings between rock layers. The behavior of stratified rock masses surrounding the tunnels depends on both the intact rock and the beddings between rock layers. The main characteristics of stratified rock masses that need to be considered are their heterogeneity and anisotropy. Depending on the dip angle of rock layers, movements and failure zones developed surrounding the tunnels can be asymmetrical over the vertical axis of tunnel. This asymmetry causes adverse behaviors of the tunnel structures. The objective of this study is to highlight convergences and yielded zones developed in rock masses surrounding noncircular tunnels in Quangninh coal mine area using a finite element method. The presence of bedding joints is explicitly simulated. The numerical results indicated that with the increase in dip angle of bedding joints, the stress asymmetry over the tunnel vertical axis increases. It gradually leads to an asymmetry of the failure zone surrounding the tunnel. An increase of rock mass quality means a decrease of rock mass sensitivity to the discontinuities. 10Friction characteristics of mechanically exfoliated and CVD-grown single-layer MoS_2显示文摘In this work, the friction characteristics of single-layer MoS_2 prepared with chemical vapor deposition(CVD) at three different temperatures were quantitatively investigated and compared to those of single-layer MoS_2 prepared using mechanical exfoliation. The surface and crystalline qualities of the MoS_2 specimens were characterized using an optical microscope, atomic force microscope(AFM), and Raman spectroscopy. The surfaces of the MoS2 specimens were generally flat and smooth. However, the Raman data showed that the crystalline qualities of CVD-grown single-layer MoS2 at 800 °C and 850 °C were relatively similar to those of mechanically exfoliated MoS2 whereas the crystalline quality of the CVD-grown single-layer MoS_2 at 900 °C was lower. The CVD-grown single-layer MoS_2 exhibited higher friction than mechanically exfoliated single-layer MoS_2, which might be related to the crystalline imperfections in the CVD-grown MoS_2. In addition, the friction of CVD-grown single-layer MoS_2 increased as the CVD growth temperature increased. In terms of tribological properties, 800 °C was the optimal temperature for the CVD process used in this work. Furthermore, it was observed that the friction at the grain boundary was significantly larger than that at the grain, potentially due to defects at the grain boundary. This result indicates that the temperature used during CVD should be optimized considering the grain size to achieve low friction characteristics. 14截顶后红松幼树光合生理响应研究显示文摘以14年生红松人工林为研究对象,研究不同截顶处理(CK:不截顶、P1:截去第2轮枝及以上部分、P2:截去第3轮枝及以上部分)对树木光合生理特征的影响。结果表明:截去第3轮枝后在短时间内(2个月)对红松树体光合特征各指标有显著提高作用,但是效应随着时间增加而减少,2个月后影响就不再显著;截顶后不同叶龄针叶的光合生理响应也有所不同:对于当年生针叶,两种截顶处理对净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO2浓度的影响不显著,但两种截顶对蒸腾速率影响显著,并且P2处理显著提高了蒸腾速率;对于一年生针叶,两种处理中P1处理只显著提高了净光合速率,P2处理对所有光合指标都没有产生显著影响;对于二年生针叶,P2处理显著增加了针叶的各光合特征指标(净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度),而P1处理对所有光合指标的影响都不显著;截去第3轮枝的红松一年生、二年生针叶叶绿素a、叶绿素b、总叶绿素及类胡萝卜素含量显著高于未截顶红松。本试验揭示了截去第3轮枝及以上部分可以增加红松叶片光合作用,可为进一步探究截顶后树木的复壮机制以及改善经营水平提供依据。Nguyen Thanh Tuan 沈海龙 王琴香 张鹏 Vu Dinh Duy 2017森林工程2017,33,4:7
15Donation after cardio-circulatory death liver transplantation显示文摘The renewed interest in donation after cardio-circulatory death (DCD) started in the 1990s following the limited success of the transplant community to expand the donation after brain-death (DBD) organ supply and following the request of potential DCD families. Since then, DCD organ procurement and transplantation activities have rapidly expanded, particularly for nonvital organs, like kidneys. In liver transplantation (LT), DCD donors are a valuable organ source that helps to decrease the mortality rate on the waiting lists and to increase the availability of organs for transplantation despite a higher risk of early graft dysfunction, more frequent vascular and ischemia-type biliary lesions, higher rates of re-listing and re-transplantation and lower graft survival, which are obviously due to theinevitable warm ischemia occurring during the declaration of death and organ retrieval process. Experimental strategies intervening in both donors and recipients at different phases of the transplantation process have focused on the attenuation of ischemia-reperfusion injury and already gained encouraging results, and some of them have found their way from pre-clinical success into clinical reality. The future of DCD-LT is promising. 17热带地区碳酸盐岩上覆红色风化壳的成因机理及元素演化显示文摘开展热带岩溶地区红色风化壳元素地球化学演化规律研究,有助于丰富碳酸盐岩风化成土理论的认识。在越南北部选取典型的碳酸盐岩风化剖面,分析热带气候条件下碳酸盐岩上覆红色风化壳中主量元素的物质来源和演化特征。结果表明:无论Ti/Zr的元素比值分析,Hf-Zr、Nb-Ta及Sm-Nd的元素对协变分析,还是上地壳元素平均值(UCC)标准化分析,两个剖面的上覆风化壳均显示原地残积的特征,即两个剖面是碳酸盐岩的原位风化产物。碳酸盐岩风化成土过程中,CaO、MgO淋失明显,Al_2O_3和Fe_2O_3发生富集,显示两个剖面均经历较强的风化过程,但是白云岩和灰岩剖面有一定的分异特征。越南北部白云岩风化剖面从基岩到上部土层显示出稳定的Ti-Fe元素共富集特征,而灰岩剖面中Fe的增长速率明显超过Ti。白云岩上覆风化壳经历了强烈的风化作用,其脱硅作用弱于灰岩风化剖面,而富集铝的作用强于灰岩。迁移系数的演化规律说明两个剖面中长石成分(钾长石、钠长石等)或次生矿物(伊利石等)在风化成土过程中逐渐分解,同时Al、Fe、Si等稳定元素的在风化剖面中不断富集。张连凯 季宏兵 刘秀明 魏晓 罗刚 王世杰 NGUYEN Dại Trung NGUYEN Quoc Dinh 2021中国地质2021,48,2:6

20木鳖果热泵低温干燥工艺研究显示文摘木鳖果是越南的一种常见高营养水果,近年来越南木鳖果产业发展迅速,但对其干燥研究较少,本文采用热泵低温干燥的方法,对木鳖果进行了干燥研究,确定木鳖果干燥的最佳工艺参数,并分析比较干燥对营养成分的影响。结果表明:风速不变,风温越高干燥物料所需时间越短,感官评定就越差,胡萝卜素损失越大;风温不变,风速越高干燥物料所需时间越短,感官评定越差,胡萝卜素损失越大;木鳖果热泵干燥最佳工艺参数为:风温:50℃;风速:10 m/s。NGUYEN DINH DUC 李保国 薛雅萌 2014制冷学报2014,35,6:5
