| 1 | 通过TFE-3融合变异体分析Xp11易位癌之间的临床病理关系显示文摘Xp11易位癌包括Xp11易位性肾细胞癌(RCC)、Xp11易位性血管周上皮样细胞肿瘤(PEComa)以及色素性Xp11易位肾癌。在Xp11易位癌中,TFE3与一些不同基因伴侣的融合,从而激活TFE3致癌基因;然而不同的融合变异体对Xp11易位癌的临床病理特点影响尚不清楚。本文使用定制的细菌人工染色体探针来建立TFE3融合基因伴侣,采用原位荧光杂交对60例Xp11易位癌进行分析。5例通过RNA测序进一步分析其融合转录体的特点。60例Xp11易位癌包括47例Xp11易位性RCC、8例Xp11易位性PEComas以及5例色素性Xp11易位肾癌。60例患者中有53例(88%)确定了融合基因伴侣,包括18例SFPQ(PSF)、16例PRCC、12例ASPSCR1(ASPL)、6例NONO及1例DVL2。 | Argani P Zhong M Reuter V E 魏建国 刘勇 | 2016 | 临床与实验病理学杂志2016，32，9： | 13 |
| 2 | 肾脏恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤过表达BCOR:模拟肾脏透明细胞肉瘤显示文摘BCOR是诊断肾脏透明细胞肉瘤(CCSK)的一种敏感且高度特异的标志物。然而,过表达BCOR的成人肾脏肉瘤中有一部分BCOR基因遗传学改变(包括BCOR基因融合或BCOR内部串联重复)却呈阴性,因此被归为不能分类的肾脏肉瘤。作者报道了5例肾脏/肾周未分化肉瘤,鉴于其形态学特征和高表达BCOR,提示需与CCSK进行鉴别,但经过RNA测序证实为恶性孤立性纤维性肿瘤(SFTs)。发病年龄30~62岁,女性3例,男性2例。4例为原发性肾脏肿瘤,1例为肾周肿瘤。5例肿瘤均为富于细胞性、非多形性的未分化肉瘤,具有毛细血管分支,由圆形至卵圆形肿瘤细胞组成,胞质稀少,核规则,染色质均匀分布。5例中均未出现SFTs的典型特征,如浓染的梭形核、明显的胶原沉积或血管外皮瘤样结构。5例BCOR均强阳性。3例CD34阴性,2例CD34仅局灶阳性。随后免疫组化结果发现,5例STAT6均阳性。 | 魏建国(摘译) 方三高(审校) Argani P Kao Y C Zhang L | 2019 | 临床与实验病理学杂志2019，35，8： | 3 |
