| 1 | 应用联机气体参照法实现烃显示的定量化显示文摘根据地面钻井液分析地层含烃量的技术由来已久。文中认为,此类分析技术在缺乏明确的规范和严格的测量步骤情况下,测量结果误差较大,难以据此准确解释地层含烃量。1994年获美国专利的联机气体参照法(On—line Gas Referencing)可使气测参数的精度和价值大为提高,并简化解释工作。其要点是在地面的钻井液管线中(泵入口)加入非固有气体(如乙炔)作为“参照气”,并连续维持一定的浓度。工作时运用常规的脱气器同时从钻井液中提取参照气和天然气,并同时用标准的气相色谱仪测量。通过已知的参照气浓度使每一种所测量的地层气归一化,进而推导钻井液中每一种所测量的地层气的浓度。其数据质量及质量控制是通过对参照气连续测试以验证测量系统稳定特性来保证的。其它重要特性包括迟到时间的验证,可通过瞬时增加参照气浓度的方法来校正。当钻井液性能变化时将影响脱气器的效率,此时参照气将出现相应的响应。因此,应用此方法用户可得到可靠的、定量化的气显示数据,进而增强决策能力。 | Randall M. | 2 | Royal-jelly-based apitherapy can attenuate damages to male reproductive parameter following nicotine administration显示文摘Background:Nicotine administration can generate severe oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation.Royal jelly,with its antioxidant properties,acts as a scavenger of reactive oxygen species.This study describes the apitherapy effects of royal jelly on testicular damage following nicotine administration.Methods:Forty-eight male BALB/c mice were divided into 8 groups(n=6):saline,3 different doses of royal jelly(100,150,and 200 mg/kg body weight(BW)per day),nicotine(1.5 mg/kg),and 3 different groups of Nic+Roy(1.5 mg/kg of Nic+100,150,and 200 mg/kg BW per day of royal jelly).Nicotine was administrated intraperitoneally,and royal jelly was prescribed orally for 10 consecutive days.Serum levels of hormones(testosterone,luteinizing hormone,and follicle-stimulating hormone),total antioxidant capacity,nitric oxide(NO)status,malondialdehyde levels,sperm DNA fragmentation,sperm parameters,histopathological changes(H&E staining),immunohistochemistry against apoptotic proteins,and gene expression of Bcl-2,p53,Caspase-3,and Nrf2(real-time PCR)were assessed to evaluate the molecular and histological changes.Results:Hormone levels,sperm parameters,and status of antioxidants were decreased significantly(p<.05)following nicotine administration.Moreover,royal jelly treatment normalized hormonal and antioxidant characteristics,decreased apoptotic gene expression,increased Nfr2 gene expression,and restored histopathological alteration to the physiological status significantly(p<.05).Conclusion:Royal jelly upregulates the antioxidant status,inhibits the mitochondrialdependent apoptosis pathway,and increases the rate of proliferation.This therapeutic agent effectively protected the testis against nicotine-associated damages by antioxidant and anti-apoptotic effects. | Mahsa Nazar-Zadeh Cyrus Jalili Amene Nikgoftar Fathi Ali Ghanbari Mitra Bakhtiari | 2022 | Animal Models and Experimental Medicine2022，5，2： | 2 |

| 11 | COVID-19 and congenital heart disease:a case series of nine children显示文摘Background Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is the current pandemic disease without any vaccine or efficient treat-ment to rescue the patients.Underlying diseases predispose the patients to a more severe disease and to a higher mortality rate.However,little evidence exists about COVID-19 outcomes in the pediatric population with congenital heart disease(CHD).Here,we report nine children with COVID-19 and concomitant CHD.Methods Our study included nine children with COVID-19 and concomitant CHD who were admitted to Children Medical Center Hospital during March and April 2020.The patients were classified based on the final outcome(death),and their clinical sign and symptoms,type of CHD,and drugs administered were compared.Results Among the nine patients,two died and we compared different characteristics,laboratory results and clinical findings of these cases based on the mortality.The deceased patients had severe types of CHD,worse arterial blood gases,severe clinical symptoms,higher mean level of partial thromboplastin time and C-reactive protein,and required more medications.Conclusions The present study showed that the general consideration of mild COVID-19 in children does not include patients with CHD and that it is necessary to pay greater attention to children with CHD to determine guidelines for treatment of COVID-19 in these children.Owing to the scarcity of CHD and COVID-19,we reported only nine cases.However,further studies are highly required in this regard. | Elmira Haji Esmaeil Memar Babak Pourakbari Mojtaba Gorgi Meisam Sharifzadeh Ekbatani Amene Navaeian Mahmoud Khodabandeh Shima Mahmoudi Setareh Mamishi | 2021 | World Journal of Pediatrics2021，17，1： | 1 |
