| 1 | Fault diagnosis for distillation process based on CNN–DAE显示文摘Distillation is the most widely used operation for liquid mixture separation in the chemical industry. It is of great importance to detect and diagnose faults in distillation process. Due to the strong feedback and coupling of processes in a distillation column, it is difficult to use deep auto-encoders(DAEs) alone to achieve good results in detecting and diagnosing faults, in terms of accuracy and efficiency. This paper proposes a hybrid fault-diagnosis model based on convolutional neural networks(CNNs) and DAEs, by integrating the powerful capability of CNN in feature extraction and of DAE in classification. A case study was carried out with the distillation process of depropanization. It is shown that the proposed hybrid model is of good performance compared to other models, in terms of the accuracy of fault detection in such a process. | 6 | Construction and enumeration of Boolean functions with maximum algebraic immunity显示文摘Algebraic immunity is a new cryptographic criterion proposed against algebraic attacks. In order to resist algebraic attacks, Boolean functions used in many stream ciphers should possess high algebraic immunity. This paper presents two main results to find balanced Boolean functions with maximum algebraic immunity. Through swapping the values of two bits, and then generalizing the result to swap some pairs of bits of the symmetric Boolean function constructed by Dalai, a new class of Boolean functions with maximum algebraic immunity are constructed. Enumeration of such functions is also given. | 7 | Large scale preparation of 20 cm×20 cm graphene modified carbon felt for high performance vanadium redox flow battery显示文摘Vanadium redox flow batteries(VRFBs)are widely applied in energy storage systems(e.g.,wind energy,solar energy),while the poor activity of commonly used carbon-based electrode limits their large-scale application.In this study,the graphene modified carbon felt(G/CF)with a large area of 20 cm×20 cm has been successfully prepared by a chemical vapor deposition(CVD)strategy,achieving outstanding electrocatalytic redox reversibility of the VRFBs.The decorating graphene can provide abundant active sites for the vanadium redox reactions.Compared with the pristine carbon felt(CF)electrode,the G/CF composite electrode possesses more defective sites on surface,which enhances activity toward VO^(2+)/VO^(2+)couple and electrochemical performances.For instance,such G/CF electrode delivered remarkable voltage efficiency(VE)of 88.4%and energy efficiency(EE)of 86.4%at 100 mA·cm^(-2),much higher than CF electrode by 2.1%and 3.78%,respectively.The long-term cycling stability of G/CF electrode was further investigated and a high retention value of 47.6%can be achieved over 600 cycles.It is demonstrated that this work develops a promising and effective strategy to synthesize the large size of carbon electrode with high performances for the next-generation VRFBs. | Ting Long Yong Long Mei Ding Zhizhao Xu Jian Xu Yiqiong Zhang Mingliang Bai Qijun Sun Gen Chen Chuankun Jia | 2021 | Nano Research2021,14,10: | 3 |

| 12 | A strongly secure identity-based authenticated group key exchange protocol显示文摘In group key exchange(GKE) protocols, a shared secret key is established among a group of members for cryptographic use over a public network. An identity-based protocol is preferred to that under the employment of traditional public key infrastructure(PKI), since identity-based cryptosystem can simplify public key management procedure. In ASIACCS 2011, a security model for GKE protocol called EGBG model was proposed. The EGBG model takes ephemeral secret key leakage attack into consideration. Until now, there is no ID-based GKE protocol secure in the EGBG model. In this paper, we propose an identity-based GKE protocol. Its AKE-security with KCIR and full forward secrecy, MA-security with KCIR and its contributiveness are proven in the EGBG model. The proposed protocol does not involve NAXOS trick, which does not resist side channel attack and thus it provides stronger security guarantee. The application of heat tracing method,based on oscillating streambed temperature signals, is a promising geophysical method for identifying and quantifying the interaction between groundwater and surface water. Analytical analysis based on a one-dimensional convective-conductive heat transport equation combined with the fiber-optic distributed temperature sensing method was applied on a streambed of a mountainous permafrost region in the Yeniugou Basin, located in the upper Heihe River on the northern Tibetan Plateau. The results indicated that low connectivity existed between the stream and groundwater in permafrost regions.The interaction between surface water and groundwater increased with the thawing of the active layer.
