1Effect of Bainite Morphology on Mechanical Properties of the Mixed Bainite-martensite Microstructure in D6AC Steel显示文摘The effect of bainite morphology on mechanical properties of the mixed bainite-martensite microstructure in D6AC low alloy ultra-high strength steel has been studied in the present work. For this purpose, samples austenitized at 910 C for 40 min were quenched in three different ways. Some of the samples were directly oil-quenched, some others were quenched in salt bath at 330 C and the remaining samples were quenched in salt bath at 425 C for various holding times. All samples were tempered at 200 C for 2 h. Microstructures were examined by optical microscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Fracture surfaces also were studied by SEM. Results showed that the mixed microstructure containing martensite and 28 vol.% of the lower bainite exhibited higher yield and tensile strengths than the fully martensitic microstructure. This could be mainly attributed to the partitioning of the prior austenite grains by the lower bainite and enhancing the strength of lower bainite in the mixed microstructure by plastic constraint. Charpy V-notch (CVN) impact energy and ductility were improved by increasing the volume fraction of the lower bainite. This is not the case about the mixed microstructure containing the upper bainite and martensite. As a result, the tensile and CVN impact properties of mixed upper bainite-martensite microstructure are lower than those of the fully martensitic microstructure. 2Critical role of SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling pathway in stem cell homing in the deafened rat cochlea after acoustic trauma显示文摘Previous animal studies have shown that stromal cell-derived factor-1(SDF-1)/CXC chemokine receptor-4(CXCR4) signaling pathway plays an important role in the targeted migration of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs) to the injured area. In the present study, we aimed to investigate the potential role of chemotactic SDF-1/CXCR4 signaling pathway in the homing of transplanted BMSCs to the injured cochlea after noise-induced hearing loss(NIHL) in a rat model. White noise exposure(110 d B) paradigm was used for hearing loss induction in male rats for 6 hours in 5 days. Distortion-product otoacoustic emission(DPOAE) responses were recorded before the experiment and post noise exposure. Hoechst 33342-labeled BMSCs and CXCR4 antagonist(AMD3100)-treated BMSCs were injected into the rat cochlea through the round window. SDF-1 protein expression in the cochlear tissue was assayed using western blot assay. The number of labeled BMSCs reaching the endolymph was determined after 24 hours. SDF-1 was significantly increased in the cochlear tissue of rats in the noise exposure group than in the control group. The number of Hoechst 33342-labeled BMSCs reaching the endolymph of the cochlea was significantly smaller in the AMD3100-treated BMSCs group than in the normal BMSCs group. 3伊朗德黑兰959例眼外伤流行病学的研究(英文)显示文摘目的:回顾过去1a,德黑兰转诊眼科中心穿通性眼外伤的发病特征,并发症和流行病学。方法:调查2002年伊朗德黑兰Farabi眼科医院的959例眼外伤住院患者的医疗记录,记录信息包括人口统计资料(年龄,性别和所从事职业),受伤原因,伤口类型,最初视力,受损部位,伴随症状和体征以及所采取的治疗方式。结果:患者的平均年龄是(22.6±16.4)a,男性患者的年龄峰值为21~25a,女性患者为小于5a。男女性别比例为4.2∶1。62.4%的患者为穿通伤,33.9%的患者为钝挫伤,3.7%的患者为混合伤或化学烧伤。金属物是造成眼球穿通伤的最常见原因,与之相比,石块是眼钝挫伤最为常见的原因。在23.4%的病例中发现了异物,最常见的破裂部位为角膜(46.7%)。结论:本研究认为,穿通伤较钝挫伤常见,年轻人更易发生眼外伤,角膜是最常见的损伤部位。Mehdi Nili-Ahmadabadi Syed-Jafar Oskouee Mohammad-Nasser Hashemian Mohammad-Bagher Abbaszadeh Ramak Rouhipour Mohammad-Taher Rajabi 2008国际眼科杂志2008,8,10:4
4Minimally invasive open dismembered pyeloplasty technique: Miniature incision, muscle-splitting dissection, and nopelvis reduction in children显示文摘Objective:To report the outcomes and complications of open dismembered Anderson-Hynes pyeloplasty with miniature incision in treating children’s ureteropelvic junction obstruction.Methods:Between March 2007 and April 2011,109 children with a mean age of 2 years and 8 months old with ureteropelvic junction obstruction underwent open dismembered pyeloplasty.Clinical manifestations,radiographic assessments,incision size,surgery time,hospital stay,and complication rate were recorded.All patients had a documented ureteropelvic junction obstruction(having T1/2 more than 20 min in diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid[DTPA]scan)with symptomatic stenosis or decreased kidney function(differential function<40%).Pyeloplasty was done by a retroperitoneal flank approach with miniature incision without pelvis reduction.One surgeon did all the surgeries.Success rate and complications were assessed in a 3-year follow-up.Results:Mean surgery time was 52 min(47e60 min).Incision size was 18e28 mm.Mean hospital stay was 3 days(2e8 days).The surgery was successful in 98.2%of patients with a mean follow-up time of 36 months(success was defined as disappearance of symptoms,if present,with improved ultrasound imaging results or Reno graphic parameters).The complication rate was 7.33%,including urinary leakage,double-J urethral stent dislocation and infection.Conclusion:Open dismembered pyeloplasty is a safe,technically feasible and effective therapy in treatment of children’s ureteropelvic junction obstruction.It takes a short time to do,requires a small incision and has few complications and a short recovery period.Farzaneh Sharifiaghdas Mahboubeh Mirzaei Azar Daneshpajooh Shahin Abbaszadeh 2019Asian Journal of Urology2019,6,3:4
5CFD-DEM modelling of mixing and segregation of binary mixtures of ellipsoidal particles in liquid fluidizations显示文摘Solid-liquid fluidized beds of binary mixtures are widely used in many industries.Particle segregation may occur as particles can differ in size,density,or shape.Extensive studies have been conducted in the past to understand the effects of particlesize and density on the mixing and segregation,but the effect of particle shape has not been well addressed.Therefore,in the present work,CFD-DEM approach is employed to perform a numerical analysis of the effect of particle shape on the particle mixing and segregation phenomenon in liquid fluidization system.Different particle shapes from oblate to prolate are produced by varying aspect ratio of ellipsoids from 0.25 to 3,and eight binary mixtures of spheres and ellipsoids are examined.The results show that when oblate or prolate particles are added to spheres,the segregation takes place.The segregation degree increases with particle aspect ratio diverging from 1.0 and also liquid superficial velocity.The relationship of mixing index with aspect ratio under different liquid velocities is established,and a detailed explanation is given.It is revealed that increasing the projected area and hence the drag force results in the separation of ellipsoidal particles from spheres.Esmaeil Abbaszadeh Molaei Aibing Yu Zongyan Zhou 2019Journal of Hydrodynamics2019,31,6:3
6An ensemble method for data stream classification in the presence of concept drift显示文摘One recent area of interest in computer science is data stream management and processing. By ‘data stream', we refer to continuous and rapidly generated packages of data. Specific features of data streams are immense volume, high production rate, limited data processing time, and data concept drift; these features differentiate the data stream from standard types of data. An issue for the data stream is classification of input data. A novel ensemble classifier is proposed in this paper. The classifier uses base classifiers of two weighting functions under different data input conditions. In addition, a new method is used to determine drift, which emphasizes the precision of the algorithm. Another characteristic of the proposed method is removal of different numbers of the base classifiers based on their quality. Implementation of a weighting mechanism to the base classifiers at the decision-making stage is another advantage of the algorithm. This facilitates adaptability when drifts take place, which leads to classifiers with higher efficiency. Furthermore, the proposed method is tested on a set of standard data and the results confirm higher accuracy compared to available ensemble classifiers and single classifiers. 7Nonlinear robust H-infinity filtering for a class of uncertain systems via convex optimization显示文摘A new approach for robust H-infinity filtering for a class of Lipschitz nonlinear systems with time-varying uncertainties both in the linear and nonlinear parts of the system is proposed in an LMI framework. The admissible Lipschitz constant of the system and the disturbance attenuation level are maximized simultaneously through convex multi-objective optimization. The resulting H-infinity filter guarantees asymptotic stability of the estimation error dynamics with exponential convergence and is robust against nonlinear additive uncertainty and time-varying parametric uncertainties.
