| 9 | Information content security on the Internet:the control model and its evaluation显示文摘Flooding of harmful information on the Internet seriously endangers the physiological and mental health of teenagers. Due to the user-friendliness of the Internet as well as the difficulty in the authentication for the access of specific categories of information, curbing the transmission of harmful information, i.e., assuring the information content security (ICS), has become a reasonable yet challenging alternative. At present, there is an urgent need to develop a systematic model that can effectively carry out the curbing. In fact, curbing the transmission of harmful information by way of filtering can be modeled by access control. In the paper, based on the three core-elements of communication, namely, 'Who communicates with whom', 'How do they communicate' and 'What is the content of communication', we propose a control model, called ICCON. Complexes 1 and 2 have the same structure and are rare three-dimensional (3D) self-penetrating (3,4,5)-connected nets, while complex 3 is an unprecedented (3,4)-connected 3D net. The different structures of 1 (2) and 3 are ascribed to the distinct coordination geometry of the metal centers. The compound is the first example which contains both polyoxotnngstate anion and heteropolynuclear cluster cation. In the structure of the cation four edges of the tetrahedral WS42- core are coordinated by four copper atoms, giving a WS4Cu4 aggregate of approximate D2h symmetry. | 19 | One-dimensional metal phosphonates based on 6-phosphononicotinic acid:A structural and magnetic study显示文摘The reactions of 6-phosphononicotinic acid (pnaH3) and metal salts result in three new compounds, namely, M(pnaH)-(H2O)3·H2O [M = Co(Ⅱ) (1), Ni(Ⅱ) (2), Zn(Ⅱ) (3)]. These compounds are isostructural and contain 21 helical chains made up of corner-sharing {MO5N} octahedra and {PO3C} tetrahedra. The chains are further connected by extensive hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. Magnetic studies reveal that dominant antiferromagnetic interactions are mediated in both 1 and 2.
