| 1 | 湿粘水稻土深松过程离散元分析显示文摘湿粘水稻土的深耕松对作业机具设计与作业参数的要求不同于旱作制,为探究水稻土条件下土壤深松扰动过程及其内在相互作用机理,本文结合田间实测土壤物理参数,借助离散元EDEM软件,建立适用于粘性水稻土的深松耕作离散元模型。利用粘性水稻土模型对水稻土的机械深松耕作过程进行离散元模拟仿真,并结合田间试验结果对机具耕作阻力、土壤宏观扰动进行对比验证,进一步从仿真的角度揭示深松土壤扰动的微观过程、土壤失效破碎的微观机理。结果表明,该模型下深松耕作阻力平均误差为6.63%,土壤扰动的起垄宽度平均误差为4.39%,起垄高度平均误差为19.22%;DEM仿真对土壤的微观扰动过程分析进一步论证了宏观试验测试结果及假说的正确,并且能够从土颗粒接触力学层面表达土壤扰动的边界生成、土体内部破碎等过程;结合DEM仿真角度提出的反映土体破碎程度指标——断裂系数,与传统试验的指标参数碎土系数对比两者误差为3.46%,该指标更有利于对土壤破碎过程微观机理的表达。 | 丁启朔 任骏 BELAL Eisa Adam 赵吉坤 葛双洋 李杨 | 2017 | 农业机械学报2017,48,3: | 57 |
| 2 | Accuracy of urea breath test in Helicobacter pylori infection: Meta-analysis显示文摘AIM: To quantitatively summarize and appraise the available evidence of urea breath test(UBT) use to diagnose Helicobacter pylori(H. pylori) infection in patients with dyspepsia and provide pooled diagnostic accuracy measures.METHODS: We searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, Cochrane library and other databases for studies addressing the value of UBT in the diagnosis of H. pylori infection. We included cross-sectional studies that evaluated the diagnostic accuracy of UBT in adult patients with dyspeptic symptoms. Risk of bias was assessed using QUADAS(Quality Assessment of Diagnostic Accuracy Studies)-2 tool. Diagnostic accuracy measures were pooled using the random-effects model. Subgroup analysis was conducted by UBT type(13C vs 14C) and by measurement technique(Infrared spectrometry vs Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometry).RESULTS: Out of 1380 studies identified, only 23 met the eligibility criteria. Fourteen studies(61%) evaluated 13 C UBT and 9 studies(39%) evaluated 14 C UBT. There was significant variation in the type of reference standard tests used across studies.Pooled sensitivity was 0.96(95%CI: 0.95-0.97) andpooled specificity was 0.93(95%CI: 0.91-0.94). Likelihood ratio for a positive test was 12 and for a negative test was 0.05 with an area under thecurve of 0.985. Meta-analyses were associated with a significant statistical heterogeneity that remained unexplained after subgroup analysis. The included studies had a moderate risk of bias.CONCLUSION: UBT has high diagnostic accuracy for detecting H. pylori infection in patients with dyspepsia. | 4 | 基于田间摄像的多参数水稻土深松扰动行为与效应研究显示文摘耕作机具的土壤扰动行为密切联系土壤失效机理与耕作效应,是优化耕作系统的重要依据。本研究通过土壤耕作原位综合测试平台开展单铲深松试验,从5个方位录制深松视频,同时配合使用微地貌测试、耕作阻力测试、EDEM仿真、深松扰动剖面土壤紧实度测试和深松理论检验,探究深松铲入土角α和耕深D对水稻土深松扰动过程、土壤失效机理及深松效应的影响。结果表明,摄像法提取的纵向碎土距离R、扰动宽度W及抬土高度H与α和D显著相关,可用于水稻土深松扰动行为的定量表述。摄像法显示水稻土难以脆性断裂,铲两侧发生非对称性土壤剪切失效。土壤沿曲柄攀升,抬土高度H随α增大,随D减小,表明深松铲的设计参数和作业参数同时影响抬土能力。R随对应耕深范围内铲的纵向水平长度L线性增加,W随α线性增加。地表平整度S和扰动宽度W均在耕深20 cm时最大。深松土壤扰动行为的EDEM仿真从微观层面再现了摄像法记录的非对称性失效、侧向挤压失效和深松新月形失效现象,表明该离散元模型用于解析水稻土深松力学的科学性。EDEM仿真进一步显示出应力集中区沿铲尖与铲柄破土刃周期性上下移动,同时也对铲下方底层土造成挤压。深松扰动剖面土壤紧实度等值线图验证了仿真过程中铲尖下方形成的土壤压实带,并直观展示出耕深30 cm时,犁底层土壤因侧向挤压流变形成的沟槽状紧实壁面。本文结合田间原位摄像法的多参数测试研究可为深松铲和耕作系统的优化提供依据。 | 丁启朔 李杨 BELAL Eisa Adam 梁磊 何瑞银 汪小旵 | 2019 | 农业机械学报2019,50,10: | 9 |

| 6 | Use of shear wave elastography for the diagnosis and follow-up of biliary atresia: A meta-analysis显示文摘BACKGROUND Timely differentiation of biliary atresia(BA)from other infantile cholestatic diseases can impact patient outcomes.Additionally,non-invasive staging of fibrosis after Kasai hepatoportoenterostomy has not been widely standardized.Shear wave elastography is an ultrasound modality that detects changes in tissue stiffness.The authors propose that the utility of elastography in BA can be elucidated through meta-analysis of existing studies.AIM To assess the utility of elastography in:(1)BA diagnosis,and(2)post-Kasai fibrosis surveillance.METHODS A literature search identified articles that evaluated elastography for BA diagnosis and for post-Kasai follow-up.Twenty studies met criteria for meta-analysis:Eleven for diagnosis and nine for follow-up post-Kasai.Estimated diagnostic odds ratio(DOR),sensitivity,and specificity of elastography were calculated through a random-effects model using Meta-DiSc software.RESULTS Mean liver stiffness in BA infants at diagnosis was significantly higher than in non-BA,with overall DOR 24.61,sensitivity 83%,and specificity 79%.Post-Kasai,mean liver stiffness was significantly higher in BA patients with varices than in patients without,with DOR 16.36,sensitivity 85%,and specificity 76%.Elastography differentiated stage F4 fibrosis from F0-F3 with DOR of 70.03,sensitivity 96%,and specificity 89%.Elastography also differentiated F3-F4 fibrosis from F0-F2 with DOR of 24.68,sensitivity 85%,and specificity 81%.CONCLUSION Elastography has potential as a non-invasive modality for BA diagnosis and surveillance post-Kasai.This paper’s limitations include inter-study method heterogeneity and small sample sizes.Future,standardized,multi-center studies are recommended. | Ellen S Wagner Hussien Ahmed H Abdelgawad Meghan Landry Belal Asfour Mark B Slidell Ruba Azzam | 2022 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2022,28,32: | 5 |

| 9 | Spatial and seasonal distribution of intertidal macrobenthos with their biomass and functional feeding guilds in the Naf River estuary, Bangladesh显示文摘The Naf River estuary is one of the most productive ecological ecosystems in Bangladesh providing an important feeding area for fishes and other aquatic animals.However,detailed information on macrobenthic communities is rarely available in this area.Our study focused on the seasonal and spatial variability of macrobenthic community structure with their biomass and functional guilds.In total,fortyseven taxa were identified under nine major groups and seven functional feeding guilds.Among macrobenthic taxa,Polychaeta was dominant in both seasons and all over the estuary contributing 60%of total benthos.The mean abundance of macrobenthos was higher during the pre-monsoon(2 972±1 994 inds./m^2)than the monsoon(1 572±361 inds./m^2)being maximum at mid-estuary region and minimum at upper and lower estuary regions.Of the diversity indices,density(P=0.01,P=0.003),the number of taxa(P=0.000 3,P=0.000 9)and Margalef′s Index(P=0.000 4,P=0.001)of macrobenthos were significantly different among stations and seasons.Shannon-Weiner index(P=0.009,P=0.12)and Pielou’s evenness index(P=0.03,P=0.14)had significant differences among stations but not among seasons.Cluster analysis suggested that distribution of macrofauna is strongly influenced by seasonality.Among the feeding types,carnivorous were found to be dominant at the upper and mid-estuarine regions,and herbivorous were at lower estuarine regions.Carnivorous species were dominant in both seasons.Omnivores have shown to be the most abundant feeding type in terms of biomass though herbivores were highest during monsoon. | Md.
